Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible to support all aspects of a project including, quality, timeliness, and profitability. Day to day responsibilities include; providing administrative support including assisting with the distribution of required documents and correspondence, setting up and maintaining job starts, and creating/maintaining master logs.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
- Assist with project duties including researching costs, scope of work, data entry of job info, budgets, material coordination, production reports.
- Creates and issues purchase orders for raw materials, products and services.
- Support establishment of project plan, estimates, resource and material requirements for assigned projects.
- Manages purchase orders and logistics to ensure project materials arrive on schedule.
- Create timely, accurate and complete project reports for project management team.
- Assist in the oversight of field crew and sub-contractors to ensure adherence to quality and project timelines.
- Review, track, and update project related documents and internal reports.
- Follow up on all PO deliveries, tracking shipments, and/or missing items.
- Support Project Managers in all efforts during construction through completion of project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience in construction
- Experience in Microsoft Suite
- Experience in Project Management Software
- Ability to sit up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to look at a computer up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, and bend periodically
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Position Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in processing and/or the development of a product or a service to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations to maximize profits.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
Trains new workers in operation of equipment.
Maintains inventory records and requisitions ingredients/supplies as necessary to meet delivery schedules. Inspects materials and products to maintain organization standards.
Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities between departments. Responsible for the work effort and the appraisal of personnel.
Coordinates and directs the activities of the production department to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.
Inspects product to verify production specifications are met.
Trains existing employees as needed and supervises production personnel.
Supports cost improvement initiatives and implementation of programs related to operational efficiency
Assists in coordination of production schedules to achieve customer satisfaction and optimal revenue and margins. Serve as a point of contact for production personnel
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Management, Engineering, or Related Field
7+ years experience in manufacturing
5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision

Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist provides financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. The Accounts Payable Specialist will process, verify and reconcile invoices.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
Full-cycle manufacturing payables process including sending invoices for approval, invoice entry, posting, and payment (checks, ACH's, and wires) including shared management of incoming inbox.
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
Compiles and reviews source documents, such as vouchers, for completeness and accuracy, and prepares reports.
Verifies and posts details of business transactions to appropriate ledgers and journals, and total accounts.
Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, rentals, and similar items.
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.
Files and maintains clerical records and reports pertinent information to accounting operations.
Qualifications
Associates degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred
2+ years experience in accounts payable
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Prior experience using ERP systems
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

- Create Receipts of delivered Purchase Orders
- Put into production/cut direct purchase orders and send
- Receive confirmations and update Epicor on due dates
- Enter subcontractor payments as well as verifying accuracy prior to submitting to accounting.
- Request invoice from AR and charge credit card (or hold order for payment)
- Track materials and communicate delivery time tables to customers and send confirmations to crews.
- Follow up on past due shipments of direct items
- Assist with monthly financials
- Invoice customers for completed work
- Maintain and update customer project management system.
- Assist Project Managers and subcontractors with related job issues
- Manage and execute GC contracts and payment schedules
- Answer customer, subcontractor, and team member phone calls

Position Summary
The Project Site Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site coordination of all phases and trades for Greenhouse construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
The Project Site Superintendent is solely responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Project Superintendent shall schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed. The Project Site Superintendent shall be responsible for the coordination of work directed in the field, provide work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications. Conflicts or revisions to the plan shall be communicated with the project team (superiors, architect, engineer, consultant, owner) for mutual resolution, prior to execution of work that deviates from the approved plans. The Project Site Superintendent shall establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction. The Project Site Superintendent does not have authorization to engage in monetary agreements (subcontracts, change orders, work authorizations).
All request for monetary agreements must be communicated to the Senior Construction Manager for consideration prior to work performed.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
- Monitor project schedules to ensure they are on track, within budget and allocated the necessary resources required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
- Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
- Perform Superintendent duties at multiple areas of the job site.
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
- Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
- Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
- Ensure G&P's policy for onsite PPE & ToolBox talk EHS program across all construction sites.
- Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
Secondary Accountabilities
- Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts.
- Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
- Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the job-site.
- Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.
- Preside at pre-construction meeting with each subcontractor.
- Opening the jobsite at beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day.
- Assist in hiring sub-tier employees.
- In addition to the accountabilities listed above, individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload.
Qualifications
- Preferably Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Trade Certificate(s), or related disciplines.
- Minimum of seven years of verifiable experience, thorough knowledge of trades and be computer literate.
- Experience in industrial construction is preferred.
- Office experience of Microsoft Project, Microsoft office (Excel, word, project & Outlook) is also preferred.

Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
- Enter orders and maintain Epicor system.
- Work with outside vendor partners on project related rentals or direct shipments.
- Take information for PM provided quotes and put into material list
- Create and enter material Purchase Orders
- Create Receipts of delivered Purchase Orders
- Put into production/cut direct purchase orders and send
- Receive confirmations and update Epicor on due dates
- Enter subcontractor payments as well as verifying accuracy prior to submitting to accounting.
- Request invoice from AR and charge credit card (or hold order for payment)
- Track materials and communicate delivery time tables to customers and send confirmations to crews.
- Follow up on past due shipments of direct items
- Assist with monthly financials
- Invoice customers for completed work
- Maintain and update customer project management system.
- Assist Project Managers and subcontractors with related job issues
- Manage and execute GC contracts and payment schedules
- Answer customer, subcontractor, and team member phone calls
- Approve and receive invoices and direct purchase orders including: 3rd party material, rental, freight invoices.

- Records data into project and cost accounting financial system.
- Analyzes project tracking data to ensure that actual and estimated costs are appropriately recorded.
- Advises on preparation of budgets/forecasts based on project-specific knowledge.
- Analyzes budget to actual variances by project and provides guidance to management accordingly.
- Analyzes changes in project design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs.
- Works closely with operations, engineering, and other key stakeholders to track progress on all active projects, provide information to improve operations, and identify opportunities.
- Establishes key performance metrics to drive operational efficiency in recording revenue as well as accelerating the recognition of revenue.
- Monitors projects as they come online in new states and assist Controller with required licensing and registration.
- Performs monthly deep dive project reviews with the operations team to ensure proper percentage of completion compared to accumulated costs and estimated budgets.
- Establishes key performance metrics to drive operational efficiency in recording revenue as well as accelerating the recognition of revenue.
- Develops revenue reporting tools.
- Develops and deploys revenue recognition training to key stakeholders and provide the training quarterly (to cover new employees).
- Prepares monthly closing journal entries and account reconciliations for revenue accounts.
- Provides information to external and internal audit teams related to Internal Controls
- Assist the Assistant Controller in day-to-day operations as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of experience in Accounting
Experience in Cost Accounting or Revenue Analysis
Strong spreadsheet analysis skills (excel, etc)
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with our valued team members

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible to support all aspects of a project including, quality, timeliness, and profitability. Day to day responsibilities include; providing administrative support including assisting with the distribution of required documents and correspondence, setting up and maintaining job starts, and creating/maintaining master logs.

Assist with project duties including researching costs, scope of work, data entry of job info, budgets, material coordination, production reports.
Creates and issues purchase orders for raw materials, products and services.
Support establishment of project plan, estimates, resource and material requirements for assigned projects.
Manages purchase orders and logistics to ensure project materials arrive on schedule.
Create timely, accurate and complete project reports for project management team.

The Welder position will include reading SolidWorks drawings and assessing welded components. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of welding machinery and a steady hand and outstanding attention to detail. They must have stainless steel tig and mig flux core and solid wire experience.

Preform GTAW(TIG) on stainless steel pipe/tube. Must be able to pass 2" 6-G qualification test.
Preform GMAW on stainless steel pipe. Must be able to pass a 2G plate test.
Fabricate ASME pressure vessels.
Cut tubing and pipe to given specifications.
Fabricate frames and stands.
Cut, bend, and swage tubing.
Polish frames and vessels to given specifications.
Preform PMI on welding equipment.
Secondary Accountabilities
Operate polishing equipment to clean stainless steel welds.
Any other duties that become necessary.

