Grower (Cultivation) Carpinteria, CA
Under the direction of the Vice President of Cultivation and Director of Greenhouse Operations, the Head Grower is an intermediary role to assist the management team with growing. Operations and all County and State compliance must work smoothly hand-in-hand and is critical in ensuring all Cultivation Operations are properly executed. This role will lead and ensure we have excellent daily operations as well as strict compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greenhouse Climate:
a. Report to and work with the Lead Greenhouse Operations Manager to control the optimum greenhouse climate.
b. Ensure greenhouse climate and controls match the software set-points.
c. Participate in Flori-Consult meetings and share knowledge and learn new ideas.
d. Goal of zero botrytis, zero mildew, and zero mold.
e. Notify Automation Engineer and Lead Greenhouse Operations manager of any issues in software and greenhouse controls.
f. Work with the Lead Greenhouse Operations Manager to run any experiments or research in the greenhouse.
2. Fertigation:
a. Report to and work with the Lead Greenhouse Operations Manager to ensure irrigations, plant health, and scheduling is optimum.
b. Send irrigation and leaf tissue samples when needed.
c. Participate in analysis and discussion regarding fertilizer recipes and adjustments.
d. Ensure over-drain %, pH, EC, and other water parameters are optimal and consistent.
e. Work with automation engineer to ensure machines are running properly and calibrated on schedule.
_ 3. Pest Control: _
a. Report to and work with the Lead Greenhouse Operations Manager to control pests as effectively as possible. Notify of pest issues and suggest treatments to control as quickly as possible.
b. Scout the greenhouse every day. Make notes and post flags to ensure follow-up and treatment happens.
c. Prevent pest outbreaks and quarantine hot spots to prevent further damage. d. Preventative treatment. Work with entomologist consultant.
_ 4. Inventory: _
a. Report plant counts to the Lead Greenhouse Operations Manager.
b. Be aware and notify of any cause of shrink or loss. Suggest solutions to prevent shrink in the future.
c. Be involved in the data collection and analysis of productivity in the greenhouse.
5. Crew:
a. Report to and work with the Lead Greenhouse Operations Manager to ensure labor is allocated correctly and
b. Run the greenhouse crew: cloning, planting, harvesting, etc
c. Maintain a safe and productive work environment
d. Work with office to track worker productivity and enforce expectations of productivity with labor crew.

We’re looking for a high energy proactive multi-tasker that is familiar with booking events, managing an event calendar and is excited about producing and activating tent-pole events.
Responsibilities Include:
FIELD MARKETING:
- Identifying, securing and executing experiential activations including demos, brand appropriate events, food, influencer, music events and more
- Managing ongoing product deliveries for activations, influencer sampling, etc in accordance with state guidelines.
- Account support: Collaborate with the Pacific Stone Sales & Marketing teams to create education and in-market programing for brand ambassadors to execute;, including building relationships with & educating staff, merchandising, sampling product & developing / activating brand programming.
- Ensure key accounts are executed to best-in-class merchandising standards, including shelf set maintenance, displays, point of sale, swag, etc.
- Oversee planning, production, promotion and logistics of events, area-wide events, local group events
- Manage annual marketing event calendar and programs, ensuring all deliverables are produced on time and in budget

Plant Care:
- Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
- Moving soil/coco for transplanting plants
- Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
- Harvesting Plants in an orderly time efficient manner
- Bucking wet or dry plants after harvest
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information

This position is responsible for accurate and efficient application of customer payments in the Accounting ERP system as well as supporting other areas of the accounting department. This is a highly accountable position that requires attention to detail and comfortable use of computer systems.
Job Duties:

Review cash payments received and create IRS 8300 forms according to policies.
Back up the Cash Room Administrator in counting and recording cash collected.

Record retention, scanning and filing.
Data entry into Accounting ERP system.
Escalate discrepancies or issues to accounting management.

