JOB SUMMARY
The Post-Harvest Lead is responsible for supervising a small team with the day-to-day post-harvest work in accordance with standards set by the company. - Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, etc.

JOB SUMMARY

JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Operations assesses the needs of the company and finds ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 8-10 years hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics

JOB SUMMARY

The Facilities Assistant Manager coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work in the facility. JOB SUMMARY
The CI/QA Manager is responsible for driving lean manufacturing practices throughout the facility along with monitoring and evaluating internal production processes, overseeing quality-related activities at the facility associated with sampling and inspection of in-process and finished products, customer complaints, product investigations, and Corrective and Prevention Action (CAPA) plans. The CI/QA manager is also responsible for development of visual processes, daily tiered production reviews, GEMA walks, focused improvement activities, safety performance, TEPM, TPS and ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency and promoting a culture of Quality across all departments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
- Work with key business stakeholders, and multi-functional areas, to build a continuous improvement environment supporting a culture of change
- Lead and facilitate LEAN and process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
- Support the delivery of greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
- Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
- Assist in the development and implementation of a 'best-in-class continuous improvement strategy
- Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
- Work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements

- Create guidance in regulations consistent with FSMA, CGMP and food CFR requirements.
- Assurance of sound raw and FG traceability program.

JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Assistant Manager coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work in the facility. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs (PPM)
- Communicates effectively and consistently to all facilities staff
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repairs, records as required.
- Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC roof top units (RTU's).
- Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors
- Responds quickly to emergency situations
- Maintain adequate knowledge of and comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times
- Performs all duties in a safe manner, following Company work rules and policies
- Performs cleaning duties as assigned with an eye towards maintaining a sanitary environment
- Assist in construction, preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the facility
- Complete work orders as assigned

The Extraction Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Extraction Technician completes tasks assigned by the Extraction Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas as well as to maintain quality control measures. This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements, and workplace safety.
- Familiarity with basic scientific principles and laboratory experience. Must be able to follow written directions and maintain a laboratory notebook.
- Must follow all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines. This includes the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment.
- Operate laboratory instruments, make observations, calculate and record results.
- Understand and meet daily goals.
- Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
- Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production lines and collecting samples for analysis.
- Follow SOP and standard analytical procedures to meet Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices compliance.

JOB SUMMARY
Cultivation Technicians are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of Cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting.

In this role as Manager, Compliance you will report to the Regional Vice President and will own compliance with all state specific cannabis industry laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices. - Develop, with partnership departments, standard operating procedures ("SOPs"), internal processes, and compliance training for facility staff
- Develop internal audit procedures for all facilities in applicable jurisdictions
- Conduct regular, random internal audits of facility operations and prepares written reports to senior management.
- Review, interpret and provide guidance to facility on all aspects of jurisdictional rules and regulations applicable to facilities
- Assist with regulations to help ensure appropriate tracking of inventory and waste through our seed-to-sale software program
- Help prepare for facility inspections, government regulatory investigations, and external audits
- Review government investigation findings and assists with preparing and implementing corrective action plans
- Assists with remedial action to address gaps in facility operational compliance and mitigate future risks
- Review and approve packaging and labeling designs for cultivated and manufactured products
- Partner with operational leads to ensure record-keeping and security requirements are met at every facility
- Monitor changes to cannabis laws, regulations, and industry guidance in various states and municipalities
- Prepare and assist with licensing, renewals, and other state and jurisdiction specific submissions
- Research and understand the intersection between tracking, inventory and technology issues
- Provide recommendations to leadership on program efficacy and improvements
- Investigate, resolve and provide recommendations concerning discrepancies
- Assist onsite managers at our facilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A POST-HARVEST ASSOCIATE
As a Post-Harvest Associate, you play a crucial role in the manufacturing of our products by being the first step in the process of preparing our plant for packaging. You partake in the curing process by hanging and dry-racking flowers. Ensuring the plants remain in prime condition, you monitor climate control in the facility by maintaining a warm temperature. JOB SUMMARY
The Extraction Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Extraction Technician completes tasks assigned by the Extraction Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production areas as well as to maintain quality control measures. This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements, and workplace safety.