Position Summary
The Project Site Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site coordination of all phases and trades for Greenhouse construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
The Project Site Superintendent is solely responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Project Superintendent shall schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed. The Project Site Superintendent shall be responsible for the coordination of work directed in the field, provide work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications. Conflicts or revisions to the plan shall be communicated with the project team (superiors, architect, engineer, consultant, owner) for mutual resolution, prior to execution of work that deviates from the approved plans. The Project Site Superintendent shall establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction. The Project Site Superintendent does not have authorization to engage in monetary agreements (subcontracts, change orders, work authorizations).
All request for monetary agreements must be communicated to the Senior Construction Manager for consideration prior to work performed.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
- Monitor project schedules to ensure they are on track, within budget and allocated the necessary resources required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
- Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
- Perform Superintendent duties at multiple areas of the job site.
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
- Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
- Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
- Ensure G&P's policy for onsite PPE & ToolBox talk EHS program across all construction sites.
- Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
Secondary Accountabilities
- Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts.
- Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
- Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the job-site.
- Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.
- Preside at pre-construction meeting with each subcontractor.
- Opening the jobsite at beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day.
- Assist in hiring sub-tier employees.
- In addition to the accountabilities listed above, individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload.
Qualifications
- Preferably Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Trade Certificate(s), or related disciplines.
- Minimum of seven years of verifiable experience, thorough knowledge of trades and be computer literate.
- Experience in industrial construction is preferred.
- Office experience of Microsoft Project, Microsoft office (Excel, word, project & Outlook) is also preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Position Summary
The Safety Technician will create, implement, coordinate, and continuously improve safety programs for the company as provided by corporate Safety Manager. Provides consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented with the highest safety standards. Create, update, and deliver company safety training.

- Investigate and implement standards for safety for the company.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with occupational safety & health regulations as well as similar corporate regulations.

- Work with Manufacturing staff to establish procedures, JSA's, standards, and systems related to safety.
- Determine future safety training needs.
- Document Near Misses, First Aid, and Recordable Injuries - implement trainings to ensure all Near Misses/First Aids do not turn into future recordables.
- Continuously monitor the plant for hazardous safety and health conditions and ensure identified hazards are corrected, eliminated, or guarded.
- Assist in maintaining training materials.
- Create all safety incident reports and investigations and send to Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Safety Manager, and HR immediately. Identify root cause and implement corrective actions to eliminate any future similar incidents.
- Audit facility operations to verify compliance with EHS regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Ensure all new manufacturing employees have completed new hire safety onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in a related field and/or relevant work experience
- 1 year prior Safety and/or Compliance experience
- 3 years prior manufacturing experience preferred

Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.
Ensure system connectivity and availability of all servers, shared software, groupware and other applications.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
Work with Director of IT Infrastructure to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
Work with Director of IT Infrastructure to conduct research on software and systems products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
Monitor and test systems performance; prepare and deliver systems performance statistics and reports.
Assist as required to provide orientation and training to end-users for all modified and new systems.

Fabricate frames and stands.
Cut, bend, and swage tubing.
Polish frames and vessels to given specifications.
Preform PMI on welding equipment.

Operate polishing equipment to clean stainless steel welds.

Position Summary

Position Summary
The Estimator is responsible for developing product takeoffs and cost estimates as required by client's documents on routine small projects under direct supervision.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
Identify, mark, takeoff and estimate products of interest to company from contract documents, including all revisions/addenda.
Maintain accuracy of takeoffs, estimates, and quotations of products through self review of project specifications, material and labor items as well as the final quotation itself.
Forward requests for information (RFI's) as required to customers and/or owners for items that are not clear but could affect overall cost.
Interact with supervisors and other departments (Engineering, Operations) on unusual products to ensure all cost factors have been accounted for and that customer schedules can be met. This can be by one on one or scheduled group meetings.
Obtain pricing for materials and from necessary subcontractors.
Enter cost and selling totals in database for tracking.
Where pre-determined standards are not available, responsible to provide reasonable estimate.
Informs immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or database.
Secondary Accountabilities
Develops and maintains resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.
Pursue supervisory review of large estimates
Review and update resource information (standard drawings/specifications, checklists and notes) to ensure items that impact cost are up to date.
Maintain adequate lead time on takeoff/estimate preparation.
Sort and file plans and specifications for long term storage
Prepares post fabrication cost analysis, especially for those projects that have been identified as going over estimate, by recapitulating material, labor, equipment, subcontractor and overhead costs incurred in the fabrication of items.

