Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties, including providing world class customer experiences to customers, dispensing products and overseeing the inventory. - Access and properly utilize the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) in dispensing product to customers.
- Dispense medication and collect payment via POS register, or upon delivery, in the form of approved payment methods (cash, debit, credit).
- Maintain all online pick-up orders.
- Maintain strict controls on product, cash, and patient data at all times.
- Package and deliver medications to customers from home dispensary. Collect and secure payment upon delivery.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by accurately assessing needs and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean retail store environment.
- Perform daily cycle count and weekly inventory count functions. Report any discrepancies to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to be corrected immediately.
- Follow processes and procedures to ensure accuracy in dispensing and maintaining products and inventory.
- Ensure secured storage organization including inventory barcode on all boxes. Ensure correct labels or barcodes are on products in correspondence to batch, lot numbers before they are put out to sell.
- Restock sales floor inventory following the FIFO model (First in, First out).
- Prepare Manifest and log all returns going back with the weekly delivery.
- Perform key holder responsibilities, if applicable, to include opening and closing duties.
- Work with Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events. Plan and coordinate events, to include internal and external communication, logistics management, marketing, and organization of necessary information and/or materials.
- Build and maintain relationship with physicians in the area.
- Educate event attendees (patients and physicians) regarding the benefits of our products.
- Stay current with latest industry and product knowledge.
- Support all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met.
- Remain fully knowledgeable of dispensary policies, procedures and processes.

Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Jacksonville, FL
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with quality-related activities including start-up verification, in-process verification & checks, BMR and documentation reviews, sampling, and inspection of finished products. Products include cannabis flower, cannabis oil, infused products (concentrates, capsules, lotions, tinctures, vapes, etc.) and food products (chocolate, gummies, lozenges, etc.). This position will also help ensure products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also assist in identifying potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Performs finished product sampling and inspection
- Performs equipment and product line clearances before production runs
- Performs in-process verification to ensure product weights, correct labeling & packaging
- Performs verification on finished products
- Inspects retain samples and customer return samples, as deemed necessary
- Assists in customer complaints and product investigations, helping to assess risk, identify root cause and quarantine product
- Inspects packaged orders to ensure correct content and quantities, as deemed necessary
- Reviews in-process batch documentation to ensure real-time compliance to product specifications, good documentation practices and written policies/procedures
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Quality Foods guidance
- Conducts all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines
- May require travel to other states or facilities to assist with inspections or quality issues
Required Experience, Education and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree, 1-3 years’ experience or Associate Degree, 5+ years’ experience
- Prior experience in highly regulated industry. Highly desirable: healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food), cannabis. Highly desirable: FDA, HACCP, SQF experience
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function
- Prior experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, customer complaints, product investigations, and CAPA
- Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures
- Ability to create or update written procedures with site operations personnel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Utilizes critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, work collaboratively with a team to brainstorm solutions, and implement improvement solutions
- Must be flexible and able to work long hours and weekends as required

- Access and properly utilize the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) in dispensing product to customers.
- Dispense medication and collect payment via POS register, or upon delivery, in the form of approved payment methods (cash, debit, credit).
- Maintain all online pick-up orders.
- Maintain strict controls on product, cash, and patient data at all times.
- Package and deliver medications to customers from home dispensary. Collect and secure payment upon delivery.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by accurately assessing needs and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean retail store environment.
- Perform daily cycle count and weekly inventory count functions. Report any discrepancies to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to be corrected immediately.
- Follow processes and procedures to ensure accuracy in dispensing and maintaining products and inventory.
- Ensure secured storage organization including inventory barcode on all boxes. Ensure correct labels or barcodes are on products in correspondence to batch, lot numbers before they are put out to sell.
- Restock sales floor inventory following the FIFO model (First in, First out).
- Prepare Manifest and log all returns going back with the weekly delivery.
- Perform key holder responsibilities, if applicable, to include opening and closing duties.
- Work with Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events. Plan and coordinate events, to include internal and external communication, logistics management, marketing, and organization of necessary information and/or materials.
- Build and maintain relationship with physicians in the area.
- Educate event attendees (patients and physicians) regarding the benefits of our products.
- Stay current with latest industry and product knowledge.
- Support all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met.