Job Descricption:
Post-Harvest Technicians will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales, pre-rolls, and packaging. Successful candidates will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities’ cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Duties include the following:
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Adhere to the departmental, site, and corporate safety policies.
- Assemble secondary packaging.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for harvesting, debucking, trimming, grinding, drying, and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for pre-rolls and/or flower sales
- Hand trimming.
- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a cleanroom manufacturing environment to maintain required standards.
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment.
- Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless-steel racks and shelving.
- Strict adherence to procedures and practices according to internal SOP and state regulations
- Strong emphasis on documentation according to state regulations
- Foster a workplace that is positive and productive.
- Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from any member of the management team

Security Agent

Under the supervision of the Director of Security, the Security Agent is responsible for enforcing and carrying out our Security Policies and Procedures for The Boston Garden (“TBG”) while recommending any suggestions to enhance and revise the policies as needed. The Security Agent will need to act as a member of a cohesive team working with other security personnel and the broader staff of the dispensary. The successful candidate must be adept at managing the often-competing demands of customer service and physical security within a busy, regulated, retail environment. In addition, the Security Agent will perform the following duties:
- Monitor the state-of-the-art security systems including alarms, video surveillance, and motion detectors.
- Ensure that only authorized individuals are permitted access to the TBG facility by verifying appropriate ID cards and other forms of identification.
- Ensure all visitors adhere to the correct sign in procedures and protocols.
- Ensure that all customers go through the appropriate intake and registration process.
- Investigate, communicate, and provide leadership in the event of an emergency such as an intrusion, fire, or other threat that jeopardizes customers, authorized visitors, and TBG agents;
- Respond and investigate security situations and alarm calls; clearly document the incident and details surrounding the incident in a written report for the Director of Security;
- Oversee the entrance to the facility and verify the credentials of each person seeking access to the TBG facility;
- Answer routine inquiries;
- Log entries, and maintain visitor log;
- Escort authorized visitors in restricted access areas; and
- Escort TBG agents from the facility during non-business hours and perform security checks at designated intervals.
- Ensure that all video surveillance is functioning appropriately to maintain secure premises and maintain all necessary compliance footage for the Cannabis Control Commission.
- Ensure the secure storage and transfer of cannabis and currency by authorized TBG agents or service providers.
- Ensure that appropriate TBG agents are maintaining correct records and accurate stock keeping of cannabis and currency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background record check.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 2+ years’ experience in security and loss prevention, or law enforcement.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience (year for year management experience can be substituted for required degree).
- Preferred experience working in law enforcement or security, loss prevention, data analytics, accurate use of computer-based software systems.
- Ability to obtain any other required licenses.

OVERVIEW: This position reports directly to the Post Harvest Manager and is responsible for a quality checks and trimming of high-quality cannabis. The post-harvest associate completes their duties in compliance with the company policy, laws and rules governed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sanitize racks and baskets before and after each harvest.
- Maintain dehumidifiers, making sure they are operating correctly and changing filters as needed.
- Move product from harvest room to dry room.
- Operate several devices (water activity meter and moisture meters) to know correct time for product to be taken down.
- Knowledge of how long each strain needs to dry and cure for.
- Able to identify undesirable material such as (Botrytis, Aspergillus, Bud Rot, Powdery Mildew, Fungus Gnats).
- Keep Strains Clearly labeled and separate at all times.
- Responsible for all product from time of harvest until it goes to trim (stirring of baskets, accurately record weights, tagging each bucket of a lot).
- Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.
- Responsible for burping of buckets 1-2 times per day.
- Knowledge of all auto trimming equipment (GreenBroz, Twister).

