Dank Bros LLC is a Tier II indoor cannabis grow company in Milwaukie, Oregon. Qualifications and Qualities Required The entry level gardener is an hourly wage position available to candidates age-21 and older and holding, or eligible to receive, an Oregon cannabis handler’s card. The functions of this position require the incumbent to work approximately 70 hours every two-week pay period. Regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Garden team members are required to participate in occasional early morning and evening shifts, and an occasional weekend shift. The entry level incumbent must be a mature individual who can carry through on assigned tasks in a timely manner without continuous supervision. He/she will be supervised by the Floor Manager and the General Manager. He/she will have the willingness and ability to learn about and participate in the Dank Bros grow program. This position has potential for wage increases and promotion for an incumbent who proves their value as a conscientious individual and contributor dedicated to the company mission.
Core Functions
- Serve as a garden team member on assigned tasks and duties consistent with planned production schedules and team project completion schedules.
- Carry out specific techniques for cannabis plant handling and treatment including big leafing, water emitter placement, line flushing and replacement, plant health protection, and general disease containment protocols.
- Carry out assigned tasks thoroughly and according to expected outcomes as required by the daily and weekly duty schedule.
- Learn and administer Dank Bros cleaning and sanitizing procedures for grow rooms and the common areas of the facility.
- Work safely to protect your personal health and physical safety, and contribute to the protection, good health, and physical safety of others.
- Provide early warning and assessments of physical plant systems to prevent operational failures and maintain optimum operational efficiencies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The entry level gardener has an interest in learning the cannabis business and becoming an essential member of a close-knit team with potential for promotions. Expectations and Requirements
Dank Bros LLC starts entry level garden workers at $16.50 per hour with a raise to $18 after three months of a successful probationary period. A higher starting wage could be negotiated depending on experience. All hourly employees receive six paid holidays and 9 PTO days per year.
The incumbent is not required to have a valid driver license but must be able to access transportation that meets on-time arrival and departure expectations at the grow facility. Cannabis, alcohol, and other mood- and motor skill-altering drugs may not be consumed before or during the workday. Observably impaired behavior or outward symptoms of drug and alcohol use may be grounds for immediate dismissal by any manager to protect the health, mental welfare, and safety of every Dank Bros employee.
Proof of an approved Covid-19 vaccination is required for employment. We follow State of Oregon mask mandate advice; masks must be worn at all times. Covid-19 and variant transmission alert protocols are being used to protect employee health. Exposure to a Covid-19 positive individual inside or outside the Dank facility will result in implementing the Covid management policy which may require time-off without pay for hourly wage employee. Duties and Responsibilities
- Start to learn basic knowledge of all laws governing garden operations and maintain compliance in all actions surrounding daily activities.

Job Summary
District Growers is looking for a Junior Garden Assistant, to help with cultivating cannabis and creating healthy medicinal plants. We are looking for an individual that fits within our close-knit oriented work environment, that will help maintain our goal of creating the highest quality cannabis on the market. This position includes an initial 6 month training program during which the candidate will train for 3 month in cultivation of cannabis and 3 months in the production of edible & concentrates. Landscape Gardener - Experience with Perennials, Annuals and Shrubs

Garden Me Up is seeking an Experienced Landscape Gardener. For this position we are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of two full seasons (March thru November/December) of experience planting and tending perennials, annuals, shrubs and decorative trees full time in customer yards or an equivalent amount of time working privately in their own extensively landscaped yard(s). Lawn work, greenhouse work, hydroponic growing, farm work and work in cannabis facilities are not the type of experience needed to qualify for this job.
We are looking for an Experienced Landscape Gardener who can identify a large number of plants typically used in a variety of styles of landscaping in our area and who can also determine the type of growing environment those plants need and what their seaonal care would be. The Experienced Landscape Gardener will also have actual in yard experience planting, trimming, pruning, deadheading, dividing, transplanting and otherwise caring for landscape garden plants. Although we sometimes hire gardeners who do not have this level of knowledge and experience, this posting is exclusively for gardeners who do.
In addition to plant installation, renovation and ongoing care, an Experienced Landscape Gardener at Garden Me Up will also have duties including edging and mulching landscaped garden beds, spring garden bed cleanup, fall garden bed and leaf cleanup, and renovation and installation of newly designed gardens.
Garden Me Up season begins in mid-March and ends in mid-December, leaving approximately three winter months each year for employees to pursue their own outside interests. Our work week during season is Monday - Saturday and the daily work hours are 9a - approximately 3p or 4p all six workdays of the week. Hours may ocassionally be adjusted and/or full work days may periodically be called off due to inclement weather.