- Dispense medication and collect payment via POS register, or upon delivery, in the form of approved payment methods (cash, debit, credit).
- Maintain all online pick-up orders.
- Maintain strict controls on product, cash, and patient data at all times.
- Package and deliver medications to customers from home dispensary. Collect and secure payment upon delivery.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by accurately assessing needs and providing accurate information in a timely manner.

Job Summary:
The Dispensary Manager manages the day to day operations of an assigned store, following Florida's Department of Public and Behavioral Health, Department of Health and Human Services, regulations, and VidaCann policies and procedures. This position manages all aspects of store operations, including security for the building and personnel, cash handling, product tracking/reporting, patient records maintenance, security during transport of product, loss prevention, sales reporting, product/supplies purchases, internal control oversight, and facility maintenance and cleanliness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including product inventory, sales, patient records, internal controls and processes, and facility maintenance and cleanliness.
- Ensure the proper inventory, tracking and security of all dispensary products.
- Supervise dispensary employees, including providing coaching, training, and managing employee performance. Create work schedules and ensure appropriate shift coverage for dispensary operations.

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with quality-related activities including start-up verification, in-process verification & checks, BMR and documentation reviews, sampling, and inspection of finished products. Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for a variety of duties, including providing world class customer experiences to customers, dispensing products and overseeing the inventory. Primary Responsibilities.
- Preforms potency testing using an Shimadzu HPLC
- Perform calibrations and routine maintenance of analytical instrumentation as needed
- Perform data review and data analysis utilizing validated analytical methods
- Troubleshoots equipment, laboratory protocols and procedures.
- Formulates new products, from development to commercialization, within defined company, industry, and regulatory parameters
- Establishes guidelines and criteria for acceptance and testing of chemical raw-materials in finished blends
- Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize projects efficiently in a high throughput environment
- Uses seed-to-sale tracking software.
Qualifications
- Minimum of BS Degree in Chemistry.
- Proficient in computer usage, such as data/document systems, Microsoft Office software, etc.
- Experience working in the lab with chromatographic separation techniques (i.e. HPLC and GC) is highly desirable

We are building a new state of the art tissue culture lab and are looking for a lab manager that can help bring our Vidacann clones to the next level.
Qualifications:
- Degree in plant science or related field.
- Three to five years of previous experience in a commercial plant tissue culture laboratory, in a management role.
- Experience with cloning, sterilization techniques, initiations, and new crop build-ups.
- Familiarity with inventory management and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of computer skills – including Microsoft word and excel
- Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for executing methodologies for plant tissue culture to achieve production goals
- The laboratory manager will be responsible for managing all lab techs and supervisors, maintain accurate inventories, execute production plans, clean stock, and TC/R&D initiatives
- Help with the set up and installation of lab equipment
- Conduct and evaluate plant tissue culture daily activities for mass scale tissue culture production

This is a dual role. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working alone in the field hosting various promotional events in the local community, AND also at times providing excellent customer service in our retail dispensaries. - Participate in larger regional events as needed
- Educate event attendees (patients and physicians) regarding the benefits of our products
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
- Must be personable, extroverted, outgoing, and high-energy as the role interacts with multiple departments as well as patients and physicians.
- Greet and Check-in customers as they enter
- Verification of customer ID and cannabis card status
- Discuss and make appropriate product recommendations to customers based on their physician’s recommendation
- Access and properly utilize the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) in dispensing product to customers
- Dispense medication and collect payment via POS register (cash, debit, etc)
- Maintain strict controls on product, cash, and patient data at all times
- Stay current with latest industry and product knowledge
- Support all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met
- Perform other regular duties related to maintaining a safe and clean retail store environment as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior medical/wellness or related sales experience, or other medical/health services-related experience involving direct patient/customer interaction, or high-end/specialty retail experience
- High school diploma, however a college degree in a relevant field is highly preferred
Training will be provided to selected candidates. No prior Medical Marijuana or dispensary experience is needed.