The Budtender will serve customers at our retail locations with the mission of treating everyone like gold. JOB SUMMARY
The SR. Inventory Manager serves as the site expert for all tracking and reporting of the movement of all cannabis and non-cannabis products that enter and leave our facility in Athol, MA. This role is critical to the compliance standards set by the state with high level of visibility and cross functional partnership. This ideal candidate must have a passion for compliance and is an expert in METRC. The SR. Inventory Manager will be working with all departments to ensure the accurate and timely collection of data and developing a working relationship with state inspectors. The SR. Inventory Manager completes their duties in compliance with the company policy, laws and rules governed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Reports all cannabis activity in the METRC Track & Trace system that pertains to the intake, processing, packaging, labeling, and waste of cannabis and cannabis products.
- Works with Fulfillment and Sales teams to ensure METRC transfers are seamless within the customer order fulfillment process.
- Assists Fulfillment with routine audits of inventory quantities and compares the results with the state METRC Track & Trace system; investigates and corrects any discrepancies.
- Supervises all Inventory department staff
- Acts as METRC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides guidance and training to internal counterparts.
- Manages METRC specialist team to ensure accuracy of inventory management
- Maintains an inventory of tags, labels, and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Serves as point of contact for METRC inquiries during inspections by state regulatory agencies
- With management team, helps develop processes and SOPs for data tracking across the cultivation, distribution, and retail operations.
- Compliance with all MassGrow policies as detailed in the state-specific handbook and corporate Handbook and Employee Benefits Guide, including workplace conduct, confidentiality and non-disclosure policies
- Demonstrates success in managing high-volume cannabis cultivation and manufacturing inventory tasks
- Additional ad hoc projects, tasks, and responsibilities will apply.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of Management Experience Required
- Proficient in METRC preferred, other seed-to-sale tracking software preferred (Adilus).
- Experience in a Regulated Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Overview
The Mother Room Lead is a full-time position in Athol, MA. The Mother Room Lead is responsible for supporting all plant care of the mother plants and monitoring for the cannabis cultivation operation. Duties also include maintaining proper records for the Mother Regeneration Program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading and managing groups of staff in coordination with the Propagation Manager
- Maintaining excellent health of each plant including feeding schedules
- Communicating and working closely with the IPM and Fertigation teams in order to address pest control and nutrient needs.
- Monitoring procedures to ensure it is being performed according to company SOPs
- Monitoring team's biosecurity procedures and remain compliant to company policy on GMP 's.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail regarding documentation of progress of the mother plants and future growth goals.
- Monitoring and adjusting light intensity based on the height of plants in order to maintain PAR levels.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the room and ensure sanitation procedures are being closely followed.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Additional ad hoc projects, tasks, and responsibilities will apply.
- Maintaining compliance with company SOPs and reporting changes or updates to management as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of the Cannabis plant
- 2+ years of cannabis industry experience in a commercial facility
- Experience in the fundamentals of plant biology required
- Strong excel and computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours with weekends if required
- Ability to organize/prioritize workload and attention to detail
- Knowledge in all cannabis media required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry

The Harvest Technician provides manual labor which supports the post-cultivation activities and operations of our cultivation department. This position will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, positive individual who can think of no better way to spend the work day than potting, big leafing, and harvesting cannabis plants with expert care and precision.
- Participating in cannabis harvest process including offload, harvesting, sanitizing and reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste
- Harvesting and drying wet cannabis plants
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials and manage cultivation waste
- Cleans and sanitizes dry rooms
- Document any and all activity in Illinois traceability program
- Maintain open communication with management team and co-workers
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a hands-on environment with high attention to detail preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required

JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of most or all Human Resources functions, including but not limited to the following: employment, recruitment, employee relations, EEO, compensation/benefits, and organizational development. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB SUMMARY
The Order Fulfillment and Transportation Supervisor assists with overseeing the order fulfillment and transport agent. This role involves overseeing the preparation of orders, manifests, scheduling transportation and overall process management from seed to sale.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a timely manner to meet production standards.
- Count and label product properly to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain Data and accountability sheets in a complete and timely fashion.
- Work in collaboration with all members of the Inventory/Compliance team to ensure delivery of production standards.
- Execute assigned tasks, projects, and expectations as set forth by Department Manager
- Manage all day-to-day operations related to transportation.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and maintain/enhance customer relationships.
- Manifest next day deliveries.
- Ensure all labels and orders are printed correctly.
- Ensure safe delivery of packaged product.
- Maintain transport vehicle(s) and ensure vehicle is running properly.
- Work with other departments to establish proper storage and handling of vehicle(s).
- Conduct route analysis to identify cost saving opportunities.
- Conduct route observations to ensure drivers are performing as required.
Conduct employee training subjects such as material handling and transportation safety.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Must have proficient knowledge in METRC, Leaftrade, Flourish
- 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving required in commercial cannabis
- MS Excel experience is required
- High school diploma or GED preferred

OVERVIEW: This position reports directly to the Post Harvest Manager and is responsible for a quality checks and trimming of high-quality cannabis. The post-harvest associate completes their duties in compliance with the company policy, laws and rules governed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sanitize racks and baskets before and after each harvest.
- Maintain dehumidifiers, making sure they are operating correctly and changing filters as needed.
- Move product from harvest room to dry room.
- Operate several devices (water activity meter and moisture meters) to know correct time for product to be taken down.
- Knowledge of how long each strain needs to dry and cure for.
- Able to identify undesirable material such as (Botrytis, Aspergillus, Bud Rot, Powdery Mildew, Fungus Gnats).
- Keep Strains Clearly labeled and separate at all times.
- Responsible for all product from time of harvest until it goes to trim (stirring of baskets, accurately record weights, tagging each bucket of a lot).
- Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.
- Responsible for burping of buckets 1-2 times per day.
- Knowledge of all auto trimming equipment (GreenBroz, Twister).