Position Summary
Entry level member of the Design & Engineering team that prepares quality shop drawings and bills of materials for our Operations department. Responsible for creating drawings for multiple projects on a continuous basis to meet drawing submittal and release deadlines

Detail one or more Prospiant product lines in preparation for submittal of Approval Drawings for clients/customers and/or Shop and Fabrication drawings for our Operations department, using CAD/CAM software.
Perform basic design and drafting assignments as requested by Design Manager.

Assist in creating Bill of Materials, in Excel, for submittal to Manufacturing/Fabrication Shops.

Qualifications

Develop and coordinate global financial consolidation & operational metrics for the Business entities in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and/or international financial reporting standards.
Support short and long range financial forecasting for budgeting and planning in coordination with FP&A
Provide analysis on the Business' financial results to optimize profitability and divisional performance. Proactively tackle P&L issues that arise across the business and champion resolution collaboratively with the team
Ensure that there is an effective and efficient system of internal controls including: data integrity, asset protection, segregation of duties, budgeting, financial reporting, and adherence to corporate policies (GAAP, SOX compliance, etc.) Main partner for both internal and external audit.
Core accounting and financial processes/functions include: Revenue Recognition), COGS, Currency Translation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accruals, GL, Fixed Assets, and Consolidation

Position Summary
The Project Site Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site coordination of all phases and trades for Greenhouse construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
The Project Site Superintendent is solely responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Project Superintendent shall schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed. The Project Site Superintendent shall be responsible for the coordination of work directed in the field, provide work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications. Conflicts or revisions to the plan shall be communicated with the project team (superiors, architect, engineer, consultant, owner) for mutual resolution, prior to execution of work that deviates from the approved plans. The Project Site Superintendent shall establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction. The Project Site Superintendent does not have authorization to engage in monetary agreements (subcontracts, change orders, work authorizations).
All request for monetary agreements must be communicated to the Senior Construction Manager for consideration prior to work performed.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
- Monitor project schedules to ensure they are on track, within budget and allocated the necessary resources required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
- Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
- Perform Superintendent duties at multiple areas of the job site.
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
- Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
- Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
- Ensure G&P's policy for onsite PPE & ToolBox talk EHS program across all construction sites.
- Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.

- Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts.
- Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
- Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the job-site.

Position Summary
The Director Sales will be responsible driving growth and market penetration of Cultivation & Processing solutions including market understanding, sales management, sales strategy, business development, and offering approach within the rapidly evolving Cannabis market. Position Summary
The Estimator is responsible for developing product takeoffs and cost estimates as required by client's documents on routine small projects under direct supervision.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
Identify, mark, takeoff and estimate products of interest to company from contract documents, including all revisions/addenda.
Maintain accuracy of takeoffs, estimates, and quotations of products through self review of project specifications, material and labor items as well as the final quotation itself.
Forward requests for information (RFI's) as required to customers and/or owners for items that are not clear but could affect overall cost.
Interact with supervisors and other departments (Engineering, Operations) on unusual products to ensure all cost factors have been accounted for and that customer schedules can be met. This can be by one on one or scheduled group meetings.
Obtain pricing for materials and from necessary subcontractors.
Enter cost and selling totals in database for tracking.
Where pre-determined standards are not available, responsible to provide reasonable estimate.
Informs immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or database.

Develops and maintains resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.
Pursue supervisory review of large estimates

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible to support all aspects of a project including, quality, timeliness, and profitability. Day to day responsibilities include; providing administrative support including assisting with the distribution of required documents and correspondence, setting up and maintaining job starts, and creating/maintaining master logs.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
Assist with project duties including researching costs, scope of work, data entry of job info, budgets, material coordination, production reports.
Creates and issues purchase orders for raw materials, products and services.
Support establishment of project plan, estimates, resource and material requirements for assigned projects.
Manages purchase orders and logistics to ensure project materials arrive on schedule.
Create timely, accurate and complete project reports for project management team.
Assist in the oversight of field crew and sub-contractors to ensure adherence to quality and project timelines.
Review, track, and update project related documents and internal reports.
Follow up on all PO deliveries, tracking shipments, and/or missing items.
Support Project Managers in all efforts during construction through completion of project.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
1+ years experience in project management
1+ years experience in construction
Experience in Microsoft Suite
Experience in Project Management Software
OSHA 10 hour certification
Ability to sit up to 8 hours a day
Ability to look at a computer up to 8 hours a day
Ability to walk, sit, stand, and bend periodically
Ability to lift up to 20lbs
Ability to travel up to 25%

