QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years or over- Must have a valid Nevada Marijuana Agent Production card
- Experience with Nevada State Tracking METRC
- 1-3 years of applicable experience in manufacturing and packaging with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality
- Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment, ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time

Job Statement
We are seeking an experienced cultivation METRC distribution compliance expert to join our team. The distribution METRC compliance expert is responsible for ensuring compliance through proper METRC use, quality assurance, outgoing order preparation, order packing, making/printing compliance labels, developing/implementing inventory control, and managing regulatory documents for packets going to vendors, scan packets to vendors. As well as communicating with departments properly to ensure orders go out to vendor perfectly.
Will be creating spreadsheets of updated weights in accordance with Metrc, Vault inventory, packing inventory, etc.

Job Description:
A Marijuana Cultivation Facility is looking for a highly motivated, reliable, local to Pahrump NV, knowledgeable Facility Supervisor to control the direction and oversight of our cultivation facility. Candidates should have a strong management background.
The Facility Supervisor oversees the day to day operations of the entire facility operations. The Facility Supervisor is the designated Facility Agent with oversight of the Inventory Control System that the Company utilizes, Metrc. Works with the Master Cultivator to manage personnel to perform all the tasks necessary to grow various strains of quality medical marijuana in an indoor cultivation facility. Work closely with the Master Cultivator on the implementation and timing of cultivation plans to maintain a continuous flow of live cannabis plants through the Cultivation Operation.

Responsibilities:
- Arrive at facility 15-30 minutes prior to staff start time or arrange opening the facility with Security.
- Ensure the facility remains compliant. (Training will be provided) Maintain the facility in a “always clean status”.
- Perform/coordinate a building walk-through with our Master Cultivator checking security cameras and each pod room to make sure everything is operating and recording properly;
- Work with staff to schedule and assign tasks;
- Verify all staff who have reported for work and secure all entrances to the facility;
- Arrange Monday morning meetings to go over weekly staff duties to be assigned and accomplished. Take notes and circulate action items from that meeting, report to Management
- Inspect the grow rooms and plants. Compare layouts and details to Metrc records. Reconcile as needed.
- Perform an inventory check on all products needed to maintain their specific areas of operation, including grow rooms, and administration needs;
- Direct staff to perform their inventory checks as needed
- Make sure all products are put in their proper place and no supplies are needed. Coordinate with Master Cultivator;
- Coordinate and schedule product to be tested by independent labs;
- Verify and log lab results and label completed and tested medical marijuana products;
- Load tested and labeled products into the vault and enter product information into Metrc to ensure that inventory is accurate.
- Schedule confirmed orders to registered dispensaries and prepare for secure delivery;
- Consistently check on staff and assist them with any needs or work issues;
- Prepare for end of day cleanup and lock up all rooms;
- Secure and lock the Secure Inventory Vault;
- Ensure that security systems are functioning correctly and recording correctly;

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for cannabis plant care in all stages of its life cycle, including propagation, (clone, vegetation, bloom, and harvest). Cultivation Technicians are cross-trained in all areas of the department but become specialized after a new hire training period.
Responsibilities & Duties – By Concentration Area
Clone
- Cuts clones from mother plants using proper cutting techniques
- Prepares clone trays, filling with water and adding nutrient solution according to department specifications, and monitors temperature, EC, and pH levels of the nutrients within
- Maintains proper product tagging, including ensuring strain and lot IDs are in sequence, to comply with state regulations
- Maintains plant creation logs
- Ensures proper bagging, weighing, and cataloging of trimming waste
Vegetation
- Completes plant watering according to daily schedule, following proper procedures
- Completes regular plant maintenance including bottoming, thinning, topping, spacing, and foliar feeding
- Completes transplanting (up-potting) to larger containers using proper techniques as dictated by management
- Completes daily notes on growth patterns, watering and nutrient needs
- Monitors temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels according to company standards; records data in daily log
- Completes fertigation, (irrigation and fertilization) following proper nutrient mixing and watering procedures and monitoring EC and pH of nutrient mix and runoff
- Completes cleaning and sanitation of rooms
- Identifies any maintenance issues with tables, lighting, etc., and alerts management
- Completes proper equipment maintenance and upkeep
Bloom
- Monitors flowering cannabis plants and identify any maintenance issues with tables, lighting, etc., and alerts management
- Completes inspection of rooms for nutrient deficiency and Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Monitors temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels according to company standards; records data in daily log
- Completes fertigation, (irrigation and fertilization) following proper nutrient mixing and watering procedures and monitoring EC and pH of nutrient mix and runoff
- Completes regular plant maintenance including thinning, bottoming, and trellis work
Harvest
- Completes harvesting of plants according to schedule and procedures set by management, ensuring accurate weighing of plants and accurate recording in state electronic recordkeeping system
- Completes floor to ceiling post-harvest sanitation of rooms according to procedures set by management; completes sanitation of drying rooms as plants move to Trim
- Completes proper waste disposal, including weighing and recording of waste in state electronic recordkeeping system
- Completes thinning and hanging of harvested plants
- Monitors temperature and humidity in drying rooms according to department standards
- Completes post-harvest inspection of plants for any IPM issues; reports to management as needed
- Ensures all drying room equipment is running properly and reports issues to management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma required
- Experience working in commercial agriculture, nursery, or greenhouse experience preferred
- Maintains proper cleanliness (both personal and within workspace) in order to prevent cross-contamination and spread of disease
- Medical marijuana product knowledge preferred
- Self-directed and comfortable with repetitive manual work; ability to also work as a member of a team
- Care and attention to detail in order to ensure product standards are met
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check as required by 105 CRM 725.000 and must not have been convicted of an excluded felony offense as defined in 105 CM 725.030.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8 hours)
- Manual dexterity and ability to use hands to cut with shears

This includes analytical instrumentation such as chromatography, inorganic, and spectroscopy, as well as Food specific solutions including Perten products and others. The Field Application Scientists work closely with the sales team to optimize the research scope and vision for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute technical product demonstrations/presentations to individual prospects and seminar audiences in support of pre-sales activity including workshops and RFI/RFP support for product area.
- Provide and delivery product training to customers.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of LC and LCMS analysis to support customers in understanding how to maximize their use of our software applications

Qualifications

- Experience and working knowledge of LC and LCMS including sample preparation requirements.
- Cannabis sample experience highly preferred.
- Current or previous scientific expertise and experience with a customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Willingness for as much as 50% overnight travel.