OVERVIEW: This position reports directly to the Post Harvest Manager and is responsible for a quality checks and trimming of high-quality cannabis. The post-harvest associate completes their duties in compliance with the company policy, laws and rules governed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sanitize racks and baskets before and after each harvest.
- Maintain dehumidifiers, making sure they are operating correctly and changing filters as needed.
- Move product from harvest room to dry room.
- Operate several devices (water activity meter and moisture meters) to know correct time for product to be taken down.
- Knowledge of how long each strain needs to dry and cure for.
- Able to identify undesirable material such as (Botrytis, Aspergillus, Bud Rot, Powdery Mildew, Fungus Gnats).
- Keep Strains Clearly labeled and separate at all times.
- Responsible for all product from time of harvest until it goes to trim (stirring of baskets, accurately record weights, tagging each bucket of a lot).
- Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.
- Responsible for burping of buckets 1-2 times per day.
- Knowledge of all auto trimming equipment (GreenBroz, Twister).

The Director of Cultivation is responsible for overseeing all day to day operations throughout the cultivation facility to ensure full compliance and production demands are met. Reports directly to and follows any instruction from the VP, of Cultivation and site General Manager. Must ensure the proper use and function of all climate control, irrigation, lighting and any other systems used in cultivation, to provide a constant supply of clean and potent cannabis. Required to create and adhere to a harvest/production schedule and coordinate all events with cultivation, trim, and packaging staff as needed. Must read and understand all current cultivation SOP's and follow accordingly for all aspects of cultivation. Train, oversee, and properly educate of all cultivation staff in accordance with current SOP's. Will delegate tasks to the Assistant Cultivation Manager, and Cultivation Crew Supervisor for daily labor operations, and ensure all tasks are being performed efficiently, correctly, and in accordance with all current cultivation SOP's. Responsible for maintaining full compliance throughout the cultivation facility and keeping up to date with any changes to applicable laws and regulations.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all day to day activities of cultivation staff required to keep the facility clean, compliant, and operating at high efficiency in order to provide a steady, uninterrupted supply of clean and potent cannabis.
- All areas of cultivation facility are kept clean.
- Staff is performing tasks in compliance with the law and in accordance with SOP's.
- Work duties are done efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Train all cultivation management and labor staff on required job duties.
- All cultivation staff is aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Train staff in relation to all applicable cultivation SOP's.
- Train staff in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee the process of training, and employee development to determine whether staff needs further training.
- Create and adhere to a production/harvest schedule.
- Follow details set forth in SOP's.
- Create cloning lists for future harvest batches based on the performance of each strain and demands of the dispensary or any wholesale clientele.
- Coordinate all tasks and events with cultivation, trim, and packaging staff.
- Ensure all tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner, as to not disrupt the schedule.
- Manage and coordinate any changes made to the production schedule with cultivation, trim, and packaging staff.
- Daily assessments of plant growth.
- Monitor all phases of plant growth by performing daily walk-throughs and scouting operations in all cultivation areas.
- Ensure all plants are being fed with the irrigation system adequately for maximum growth rates.
- Oversee the mixing of stock nutrient solutions.
- Determine overall feed volumes for each cultivation area for each day based on feed schedule, and feed volume charts.
- Monitor all parts of the irrigation system for any leaks, clogs, damage, or malfunctions.
- Check for proper rate of nutrient uptake in accordance with current feed schedules, and make any changes needed.
- Adjust the nutrient formula to mitigate any signs of nutrient deficiency or toxicity.
- Raise or lower the feed volumes to prevent over/under watering, and excessive run off.
- Scouting for any signs of pests, pest damage or infestation, and creating a plan to mitigate pests in accordance with the IPM plan.
- Proper identification of pests.
- Compliant and safe usage and handling of any pesticides needed for treatments.
- Create spray mixtures, and application dates for any treatments.
- Monitor effectiveness of treatments, and the need for further applications.
- Detailed scouting for any signs of plant stress related to abiotic disease such as, light burn, wilting, overwatering, overfeeding, nutrient deficiency, environmental stress (hot, cold, humid, dry, etc.)
- Make adequate changes to environmental settings, feed schedules, and feed volumes to adjust in relation to any stress or undesirable growth rates to prevent crop damage.
- Daily assessments of gardening needs.
- All pruning and topping procedures are being performed properly and in a timely fashion.
- Trellising and staking done regularly in accordance with SOP's.
- Determine and implement any changes to the current pruning, topping, and trellising guidelines necessary for optimal plant growth.
- Daily assessments of environmental control systems and proper climate conditions in all areas of cultivation.
- Constant monitoring of climate control system function, and immediately deal with any changes or problems.
- Check the climate monitoring systems from the previous days to check for any undesirable deviations from desired conditions.
- Adhere to air filter replacement schedule and monitor all air filters to ensure proper function and the need for more frequent replacements.
- Monitor lighting systems and immediately replace any bulbs or fixtures that have burned out or are malfunctioning.
- Check all CO2 tanks and lines to determine if there are any leaks, and that the tanks are properly filled to meet the demands of the facility.
- Data Analysis.
- Analyze all data from previous harvest batches to check for any discrepancies during the growth.
- Determine the total yields of each harvest batch and yields for each individual strain used for that batch.
- Catalogue the output of each strain for each harvest batch and compare to subsequent harvest batches to determine the best strains to use for optimal yields and potency values for future batches.
- Create accurate and reliable harvest estimates based on prior harvest data.
- Staffing and management of employee performance.
- Hiring of new employees.
- Employees are qualified for the position.
- Provided with and trained on any employee handbooks or procedural materials set forth by the company.
- Employees have full understanding of the job requirements, and hours they will need to work.

