- College degree in agriculture or botany disciplines
- Experience growing cannabis in an ebb and flow system or Drip, commercially is even better

- Knowledge of the cannabis plant including but not limited to: nutrient regimen, temperature/humidity profiles by week, pruning, trimming, defoliating, topping, pest identification/management, disease identification/management, grow room sterilization

This position will require the candidate to be on their feet for most of the day: bending, reaching, scrubbing, plucking leaves, mixing nutrients, mopping floors, cleaning trays, occasionally lifting pots weighing 20-30 lbs..etc. This is an ACTIVE position and the ideal candidate will be in great physical shape to keep up with the pace at our facility.

Noble Farms is an indoor cannabis producer/processor in Tacoma, WA. We are looking for 2 part time experienced, fast and efficient buckers to join our team! Our crew is fun and hard-working and we need your experience and help because our yields are recently significantly increasing!
We buck one room every two weeks, and two rooms every third week. Each room typically has 190 to 225 plants that have been hang dried. Increasing yields with more and bigger buds requires two more experienced buckers. We grow, harvest and buck 12+ strains a month.
Responsibilities

*You will be bucking hang dried cannabis plants one to two days a week, typically Wednesdays and some Thursdays. *Speed with attention to detail to maintain the quality and structure of the bud is required. *You are expected to follow the direction of the Team Lead.

Grow Team SUPPORT ROLE, some Facilities and Maintenance work included
Noble Farms in Tacoma, WA is looking for a full-time Grow Team Support member to join our team! This role includes building facilities and maintenance work. We pride ourselves on our high-quality pesticide-free cannabis flower and prerolls! We are a family owned and operated indoor producer processor with a terrific crew - the vibe is collaborative and team oriented.
You are someone who has has a terrific work ethic, is a self starter, can be counted on to always be on time every day and complete the daily tasks with attention to detail, with energy, at the required pace, with a positive "team spirit" attitude, and who takes pride in your work.
In this role you will work in partnership to keep our facility clean & sterile, from the grow rooms to the areas used for processing & office work. You will report to the Head Grower and Grow Operations Manager. Your role is critical in helping Noble Farms maintain our commitment to growing pesticide-free.
Responsibilities
- Main Responsibility - Keep the entire facility as clean & sterile as possible in partnership with another Grow Support Tech.
- Regularly collect garbage & recycling from all waste bins & make available for haul away as per the collection schedule
- Regularly mop floors & ensure sanitation and hygiene supplies are well stocked (soap, toilet paper, hand towels, hand sanitizers, etc..)
- Note stock levels of facilities supplies and inform the the appropriate personnel if stocks are running low on a timely basis
- Clean various industrial equipment on a regular schedule
- Follow strict procedures to thoroughly clean grow rooms after each harvest
- Follow strict procedures in destroying waste plant material (experience operating a chipper is a big plus!)
- Assist with the in-take of goods from freight delivery trucks (experience using a pallet jack is a big plus)
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, weather proof outerwear is provided
- Sanitize pots and fill with soil, used for growing plants (~200+ a week)
- Occasionally assist in plant work duties such as deleafing, harvesting, bucking & trimming as directed by your manager
- Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols and work schedules
- Operate with integrity and honesty

We also require previous experience working in a commercial grow operation, and experience with hand watering is a plus! You are willing and eager to quickly learn the Noble Farms grow protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and to take direction from and/or work under the supervision of our Master Grower and a Grow Lead. You will be trained on the Noble Farms grow protocols by our Master Grower.

Responsibilities:
What you do every day on the Grow team is important to the quality of our product and our reputation with consumers and cannabis retailers. You will quickly become proficient at hand watering, the Noble Farms way, as well as all other Cultivation Tech duties and responsibilities.

* Watering plants by hand * De-leafing * Transplanting * Staking * Harvesting * Daily detailed inspection of plants and monitoring plant health * Keeping accurate records * Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment * Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery * Dispose of waste according to strict compliance guidelines * Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process
We maintain a high standard of hygiene to keep the facility pesticide free. In that regard, you will work with the rest of the grow team to keep the grow areas clean & sterile.

We are currently expanding our indoor facility and as a result need to add another qualified individual to our indoor team. Our farm produces top end cannabis (featured by high times) through advanced growing techniques and years of experience put to work in a high end custom built facility.**Requirements:
- 2 year college degree
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Oregon marijuana worker permit

Fulfillment & Trimming Processing Associate
Noble Farms in Tacoma, WA is looking for an Associate on our Processing Team who can help us right away in fulfilling orders and trim & package cannabis flower.

In this role you will both assist in the fulfillment of retail orders & trim cannabis plant flower as needed. Tasks include verifying & entering information into our traceability system (Cultivera), printing and applying labels, verifying counts, packing orders. You will also be asked to periodically trim cannabis plant flower, buck flower off dried plants and/or packaging final product for retail distribution. Lastly, you will be responsible for maintaining and following Noble Farms policies & procedures.
Responsibilities
- Use computer programs proficiently: Cultivera, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, others as pertinent.
- Hands on experience with Cultivera or another WA i502 traceability program (i.e. GrowFlow) is required
- Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements and basic arithmetic
- Demonstrate ability to reliably & efficiently count quantities of material & accurately differentiate alphanumeric codes
- Accurately enter information related to the amount of usable & unusable material for each plant/batch/lot/order
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