Position Summary

As part of this team, you will be an integral resource to continue our business adoption and use of leading technical platforms in ERP, Azure, SQL, MySQL and other related environments. The team is well positioned to advance the company on multiple fronts, and we need a great team player to help round out the roster. This role will report to the Director of IT and have interaction across multiple business functions and teams. The System Analyst will serve as a member of a team that is responsible for the design, implementation, development, and support of internal business applications on premise and in the cloud.

Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, document requirements and define Epicor solutions.
Support ongoing business needs related to specific system requirements.
Participate in maintenance, implementations, upgrades, and new module deployment projects.
Write code to support queries and reports to extract and manipulate data from multiple relational databases.
Meet deadlines for individual and team projects.
Maintain technical documentation and source control related to project design and implementation
Respond quickly to resolve application issues.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years' experience developing in Web technologies (python, Java, MySQL, SQL, C#, LISP, .Net) utilizing current industry tools
Integration experience with systems, for example, Wordpress, SalesForce, Azure Data Factory, AWS, APIs
Knowledge in writing Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPMs), and developing customizations using C#, dashboards, and reports
Proficient with MS SQL basics
Working knowledge of Power BI and Azure Data Factory is a plus
Understanding of Agile application development methodologies
Be ready to be challenged by some unique technical environments
Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines in a remote worker environment
Clear verbal and written skills
Desire to learn and grow and work in a team-oriented environment
Be self-directed to complete assignments

Position Summary
The Sales Representative Cannabis - West Coast will be responsible for the revenue generation in districts, sales offices, and key accounts within the Western region of the United States. Ensures high post-sales satisfaction by facilitating positive long-term relationships and creating high potential for repeat business with customers. Responsible for setting account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and/or monthly basis. Generally, develops business with key or named accounts and may lead dedicated account teams.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
Develops new and maintains existing accounts. Contacts prospects and explains features and merits of products or services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
Meets revenue targets given on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Develops territory plans to achieve budget.
Develops contacts and relationships with potential and existing customers and keeps records and continuously monitors these contacts and relationships to develop a favorable position the Company.
Communicates directly with new and existing customers or clients to explain features and merits of products or services offered both verbally and with good written communication.
Maximizes value to the company by securing orders at the highest margin possible.
Communicate with Department heads and Sales Support to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Demonstrates products or services and provides assistance in the best application of products or services.
Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate referrals where required.
Acts as liaison between sales and other departments internally. Experienced in customer service with the ability and knowledge to communicate internally and externally.
Investigates product/service warranty claims with the ability to determine if products have material defects or fabrication errors or misuse by the customer. Negotiate and resolve issues to ensure compliance within organization policies.
Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management.
Solicits pre-bid and post-bid competitive feedback. Leverages solicited information to strategize and position the Company to secure orders.
Coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers' needs.
Required to attend and evaluate regional/territory and national trade shows.
Secondary Accountabilities
Assists with setting pricing for the product in the territory. Monitors competitive pricing in the territory.
May assist with coaching and mentoring Entry Level and Intermediate Sales Representatives.

Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for identifying leads and proactively prospecting and selling to customers primarily within the Cannabis Industry. This is the top sales position in the Division.
Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties)
- Manages, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and potential national clients to meet sales objectives.
- Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization's business; executing contracts; and account and brand forecasting.
- Maximize revenue and gross margin by growing sales within existing accounts to $15-$20million, while identifying and developing new customer opportunities at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations.
- Assist the customer in selecting the correct products based on customer needs, selling approach, product specifications and applicable regulations.
- Build market share by serving the customer in a manner consistent with ensuring repeat business.
- Ensure high post-sales satisfaction by facilitating positive, long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with the customers.
- Create account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis.
- Assist in the building of standard implementation and support processes.
- Assist in prospecting and qualification activities for new partners.
- Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.
- Builds relationships and increases Company visibility by attending trade shows.
