- The Supervisor, Retail Operations provides management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations manages patient specific logs as required, the receipt, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate records using BioTrackTHC, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations is responsible for the development of the Dispensing Facility’s privacy policies and procedures, the security and confidentiality of all patient information, as well as overall compliance with HIPAA.
- This position acts as a liaison internally between all staff, dispensary management team and the Manager, and externally between the Dispensing Facility and law enforcement, Commissioner of Health, and the local community.
- Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established and safety procedures.

Position Summary:

In addition to budtending, daily tasks include answering the receptionist window, filling jars of flower, stickering inventory, pre-packing drams, etc. Must work well with other team members and be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Candidate Should Posses:Prior smoke shop experience (Knowledge of glass, smart rigs) (*REQUIRED*)Prior vape shop experience (knowledge of ENDS and eliquid) (*REQUIRED*)Checking IDs and Cash handling skillsAbility to multi-task in a group or by yourself (Stock Store, Receive Orders, Help Customers)Punctuality and accountabilityGeneral computer knowledge and/or prior experience with Quickbooks POS (Preferred)Past experience in Head Shop, Vape Shop, or Cannabis Industry. (At least 1 Year)High school Diploma or equivalent Required
Position Duties:Verify age of customer via legal forms of ID.Provide outstanding customer service.Maintain Store as well as personal appearance.Complete daily tasks, assist with receiving, stocking and cleaning.

Position Summary:
Assist the management team with the operation of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Responsible for educating and helping customers, operating the point of sale system (POS), and handling cash. In addition to budtending, daily tasks include answering the receptionist window, filling jars of flower, stickering inventory, pre-packing drams, etc. Must work well with other team members and be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for product knowledge to educate and assist customers
- Accurately use and maintain the POS system
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Enter customer data into the rewards program
- Answer the phone and greet walk-in customers
- Store organization and cleanliness
- Understand & implement federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry
Additional Requirements:
- Colorado driver’s license or State ID card
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must obtain and retain a state-issued MED support badge
Preferred Experience:
- Customer Service- 1 year
- Budtending- 1 year
- Cannabis POS Operation- 1 year
- Flowhub experience a plus!
