Job Description:
This job description is for the role of Sales Representative for Drops, LLC. There is a 1 month training period for this position.
The primary responsibilities of a Sales Representative are the following:
Learning the Sales Pitch:
Sales Representatives must be experts on the products they are selling. First and foremost, reps must understand the key selling points of a given product and be able to explain them clearly and concisely. Reps must understand the nuances of our products well enough that they can answer impromptu questions with confidence and detail.
Reps must understand all facets of our company processes, from the farming practices we employ to the way our ingredients are extracted to regulatory compliance and all correspond- ing terminology.
Reps must also be perceptive in determining the interests of each customer and modify their sales pitches on an individual basis.
Managing Customer Relationships and Communications:
Each Sales Representative is responsible for managing a large geographical territory of roughly 130 dispensaries. Reps must nurture relationships and maintain consistent communication with each of these dispensaries. Reps are expected to visit in-person an average of 40 stores per week, in addition to solicitations by phone and email.
Reps must observe trends, maintain detailed notes, and think creatively about ways to improve sales and morale at each dispensary.
Following Procedures:
Reps must follow proper procedures with regard to deliveries, regulatory compliance, and handling of cash payments. This means understanding company policy as well as DCC cannabis regulations.

The Accounting Clerk will directly support the Controller in all general accounting functions and bookkeeping practices. This role will be a key component in standardizing routine functions, records, and reports within this department and should expect to work closely with other department managers and staff at all levels within the company. This position should expect to participate in daily accounting workflows and objectives such as payment posting, cash collection and counting, data entry for vendor payables, and record keeping for payables. Requisites:
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and obtain an OLCC marijuana worker permit, an Oregon Food Handler’s Permit, and proof of COVID vaccination.
Experience Desired:
- 1+ years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
Skills Desired:
- Working knowledge of general measurements/conversions in the kitchen i.e., teaspoon, tablespoon, cup, quarts, milliliters, milligrams, etc.
- Ability to conduct exact (specific) measurements of all ingredients including active THC/CBD
- Ability to maintain focus for extended periods of time without sacrificing attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and plan ahead and make decisions/adjustments on the go
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas
Job Description:
The Cook is a member of the Drops production team and focuses on the manufacturing process of all our edible products, from start to finish. The pace of this position is quick and team members must be capable of routinely meeting Drops standards for productivity and quality.
Duties:
- Manages and assists in set-up, clean-up, handling of cannabis and non-cannabis materials, production, QC sampling, etc.
- Manages a multi-stage quality assurance program by thoroughly inspecting products during specific stages of the manufacturing process, alerting supervisor of any discrepancies.
- Maintains and stocks inventory and notifies supervisor of any concerns or shortages, utilizing production/inventory systems: Metrc, Distru, Google Drives.
- Ensures cleanliness of workspace and manufacturing environment
- Ensures correct storage and management of all ingredients (non-cannabis/cannabis)
- Adheres to drops SOP’s applicable to the position including but not limited to health and safety; manufacturing and production; cleaning protocols; and product specific protocols
- Maintains compliance with Oregon Liquor Control Commission and the Oregon Department of Agriculture laws and guidelines
- Other duties may be assigned to help meet manufacturing, production, or company need
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
- Positive and collaborative attitude and open to feedback from management and coworkers
Other ways to succeed:
- Identify ways to improve efficiency, identify opportunities for improved safety and cleanliness and report to management
Physical Requirements: Essential functions require working in a hot and cold warehouse setting. Employee must possess the ability to stand for up to 10 hours a work day and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to reach with arms extended and/or overhead, excellent hand dexterity, ability to bend, stoop, stretch, use a stepstool, and similar activities and able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Work Location and Schedule: This is a non-exempt position with a 40-hour work week and occasional mandatory overtime hours. This position is located in the Clackamas warehouse and is currently scheduled Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm., with a 1/2 hour meal break and two paid breaks over the course of the work day. Work schedules and location are subject to change at the discretion of management and needs of the company.