Additional Duties/Responsibilities
- Must perform any labor tasks for cultivation as needed if employees are absent, or behind schedule.
- Must be able to use or learn any computer software programs required for cultivation (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any programs needed to run and monitor the climate control and fertigation systems).
- Assist employees and managers in the trim, packaging, processing, or dispensary operations in any way that will improve overall performance of the business. (Not responsible for labor related tasks in any department outside of cultivation).
- Remain up to date on continuing education, and new or emerging technologies that may help to better increase to output or efficiency of the cultivation facility.
- Maintain detailed expense reports for all materials purchased in each month of operation.
- Ordering/purchasing of any and all products needed for future operations.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn and use Metrc (inventory management program).
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher in horticulture, plant and soil sciences, or relevant agricultural experience or scientific experience related to cultivation of medicinal cannabis.
- 5+ years of experience with management of staff and facilities operations in agricultural or similar professional field.
- 5+ years of experience working in a regulated cannabis cultivation facility (management preferred, but not required if management experience was gained in another profession.)
- Full knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements to keep the facility at 100% compliance at all times, this includes being up to date on any changes to current applicable laws/regulations.
- Detailed knowledge of indoor hydroponic cultivation practices, life cycle of cannabis, the common pests of cannabis and compliant pest treatment/prevention options in accordance with local and state laws and regulations and any EPA regulations.
- Detailed knowledge of cannabis strains used in production, their growth habits, potential yields and potencies.
- Current holder or ability to obtain a Private Pesticide Applicator license.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of mechanics and basic function of irrigation, and all climate control systems used throughout the facility (lighting, HVAC, CO2, etc.)
- Acute attention to detail and decisive reasoning skills.
- Ability to manage and oversee all staff while performing other tasks.
- Responsible for data analysis or all cultivation data and purchasing and tracking costs of required materials for use in cultivation.

JOB SUMMARY
The SR. Inventory Manager serves as the site expert for all tracking and reporting of the movement of all cannabis and non-cannabis products that enter and leave our facility in Athol, MA. This role is critical to the compliance standards set by the state with high level of visibility and cross functional partnership. This ideal candidate must have a passion for compliance and is an expert in METRC. The SR. Inventory Manager will be working with all departments to ensure the accurate and timely collection of data and developing a working relationship with state inspectors. The SR. Inventory Manager completes their duties in compliance with the company policy, laws and rules governed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES*

- Reports all cannabis activity in the METRC Track & Trace system that pertains to the intake, processing, packaging, labeling, and waste of cannabis and cannabis products.
- Works with Fulfillment and Sales teams to ensure METRC transfers are seamless within the customer order fulfillment process.
- Assists Fulfillment with routine audits of inventory quantities and compares the results with the state METRC Track & Trace system; investigates and corrects any discrepancies.
- Supervises all Inventory department staff
- Acts as METRC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides guidance and training to internal counterparts.
- Manages METRC specialist team to ensure accuracy of inventory management
- Maintains an inventory of tags, labels, and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Serves as point of contact for METRC inquiries during inspections by state regulatory agencies
- With management team, helps develop processes and SOPs for data tracking across the cultivation, distribution, and retail operations.

