WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Responsible for high quality patient customer service, retrieving patient information from the State Registry, and maintaining confidential and HIPAA compliant paperwork
- Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with the State Registry
- Record each visit using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy of patient information, and recording notes if necessary
- Collaborate with call center employees about preorders and online orders to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of delivery while maximizing sales and customer satisfaction
- Respond to and resolve patient requests, complaints, or compliments in person, and on the phone requesting supervisor support as needed
- Maintain a basic understanding of the Cannabis based therapeutics, and services provided at Company
- Educate patients on the processes of registration, renewals, and lost registration documents
- Maintain awareness of patient input and suggest changes to improve service or product
- Ensure all patient files are current and required documentation is on file and follows all guidelines issued by the State
- Communicate with employees to update online and physical pamphlets as needed
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Required
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- 1 year or more of driving experience in the US or Canada
- Must have an established and a driving record in Good Standing.

Position Summary
The Inventory Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in their assigned vault, including investigation and resolution of variances. The Inventory Assistant Manager supervises the Inventory team and works closely with the Retail team to ensure sufficient stocking of the storefront.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manages the secure and compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of the vault
- Performs investigation of variances and prepares report of findings for issue resolution and prevention of recurrence
- Ensures compliant receipt of wholesale deliveries by verifying manifest accuracy and coordinating with Asset Protection regarding delivery schedule
- Maintains accurate virtual inventory in METRC and LeafLogix
- Manages the Inventory team, including scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action with support of the Store Manager
- Performs regular cycle counts, internal audit, and reconciliation processes
- Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and CCC regulations
- Performs retail order fulfillment with the vault
- Coordinates closely with Retail team to ensure accuracy of item availability
- Reports when items are low on stock and/or sold out to drive sales
- Maintains website compliance and proper testing input
- Coordinates with Asset Protection to ensure compliant disposal of waste
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 3 years of inventory management experience required
- At least 3 years of leadership experience required
- Basic database management experience required, including data entry and data reconciliation
- Basic math skills including adding and subtraction required

- Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education and skill development of the team.
- Assume the role of Manager on Duty as needed responsible for operational tasks for opening, closing, banking and security of the store.

The primary function of a Dispensary Associate is to facilitate a customer’s purchase per State regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
- Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
- Assist Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manor.

- Assist customer with any product or device issues.

Additional Responsibilities as Delivery Associate:
- Verify products on the manifests match the products in each delivery before leaving the facility.
- Communicate clearly to the customer, deliver product on time and safely.
- Maintain records for each delivery in accordance with state and federal law, as well as company policy.
- Process orders in the POS system and complete dispensation during each delivery.
- Keep cash and products securely locked in the green bins stored in the trunk of the vehicle.
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicles and all related equipment, putting in repair requests with management as necessary to maintain safe operation.
- Relay customer feedback, including concerns, complaints, damaged deliveries, returns, and competitive knowledge whenever it is presented.
- Monitor and evaluate safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment.
- Represent and uphold TruValues while facilitating in store-to-store transfers, patient deliveries, and service requests.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Education and Experience
- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
- Must have prior cash handling experience.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.

Position Summary
The Inventory Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in their assigned vault, including investigation and resolution of variances. Position Summary
The Retail Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Retail Store Manager with the daily procedures of the establishment including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, adherence to company brand standards, and support and leadership for the Retail team. This person serves as the point of contact for resolution of any retail issues when the Retail Store Manager is not present.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Assists the Retail Store Manager with managing daily operations of the storefront, including managing cash handling and deposits, identifying and resolving variances and discrepancies, and ensuring Company brand standards are met
- Provides leadership and support to Retail team, including coaching employees on Company policies and procedures and holding them accountable for key performance indicators; fosters a high performance, supportive, team-oriented environment
- Provides growth and learning opportunities to Retail team by ensuring new hires receive training of all job functions
- Provides conflict resolution and de-escalation assistance to Retail team in order to resolve complaints and/or issues
- Runs daily meetings to ensure communication of any policy or procedural changes, new products, sales techniques, and sales incentives
- Ensures all equipment, hardware, and point of sale software are functioning; troubleshoots and escalates issues if needed
- Maintains comprehensive understanding of industry rules and regulations related to retail in order to uphold compliance standards
- Assesses sales floor flow and inventory needs; audits and monitors high-volume regulated inventory
- Performs data analytics to compare sales and inventory, i.e. pivot tables, to assess trends and project future needs
- Ensures a secure facility and makes sure all staff comply with established safety and security procedures
- Assists with other management tasks such as scheduling, managing time off requests, and completing payroll as assigned by the Retail Store Manager
- Willing and able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday work
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience required
- At least 3 years of leadership experience required, preferably in a high-volume retail environment
- Basic computer skills required; POS software and cash management experience required
- Basic math skills including adding and subtraction required
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude required
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Fluency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel; knowledge of pivot tables and basic formulas required