JOB SUMMARY

The Cultivation Lead works within our on-site cannabis gardens to lead a team of agents in their daily tasks of monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. This individual will also oversee quality control measures within the greenhouse to ensure the highest quality products and highest standards of compliance are met, while keeping a keen eye to cleanliness and efficiency of the production area.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory.
- Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Responds to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Responsible for delegating tasks to cultivation agents in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
- Coordinates with the upper management team to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff.
Plan Care:
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Assist Cultivation General Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity goals for Cultivation Facility
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation General Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills; manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations
- Demonstrated experience managing agents and operations
- Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
- Two years of experience in a position with managerial responsibilities.
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Accountant that will perform daily analysis for the cultivation and processing of our plants and finished products. The Senior Cost Accountant will be an integral member of our management team. This position requires strong technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems. As a key member of our Finance team, you will maintain cost accounting systems and procedures as well as strategies by analyzing complex data and trends.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Collect and analyze data from Autumn Brands operational costs
- Setting standard costs for cultivated plants and manufactured goods
- Developing and analyzing cost standards
- Cost volume profit analysis
- Establish costs for our connected departments (growing, processing, packaging) and associated entities
- Team up with Operations to manage inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain Financial Control over inventories, to include leading the monthly and annual physical inventory count and reconciliation process
- Prepare audit reports and present them to the CFO
- Support month-end, quarter end, and year-end closing
- Complete Financial Statement Analysis including month end journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts and analyzing variances.
- Recommend changes to our processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit

We're looking for a Lab Technician to join our Green Thumb team! This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization and production of cannabis infused products. Our ideal candidate for this role is familiar with standard laboratory practices and has previously worked in production laboratory environments. Cannabis is a highly regulated industry, so prior experience working with regulatory requirements and compliance, as well as workplace safety, is highly desirable. - Prepare laboratory equipment and cannabis plant materials for extraction
- Operate intricate extraction equipment in accordance with Green Thumb SOPs
- Process cannabis concentrates and extracts