JOB SUMMARY
The SR. Inventory Manager serves as the site expert for all tracking and reporting of the movement of all cannabis and non-cannabis products that enter and leave our facility in Athol, MA. This role is critical to the compliance standards set by the state with high level of visibility and cross functional partnership. This ideal candidate must have a passion for compliance and is an expert in METRC. The SR. Inventory Manager will be working with all departments to ensure the accurate and timely collection of data and developing a working relationship with state inspectors. The SR. Inventory Manager completes their duties in compliance with the company policy, laws and rules governed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Reports all cannabis activity in the METRC Track & Trace system that pertains to the intake, processing, packaging, labeling, and waste of cannabis and cannabis products.
- Works with Fulfillment and Sales teams to ensure METRC transfers are seamless within the customer order fulfillment process.
- Assists Fulfillment with routine audits of inventory quantities and compares the results with the state METRC Track & Trace system; investigates and corrects any discrepancies.
- Supervises all Inventory department staff
- Acts as METRC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides guidance and training to internal counterparts.
- Manages METRC specialist team to ensure accuracy of inventory management
- Maintains an inventory of tags, labels, and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Serves as point of contact for METRC inquiries during inspections by state regulatory agencies
- With management team, helps develop processes and SOPs for data tracking across the cultivation, distribution, and retail operations.
- Compliance with all MassGrow policies as detailed in the state-specific handbook and corporate Handbook and Employee Benefits Guide, including workplace conduct, confidentiality and non-disclosure policies
- Demonstrates success in managing high-volume cannabis cultivation and manufacturing inventory tasks
- Additional ad hoc projects, tasks, and responsibilities will apply.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of Management Experience Required
- Proficient in METRC required, other seed-to-sale tracking software preferred (Adilus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to create and implement new policies and procedures to increase efficiency
- Display accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail

Overview
The Cultivation Technician is a team member in the cultivation process. This role involves planting and maintaining clones, seeds and any other method that management requires. The role also includes such tasks as pruning, monitoring for insects and disease and any tasks that are directly related to the planting and growth process of the cannabis plant. This position reports to the Cultivation Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with all operations surrounding the cultivation department
- Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects, and expectations set forth by leadership staff
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift
- Maintain the health of plants in adherence to the SOP's
- Assist in completing other secondary cultivation tasks at the direction of the cultivation lead
- Maintain a clean safe environment inside the cultivation area
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to changing deadlines and prioritize
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative

Dispensary Manager
We are excited to present an opportunity to join The Boston Garden Dispensary, an innovative cannabis company. Under the supervision of the Director of Retail Operations, the Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State of Massachusetts and standards set by TBG. The Dispensary Manager provides support and oversight to all Budtenders, operations staff, and other staff members, which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The dispensary manager will work closely with the Director of Security to ensure that any incidents are properly recorded, and all compliance procedures are followed to the letter at all times. In addition, the Dispensary Manager will perform the following duties among others:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, cash management and customer relations;
- Serve as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations;
- Responds to all agent questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts;
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Budtenders, and other staff in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility.
- Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.
- Managing product inventory, goods for display and assisting with decisions about stock control.
- Ensuring there is zero inventory shrinkage or misconduct by retail associates and other staff (Budtenders).
- Uses the Point of Sale system to ensure all relevant information is recorded and tracked accurately.
- In conjunction with the security team, maintain the integrity and security of the dispensary by allowing only authorized personnel into the dispensary and ensuring all products are stored appropriately.
- Deal with sensitive information and human resources while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- As necessary engage with vendors for promotions and other in store activities.
- Assisting with managing and motivating a team to improve and ensure efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring standards of quality, customer service and health and safety are exceeded at every turn.
- Respond to customer questions, complaints and comments both in person and online.
- Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to employees and customers, and identifying/resolving urgent issues, while looking for ways to improve operations and the customer experience.
- Establish and maintain staff training protocols.
- Conducting sales transactions when required, auditing systems regularly, auditing staff capabilities and retraining when necessary.
- Opening and closing the dispensary.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State of Massachusetts and the standards set by TBG;
- Maintain inventory control system and perform weekly counts of all marijuana and marijuana products in the facility;
- Actively recruit, train, and develop talent for the dispensary team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background record check.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- 5+ years’ experience in retail management or a related field.
- Cannabis knowledge and experience is a plus but not required.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience (year for year management experience can be substituted for required degree).
- Ability to obtain any other required licenses.
- Must have experience in training, creating training lesson plans and implementing training programs.
- Must have experience documenting and securely maintaining records for future recall.