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide deliveries, acting as a driver or passenger while delivering exceptional service for our customers
- Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with Medical Marijuana Use Registry

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education and skill development of the team.
- Assume the role of Manager on Duty as needed responsible for operational tasks for opening, closing, banking and security of the store.

Summary The Lead Dispensary Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. - Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant manager in all activities related to inventory management.
- Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant manager in all activities and responsibilities related to Standard operating procedure compliance and training.
- Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant manager in all activities related to opening and closing the dispensary.
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our Patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure Patients' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new membership and Patient renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the Patient database.
- Dispensing medical cannabis in Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Book appointments for Patients for services they request.
- Maintain a current stock of Educational materials, new patient folders etc.

Job DescriptionYou will work under the direction of the Horticultural Manager and, as needed, direct a knowledgeable crew, including actively-participating in hands-on tasks. Experience in plant recognition, hand-pruning (deep, rejuvenate, natural, hedging, thinning), and general horticulture garden practice are desired. So is the experience in, or a willingness to learn, seasonal flower install layout/design, small garden installation, while continuing to develop/enhance the fine gardening skills of the crew.
Job Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Hand-pruning specialty shrubs, trees, and vines
- Deadheading and grooming perennials, roses, and annuals
- Designing and installing plant material in containers and garden spaces
- Identifying and treating pests and diseases
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Watering, mulching, staking, and other general maintenance tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Horticulture or a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of gardening and/or landscape management experience
- Understanding of proper horticulture methods for planting, pruning, etc.
- Good time management skills/capable of meeting deadlines
- Ability to work on a team, learn quickly, and follow direction
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A clean driving record and reliable transportation to work

The Store Manager has ownership and drives the overall patient and sales service culture within the dispensary. The Store Manager will be responsible for developing overall store strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service, and operational goals to ensure maximum sales and profitability while adhering to GrowHealthy’s standards of conduct. This position reports to the Director of Retail Operations and will work in partnership with the Security teams to ensure the safety and security of the staff and patients. Total compensation will include variable performance pay in addition to a market competitive base and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, inspire, and coach employees to create a patient-centric environment resulting in a memorable and positive patient experience; building patient retention, strong relationships, and brand awareness and loyalty
- Deliver exceptional patient service by observing, listening, interacting and following up with patients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory reporting, employee reporting, patient reporting, and packaging
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees and patients to include sales floor, back room, manager offices and restrooms
- Adaptable to a changing environment and able to consistently achieve goals despite stress and ambiguity
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to help employees meet expectations and goals
- Ensure the implementation and effective application of information, tools, and systems required to meet patient needs
- Recruiting, hiring, and training employees in compliance with all Human Resources policies and procedures
- Spearhead merchandising, operations, marketing, and execution of store and company standards
- Participate in networking and creating positive relationships within the community
- Initiate and support change in policies, procedures, and products as the company grows
- Responsible for performance management of all employees in partnership with Human Resources
- Responsible and accountable for store P&L and controllable expenses
- Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures
- Responsible for all cash handling procedures and inventory management
- Responsible for staff scheduling
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of 4 years of exceptional leadership, management, communication and training skills in a customer-centric sales environment. Previous store management experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening
- Must possess the ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system
- Must possess the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good planning, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead, delegate, and motivate staff
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Knowledge of the Florida Medical Marijuana Rules & Regulations is a plus Name