Facilitates and Crop Production Manager

The incumbent is responsible to design, coordinate, and assist with facility improvement projects, provide grower support, processing support, coordinate production with sales needs/goals, and training for Grower Managers for Westland Floral, Alexander Ranch and Gallup & Stribling Orchids. Grower support consists of utilizing knowledge of plants, Organic rules and processes, automated growing systems/equipment, communication and research to help perfect crops grown in our different production facilities. This specific position will have a focus on produce crops such as organic microgreens, hydroponic lettuce, herbs and other vegetable crops with a part time emphasis with orchid, lily, gerbera, other cut flower crops and Cannabis cultivation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Alexander Ranch Produce
o Review daily production quantities and communicate daily as well as future product availability to Sales Team
o Manage production schedules to meet the needs of sales
o Review daily workloads and assist managers with labor allocation
o Participate with upper management to develop incentive programs to safely increase productivity
o Participate in Food Safety Program with Food Safety Coordinator
Alexander Ranch Microgreens
o Improve quality of organic seed program
o Perform R&D for new microgreen crops and opportunities
o Improve microgreen growing areas to be more efficient and productive
Facilities Management
o Troubleshoot growing, harvesting, and packing equipment malfunctions.
o Determine if the problem can be fixed internally or if a third-party technician will need to be contacted. Communicate with the appropriate people to ensure equipment is repaired in a timely manner
o Facilitate necessary repairs with assigned maintenance personnel.
o Coach and teach maintenance personnel how to make necessary repairs
o Must assume scheduled weekend duties including surveillance, answering alarms for greenhouse, climate, irrigation, packing/processing and security problems
Facilities Development
o Design, engineer and facilitate execution of small growing/farming devices and facilities
o Work in conjunction with company ownership and contractors to design and execute new building and automation projects
o Assist and facilitate automation projects that will help reduce labor, improve efficiency and improve overall safety in company facilities
o Research proposed projects and bring new ideas forward
Provide Grower Support:
o Support Grower Managers with management of cut flower crops, potted plant crops and vegetable crops.
o Assist Grower Managers with efficiency, crew management, team building, communication, training, and coaching of growing techniques and management strategy.
o Develop a good understanding of the needs of crops grown in different departments through communication with company staff.
o Ensure all safety policies (worker safety, food safety, etc.) and crop hygiene practices are followed and enforced.
o Facilitate the completion and transfer of crop tracking data from Grower Managers to management and data entry administrators.
o Provide occasional tours of growing facilities as necessary.
Irrigation and Fertility Management:
o Oversee scheduled monitoring and proper record keeping of EC, pH, and O2 levels for designated cut flower crops, potted plant crops and vegetable crops. Communicate variances to the appropriate personnel.
o Assist with plant tissue, soil and water analysis for all designated crops ensuring that each crop has the required nutrient levels for optimum growing and production.
o Ensure that all irrigation pumps, injection devices, and metering devices are functioning correctly and are always properly calibrated. Communicate problems to appropriate personnel.
Pest Management:
o Oversee established IPM (Integrated Pest Management) programs with Grower Managers. Assist with scouting as necessary.
o Communicate pest difficulties and new strategies with beneficial insect suppliers, chemical advisors/distributors and consultants. Utilize research data and chemical Labels/SDS sheets to solve pest problems. Communicate this info with Grower Managers.
o Monitor fungal and bacterial diseases in designated crops. Facilitate testing of any potential diseases as directed in crop culture protocol or as necessary.
o Ensure that sterilization equipment is always functioning properly
Environmental Monitoring:
o Utilize environmental control devices and tools to properly control the environment for specific crop needs and timing.
o Work with greenhouse structures, energy curtains, thermostats, heating mechanisms, irrigation systems and computer environmental control systems (Q Com, Argus automation) etc. to properly control environments and produce high quality crops.
Procure Growing Supplies and Plant Material:
o Purchase plant material and seeds for designated crops
o Assist with purchasing growing supplies needed to properly grow designated crops.
o Utilize computer PO system (Pilot) to create purchase orders for necessary purchases while following company PO protocol.
Research and Development
o Experiment with new varieties and cultivars.
o Research new growing and processing equipment
o Ability to travel as required including overnight trips
Assist with maintaining and obtaining permits, waivers and necessary certifications
Additional duties as assigned or needed.

Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Specialist. The warehouse and inventory specialist will be a critical component of our Sourcing and Supply Chain function by managing inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure production goals are met. As a value-adding servicer of a wide variety of products within the cannabis cultivation center, the warehouse and inventory specialist will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, utilization, and dispatching of all materials and inventory.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, handling, and distribution operations by coordinating and enforcing materials and inventory processes.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Restock products when needed.
- Investigates discrepancies in stock counts.
- Assists in promoting Safety and Compliance within the warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols, working closely with EHS and the compliance department to ensure proper storage and movement of materials.
- Assists in maintaining physical condition and housekeeping of warehouse, shipping/receiving, and surrounding areas, including implementing the most efficient design layouts for storage; inspecting equipment and materials; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
- Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 2+ years in an inventory control or materials planning role within a manufacturing/production environment, including at least 1 year assisting with the management/maintenance of a warehouse facility.
- Ability to manage processes and implement new strategies
- Strong reporting and record keeping skills, familiar with WMS, MRP, or other Supply Chain systems a plus
- Posses a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred

Assistant Grower, Cannabis Cultivation Operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Grower position is responsible for assisting the Head Grower in the management of cannabis growing operations for Glass House Farms. This person is also responsible for the proper care of the greenhouse including the principles and practices of cannabis cultivation, propagation, and pest and disease control as directed by the Head Grower.
JOB DUTIES:
- Executes the Head Grower’s plan according to the company’s production plan. Follows the type and timing of the preparations, crop tending and cleanup.
- Manage the growing environment for optimal plant growth through irrigation, temperature, climate and pest & disease control systems in accordance with grower instructions.
- Execute/implement the Head Grower’s plan, and organize, direct, control, and/or coordinate activities of workers engaged in propagating, cultivating and harvesting.
- Train new team members in cultivation techniques, including irrigation, and pest control.
- Track labor efficiency and suggest appropriate changes in labor crew to meet company goals.
- Ensure all safety policies are followed and enforced and ensure strict crop growing practices are followed and enforced.
- Assist Head Grower in establishing and maintaining a program to record crop growth data (weekly crop report, climate report, maturation report, production, etc.).
- Coordinate planting activities with Operations Department.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Head Grower.
REQUIRED SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced, comprehensive knowledge of cannabis, including genetics and strain types.
- In-depth knowledge of large-scale, commercial cannabis cultivation including crop rotation management, nutrient requirements, grow mediums, light requirements, and environmental control.
- Competency in use of climate computer controls.
- Knowledge of the entire cannabis growth cycle and requirements.
- Must be adept at industry best practices and current on new techniques and insights with respect to individual strains, high yield recipes, controlled stress environments, different lighting systems and set ups.
- Must be able to successfully communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking team members.

POSITION SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a task-oriented Flower Lead to oversee nighttime environmental management as well as assist in day-to-day functions of the Flower rooms. Reporting to the Flower Supervisor, the Lead is responsible for environmental maintenance and overall flowering plant care while maintaining all policies and procedures.

Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
Ensuring plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
Assisting Cultivation General Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity goals for Cultivation Facility
Performing all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Management of nighttime irrigation and environment (temperature, humidity, etc.)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS
Experience within a production facility, regulated field highly preferred

Product families include cannabis flower, cannabis oil, manufacturing infused products (lotion, capsules, vape pens/cartridges, transdermal patches). This position will also help ensure products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also assist in identifying potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.

- Performs finished product sampling and inspection.
- Performs equipment and product line clearances before production runs.
- Inspects retain samples and customer return samples, as deemed necessary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track and Trace Coordinator will work with Propagation Team, Cultivation Team, and Compliance Manager to ensure tracking IDs are assigned and affixed to inventory accurately. Responsible for daily Metrc data entry including clones, plants, packages, harvests, and transfers as well as printing tags, ordering tag supplies and maintaining printer. This position requires basic understanding of CDFA regulations related to California Cannabis Track and Trace.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Site Quality Director for our West Region. The position would be based out of California and would report directly to the VP of Quality. As the Site Quality Director, you will be responsible for overseeing quality-related activities at the facilities across the Western Region including (CA, AZ, and NV). Associated quality activities involve sampling and inspection of finished products, customer complaints, product investigations, and Corrective and Prevention Action (CAPA) plans. Product families include cannabis flower, cannabis oil, manufacturing infused products (lotion, capsules, vape pens/cartridges, transdermal patches), and food products (chocolate, gummies, cookies). This position will be responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also lead efforts to identify potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, managing teams and driving performance, be a strong communicator, have a breadth of quality experience, and ability to work within a highly regulated industry.

- Monitor compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) schemes such as British Retail Consortium (BRC) or Safe Quality Foods (SQF)
- Provide recommendations for product discontinuation, quarantine, destruction, rework, withdrawal/recall to operations and quality management.
- Conduct all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines.
- 15-20% travel to facilities and states as the need arises.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree, 10+ years' experience in a quality role
- Prior experience in highly regulated industry: healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food), cannabis. Highly desirable: FDA, HACCP, SQF or BRC experience.
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function
- Prior experience overseeing Quality functions at multiple sites.
- Prior experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, customer complaints, product investigations, and CAPA
- Prior experience in regulatory agency audits and correspondence.

