Job Description Overview:
ENTRY LEVEL – FULL TIME GROW OPS Support for the cultivation of medical cannabis. Must be self-motivated and adhere to instructions.
Job Purpose: Cultivation activities such as but not limited to watering, pruning, transplanting, cleaning and support functions for our medical grow facility. Solid organization and a good work ethic is a must. Background check required. This is a manual labor position operating within a state licensed facility.
Duties:
- Standing and sitting for extended periods to complete job functions
- Maintain cultivation schedules; following policies and procedures; complete daily tasks as directed
- Cloning / Feeding / Defoliating and other cultivation practices of medicinal grow process
- Maintain daily records and paperwork in an accessible, organized and compliant fashion
- Performing opening and closing tasks; facility maintenance; whilst keeping a clean and sanitary work environment
- Maintaining the integrity and security of facility by ensuring all medicine is stored as required
- Abide by company non-disclosure and confidentially agreements