Our customer base is primarily along the rt 2 corridor from Harvard to Concord, though we usually spend a day in one location. The Entry Level Gardener employee plays an important role in the maintenance and upkeep of a safe, clean, and compliant grow facility. It is a necessity to understand the laws that govern operations in a cultivation facility as to ensure Terrapin Care Station maintains safe and compliant practices at all times. The Entry Level Gardener employee will report to either the Head Grower or the Assistant Head Grower for daily assignments and directives.
There is a long list of tasks you may be asked to perform on the job including, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Have a basic knowledge of all laws governing garden operations and maintain compliance in all actions surrounding daily activities.
- Keep the garden floors, shelves, tables, walls, and all work areas clean and sanitized at all times
- Have a general knowledge of daily garden operations in order to fulfill tasks that have been assigned
- Scrub and Clean grow tables after every harvest event
- Wash pots thoroughly after every transplant event
- Understand Pesticide and Fertilizer safe handling and application
- Report any items that may be needed to the grow manager so they can be purchased in a timely manner

The person in the Lead Technician role for Treehous, LLC is responsible for completing the route they are assigned each workday. Completing the route includes independently navigating to multiple job sites and completing assigned tasks for both Townhome Landscapes and Capital Grow Consulting.
Townhome Landscapes tasks are centered around the routine maintenance of clients properties. The Lead Technician will also be expected to perform site map analysis for one-time work, interface with community members, sell Townhome
Landscapes service, .
Capital Grow Consulting tasks are centered around the delivery and installation of garden kits, and other products ordered off of www.capitalgrow.net. The Lead
Technician is also responsible for entering clients residence, taking trimmings from clients plants for XY (Sex) Testing, and delivering them to the XY Test center.

Primary Responsibilities with Capital Grow Consulting

Work Schedule:
Each week select the time slots you are available to work. The next weeks schedule (Mon.-Fri.) is set the Friday in advance.

Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information

Summary
The successful Cannabis Farmer/Grower will work closely with the Senior grower to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and execute daily activities for production of cannabis crops. This position includes materials, personnel and facility management, logistics and capacity planning.

Job Description
We are seeking a Cannabis Cultivation Gardener who has been adversely impacted by the enforcement of cannabis-related laws in Illinois. This includes those who currently reside in disproportionately impacted areas* as well as those who have been arrested for, convicted of, or adjudicated delinquent for any offense that is eligible for expungement under the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act**. Members of an impacted family may apply as well***.
A Cannabis Gardener Level I oversees and manages personnel to perform all the tasks necessary to grow various strains of quality medical marijuana in a large-scale indoor cultivation facility. Perform all the tasks in the cultivation facility including; cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, and inventory management for a large commercial facility. Gardeners work in close collaboration with the engineering team on the implementation of first-class systems to maintain proper temperature and humidity controls for a healthy environment that eliminates the risk of mold, powdery mildew, etc.
The law defines the following terms as such:
- “disproportionately impacted areas” means a census tract or comparable geographic area that:
(1) meets at least one of the following criteria:
(A) the area has a poverty rate of at least 20% according to the latest federal decennial census; or
(B) 75% or more of the children in the area participate in the federal free lunch program according to reported statistics from the State Board of Education; or
(C) at least 20% of the households in the area receive assistance under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program; or
(D) the area has an average unemployment rate, as determined by the Illinois Department of Employment Security, that is more than 120% of the national unemployment average, as determined by the United States Department of Labor, for a period of at least 2 consecutive calendar years preceding the date of the application; and
(2) has high rates of arrest, conviction, and incarceration related to the sale, possession, use, cultivation, manufacture, or transport of cannabis.
** “Offenses eligible for expungement under the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act” include possession of cannabis up to 500g or the manufacturing and delivery of up to 30g of cannabis.
*** “Member of an impacted family” means an individual who has a parent, legal guardian, child, spouse, or dependent, or was a dependent of an individual who, prior to the effective date of the Act, was arrested for, convicted of, or adjudicated delinquent for any offense that is eligible for expungement under this Act.
Education/Experience
The Cannabis Gardener Level I position requires a minimum of 5 years of cultivation experience and at least two years in both a commercial operation and supervisory role to understand the day-to-day requirements of the job. Expertise in the medical cannabis industry is highly desirable but not required. Must be 21 years old and pass a criminal background check.