POSITION SUMMARY
Cresco California's "Cultivation Facility Manager" will report to the Director of Cultivation. The Cultivation Facility Manager will oversee and lead various site projects, coordinate onsite functional groups from at least 10 different Departments within Cresco, and serve as a vital connection between the site and corporate resources. The Cultivation Facility Manager will have to be someone with the ability to understand a multitude of interests', keep multiple stakeholders informed, and help drive decisions.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Manage the day to day operations for their greenhouse and indoor commercial cannabis cultivation facilities.
- Primary responsibilities include; strain management, cloning, transplanting, feeding, cropping, flushing, spraying, trimming, as well as the drying and curing process
- Develop and oversee the cultivation procedures and nutrient protocols, keeping accurate records and presenting the results in a timely manner to the appropriate executives
- Manage and train a cultivation team of agents and supervisors
- Responsible for operating and maintaining computerized control systems including lighting and irrigation
- Strict compliance with track and trace software currently in place
- Adhere to Cresco Labs cultivation methods, and work closely with the rest of the cultivation department to develop and improve processes and supervise all post-harvest activities
- Ensure post-harvest work areas are clean and maintained in accordance with Cresco Labs standard operating procedures, and motivate the cultivation staff to meet performance targets
- Ensure proper training and development of employees and prepare weekly employee time and payroll
- Schedule preventative maintenance to ensure the highest quality yields without loss to fungus, disease and mold etc.

Inventory Compliance/METRC Specialist

BM-CPC MGMT CO LLC (a Calyx Peak Company) is seeking an experienced Inventory Compliance/METRC Specialist for a full-time position at our Cultivation facility in Carpinteria, CA. METRC stands for Marijuana Enforcement, Tracking, Reporting, and Compliance. METRC is a web-based, state-mandated tracking and reporting software to maintain chain of custody of all marijuana products from seed to sale. As the expert for the track and trace program, the METRC Specialist manages all activities related to the entry, tracking and reporting of cannabis products to ensure compliance to state regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a high attention to detail, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability proactively seek out and develop creative solutions to challenges as they arise.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to General Manager focusing on inventory compliance, track and trace, and METRC-related issues
- Reports all cannabis activity in the METRC Track & Trace system that pertains to the intake, processing, packaging, labeling, and waste of cannabis and cannabis products.
- Tracking and tracing all cannabis inventory from seed to sale using any federal, state, county or city required track and trace systems, including but not limited to, the state-required track and trace system (METRC), and/or any internal tracking systems used by the company. This includes all life cycles of cannabis such as cloning, vegging, and flowering up to harvesting, drying, processing, and order phases.
- Works with sales and distribution to ensure METRC transfers are seamless within the customer order fulfillment process.
- Assists with routine audits of inventory quantities and compares the results with the state METRC Track & Trace system; investigates and corrects any discrepancies.
- Develops internal SOP’s related to systems administration, assigning and transfer of tags, and auditing processes.
- Acts as METRC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides guidance and training to all internal counterparts.
- Ensure each department remains compliant as per both government and internal company track and trace requirements, this includes but is not limited to, ensuring each department accurately records data that must be reported to track and trace systems, properly labels cannabis during all stages of the product life cycle, and properly prepares for transfers of product between licenses.
- Train and ensure full regulatory track and trace compliance for any and all employees that log and/or label cannabis.
- Maintains an inventory of tags, labels, packaging and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Accurately and promptly ensure all regulatory required information is reported to the appropriate government entities as defined by each entity’s track and trace regulations.

- Creation and/or modification of official documents such as employee records, reports, and memos
- Weekly inventory of all products, office supply inventory and ordering, order new employee uniforms
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

- Collection of transportation data: keep a daily record of transportation manifests