The Trimming Associate is responsible for manicuring cannabis in preparation for sale, maintaining the high quality of finished product while paying close attention to detail during the trimming process. Ensuring quality cannabis products leave the cultivation facility is the most important aspect of the Trimming Associate position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Opening: Entry Level Cannabis Laborer1620 Labs is a privately-owned start-up cannabis cultivator located in Athol, MA. With a recently completed state-of-the-art facility, the company is committed to providing Massachusetts cannabis retailers with the highest quality cannabis in the market. The company is currently looking for a motivated, high-energy candidate to fill its Cannabis Laborer position.
Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years old, punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player. They must be able to work in a non-smoking environment. The position will be a 50/50 split between cleaning duties (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc) and working directly with the plants (prepping, growing, harvesting, trimming, etc.). Having prior horticultural experience, particularly with cannabis plants, is preferred.

- $15/hour; approximately 30 hours a week.
- 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday; some weekends required during plant harvest.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining sanitary standards throughout the facility. Cleaning will include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.
- Handling an array of plant maintenance responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Plant inspections
- Tagging/tracking plants
- Watering plants
- All elements of harvesting, including drying, hand trimming leaves, etc
- Assist with packaging cannabis products
- Candidate must be able to lift loads of up to 30 pounds
- A team-player who is willing to assist wherever needed and willing to learn.
- Adheres to the company’s plant cultivation/maintenance standards.
- Candidate must comply with all company HR as well as State rules and regulations including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Experience:
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Horticultural experience is preferred
- Clean room/lab cleaning and/or food sanitation experience is a plus, but not required
- Satisfactory references and CORI report will be required.

Role Overview
The Dispensary Agent will meet with medical marijuana patients one-on-one and guide them by suggesting products specific to their symptoms. The Dispensary Agent will be responsible for providing a high-level of personalized customer service and patient care while also being responsible for point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, scheduling patient appointments, and managing inventory. The Dispensary Agent will meet all patients with professionalism, poise and patience. A passion for cannabis coupled with a strong adherence to protocol and compliance are a must for this role.
Role Responsibilities
- Train for and adapt to several roles in the dispensary to meet day-to-day requirements: waiting room service, 1-on-1 consultation service, checkout service and inventory management are areas of proficiency.
- Demonstrate high level product knowledge while remaining translatable to seasoned cannabis veterans and brand-new customers alike.
- Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company regulations.
- Assist and support team members with positivity and pro-activity in all day-to-day matters.
- Managing time and respecting protocol under fast-paced retail conditions are a must.
- Perform a daily inventory reconciliation of active products (excluding storage)
- Perform a daily cash closing report
- Perform order deliveries as needed
- Assist in cultivation operations (trimming, processing, packaging) as needed
- Respect rules, guidelines and company standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with VT Medical Cannabis Program rules and regulations.
- Ability to acquire a state credential by passing required background check. Violent felonies and drug offenses are considered disqualifying by the State of Vermont.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid drivers' license and vehicle.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff members and managers.
- Efficacy with technology and point of sale systems.
- A fundamental understanding of cannabinoids and their effects on the body.
- Customer service and/or retail experience.
- A passion for cannabis that is translatable to a diverse group of ages, ethnicities and professionals.
- Required Training
- The Dispensary Agent must receive HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) training to assure patient confidentiality
- The Dispensary Agent must receive training in, and adherence to, quality control requirements by completing our Quality Control Training.

The Effortless Garden is a small sustainable landscape design, build, and garden care company. We focus on native plantings, edible gardens, low impact installation, Cannabis, organic garden care and fine gardening.
We are looking for a few self motivated people to work with other gardeners as well as independently. The position has potential for growth as we are expanding.
