Responsible to: Trimming Manager
Purpose & Aim
Trimmers work in teams to harvest and defoliate, and trim marijuana plants as well as cleaning utensils, work areas, and other common areas. They are also tasked with taking out the trash, empty shoe sterilizing trays, and doing their dishes during their shift. This position requires standing for multiple hours in one spot to process marijuana plant material and clean. The Trimmer reports directly to the Trimming Manager for daily duties and may be required to work at different locations during the week. This position performs in restricted areas and requires employees to wear a current MED issued badge at all times.

Will be responsible for overseeing operations of a state of the art analytical laboratory. Including method validation, method transfers, data review, calibrations and QC for state mandated compliance testing of cannabis products. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of analytical chemistry instrumentation and software. As a growing marijuana infused company, The Hashery is looking to hire an experienced kitchen manager to help streamline edible production, improve consistency and efficiency, and train staff in professional kitchen etiquette and operations. The Culinary Manager will also research and develop new cannabis products and develop new ideas for infusing cannabis edibles. They will report to the company Owner/CEO.
Our ideal Culinary/Kitchen Manager will have several years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen. They should have some formal culinary training, pastry experience, and an interest in cannabis infusions. In addition, they should feel comfortable managing of employees as company builds who will be simultaneously cooking, infusing, and packaging products.
Candidates with experience in the marijuana industry are preferred, but this is certainly not required. Eventually, the Kitchen Manager will need to develop expertise in the Metrc cannabis tracking system, Marijuana Enforcement Division compliance, and be capable of filling out, organizing, and tracking all compliance paperwork, lab tests, batch logs, and state licenses for the lab.
The kitchen manager must also be willing to perform occasional solventless extractions, including ice-water hash production and rosin pressing. THC Co. delivery drivers are responsible for getting our products to our patients in a timely manner, while providing the patients an excellent customer experience. Delivery drivers provide their own vehicles. Delivery drivers are responsible for maintaining inventory and ensuring that all products are accounted for at the beginning and ending of each shift. Delivery drivers are required to use their own personal phone (must be a smart phone). The Daytime driving shift is from 7:30AM-2:00PM. The Midday driving shift is from 1:00PM-8:00PM. The Nighttime driving shift is from 7PM-1:30AM. Starting hours usually remain constant, but ending hours may vary depending on that days volume of sales. This job will require you to be in your vehicle for 6 hours or more per work day. Please be sure you understand and are comfortable with this before applying. Job Summary
Kitchen Staff are responsible for navigating day to day Kitchen operations producing products infused with Cannabis Oils and Isolates. This position will work closely with the Edibles Chef to ensure workflow meets the necessary specifications and Kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly. Must be able to follow instructions and react quickly even in high stress environments. Responsibilities
- Assist in the the creation and production of large batches of Cannabis Edibles. * Prepare and clean work spaces, equipment and materials daily. * Wash and sterilize Kitchen and equipment. * Prepare samples to be sent to lab. * Log recipes. * Help develop and execute the process of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Perform some administrative tasks, such as documenting all machine maintenance, printing labels, auditing products and supplies. * Package finished products. * Other duties as assigned.