As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality-related activities at the facility associated with sampling and inspection, hold and release, product investigations, and Corrective and Prevention Action (CAPA) plans. The QA Manager will be responsible for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) at the facility. Product family would be cannabis flower. This position will be responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications. You will also lead efforts to identify potential quality risks and working with cultivation operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, strong attention to detail and have experience working within a highly regulated industry. The ideal candidate must be a change agent with strong influencing skills.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for management of all quality related activities at the site. Intricate part of the site Leadership Team.
- Performs cannabis flower sampling and inspection and disposition including hold, rework, and destruction.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules.
- Leads product investigations, helping to assess risk, identify root cause, CAPA plans, and implementing solutions with business partners.
- Track and evaluate all testing failures.
- Assist with QMS document writing and revisions, including routing and/or approval of change request packages.
- Reviews batch documentation, test results, and good documentation practices.
- Discusses issues and concerns directly with cultivation agent and cultivation operations management so any corrections and improvements can be made in a timely manner.
- Participates in inspections and audits as needed or as assigned.
- Collaborates with operational functions to troubleshoot flower defects, provides advice with process improvements to eliminate errors and reduce risk.
- Consolidates technical information from cultivation operations and prepares written investigation and CAPA reports which may be provided to state regulators.
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Conducts all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines.
- 5-10% travel to other facilities and states to help with new market launches, training, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years' experience in a quality role
- Prior experience in highly regulated industry: healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food), cannabis. Highly desirable: FDA, HACCP, GFSI experience i.e. SQF, BRC, etc.
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function
- Prior experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, customer complaints, product investigations, and CAPA
- Prior experience in regulatory agency audits and correspondence.
- Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures
- Ability to create or update written procedures with site operations personnel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing executive summaries and communicating with senior level operations, quality management team, and regulatory agencies
- Detail-oriented
- Utilizes critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, work collaboratively with a team to brainstorm solutions, and implement improvement solutions

A successful candidate has the ability apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements for various departments and has previous experience monitoring, investigating, and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Compliance:
- Utilize BioTrack to record product creation, movement, and waste
- Collect, audit, and file required paperwork from all departments to ensure compliance with state laws and company policies
- Collect and file all signed manifests
- Oversee harvest activities to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Confirm that all new packaging and labeling is compliant prior to distribution
Inventory:
- Perform bi-weekly inventory of plants and processed material
- Monitor inventory losses and assist in developing processes and procedures to reduce loss in all departments
- Ensure full inventory is completed at all facilities; investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Review all inventory reports and files
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Experience with compliance, ideally in the regulated cannabis industry or another regulated industry, such as alcohol, tobacco, or manufacturing

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our growing facility. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for providing materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services. As the Warehouse Manager you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products within a cannabis cultivation facility. The Warehouse Manager will ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running efficiently.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
- Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 5-7 years experience in warehouse management or related field
- Must have management and supervision experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Knowledge of developing budgets and standards
- Analyzing and managing processes
- Must have past experience with inventory control and reporting
- Safety management and surveillance skills
- Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a California Regional Director of SEED to be the main point of contact for our Social Equity and Education Development program within the Illinois Region. Our SEED initiative is designed to ensure that all members of our society have the skills, knowledge and opportunity to work in and own businesses in this industry. From collaborating with universities to develop cannabis-focused curriculum to working with local agencies and community organizations to sponsor expungement events, the SEED initiative consists of impactful programs and actionable solutions-based approaches that we believe will help make the cannabis industry a highly inclusive force for job creation.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Work in conjunction with the Community Integration team to identify community stakeholders and build relationships
- Serve as liaison between HQ and the selected region, providing ongoing updates on the cannabis industry and community perception
- Partner with the SEED HQ team to identify, plan, and execute social equity programming
- Manage and participate in Expungement events, Incubator programming, and Educational/workforce development programs
- Manage calendars, reports, budgets, and metrics for regional SEED activities
- Maintain flexibility to travel to HQ and locations throughout the region as necessary
- Be responsive to the larger Cresco team by responding to requests for SEED information specific to the region
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree, or a combo of work experience & education
- Minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience across event planning, criminal and/or social justice, local/state/federal legislation or government sectors, and/or non-profit.
- Comfort and desire to build a network and interact with people from many different backgrounds and communities, with the ability to build and foster such relationships
- Ability to travel within the selected region and to other company locations as necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-starter and high comfort level working autonomously
- Ability/interest working remotely as part of a larger team
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience leading and developing a team
