The Role
As a Program Manager, Physical Security you will be responsible for the safety and security of GTI employees in retail locations and cultivation centers across multiple states. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Asset Protection Solutions in overseeing and implementing security and surveillance technology such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Qualifications

SUMMARY:
The Security Manager manages the day-to-day performance of external security guards who ensure the protection of the Company's staff, visitors, facilities, and assets. This critical role also develops and enforces security and safety policies and procedures for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Security Manager will act as a liaison to all departments on security and safety measures, procedures, and needs as well as liaising with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)
- Monitor and control incoming/outgoing of vehicles and people onto the property and premises; verify government-issued identification or other credentials prior to allowing access/entry to ensure only compliant individuals enter the premises and stay in designated areas.
- Enforce all Company rules for employees, contractors and visitors, i.e. no smoking, safe travel, dress code, etc.
- Protect clients, visitors, staff and company assets from harm, damage and/or theft.
- Work closely with Director of Security to develop and maintain loss prevention program to reduce shrink and company losses.
- Resolve security and safety issues promptly by partnering with other departments as necessary.
- Assist HR personnel with investigations, interviews, and other matters related to employment and employee conduct.
- Ensure Company policies and procedures are being observed by department staff.
- Maintain discretion at all times with all vendor and contractor information; also maintains confidentiality of all sensitive business information.
- Perform security perimeter patrols including investigation of suspicious persons and vehicles through surveillance and subsequent searches as necessary. Closely check the perimeter fence line for anything unusual that could be considered a breach.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance equipment for potential threats and suspicious activity; watch for irregular or unusual conditions or interactions which may create security concerns or safety hazards.
- Closely monitor and operate cameras throughout the property and document when cameras are not working or need cleaning or adjusting to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Accurately and effectively communicate with other staff members using a handheld two-way radio of any condition or event that may pose a safety or security concern.
- Assist with sales and transports of product (e.g., monitor cash exchange, escort cash or product from point A to point B, load or unloading of product sold.).
- Direct and monitor third-party security team throughout the day and night to make sure they follow established policies and procedures and answer questions they may have.
- In cooperation with the facilities maintenance team, ensure all safety related equipment are functioning and in good working order including portable radios, security cameras, door locks, and alarms.
- Check daily logs to make sure all officers have read and understood and initialed them (pass-down log, lost and found log, suspicious vehicle log and camera log).
- Respond to alarms or emergency events; notify the appropriate law enforcement or emergency department.
- Investigate and prepare detailed and accurate incident reports for upper management by recording observations, information, occurrences, and interviewing witnesses.
- Create employee badges and grant access to authorized work locations.
- Set alarms and disarm alarms as necessary.
- Work closely with the Safety Manager to maintain a robust in-house safety training program.
- Conduct scheduled drills (Fire, Active Shooter, Robbery, etc.) to ensure all employees are up to date with emergency procedures.
- Manage and direct the daily activities of the location and assigned staff and functions including:
- Schedules and supervises third party security team.
- Assist Safety Manager with ensuring work location meets Cal-OSHA regulation requirements and team members are trained on safety precautions, addresses any safety concerns, investigate any accident, injury, illness or near miss and is responsible for ensuring all med bags are stocked and fire extinguishers are checked routinely.
- Ensures locations EAP and IIPP programs are implemented and followed by team members.
- Exercise significant authority and discretion when addressing items that concern the location, including:
- Participate in developing and implementing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the company's mission, vision, goals and objectives.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Security Manager will lead development and manage the implementation of security programs for Solurge. Responsibilities include ensuring all company security operations comply with local and state standards while also partnering with cross-functional team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement procedures to ensure that the facility, all exterior entrances/exits, parking lots, and perimeter remain secure at all time.
Implement policies and procedures to detect that no breaches of security have occurred,
Conduct routine patrols and site walks with staff to identify potential security threats.
Ensure access control policies are maintained by all staff and visitors while effectively directing and controlling traffic on the Company premises.
Supervise security personnel and retail employees conducting customer check-in.
Communicate with facility staff on policies, procedures, and processes.
Perform routine and periodic checks to verify all electronic security systems are properly functioning including, but not limited to; alarms, monitoring cameras, and access control card systems.
Develop and implement facility evacuation plans in case of emergency; medical, fire or intrusion.
Monitor and perform follow up investigations on all incident reports filed by security staff or as requested by upper leadership.
Security Manager shall ensure all new hires are trained and mentored by providing instruction and guidance to comply with policy, procedure, and State of Massachusetts regulations for licensed Marijuana facilities.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Facilities Director, the Environmental Health, Safety, and Security Manager is responsible for protecting and enhancing the safety of Fluresh employees and for fostering a culture where safety, health, and environment are ingrained as a core values at both our Grand Rapids and Adrian facilties. They will ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards, oversee the implementation of EHS programs, and train employees in key EHS areas as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect all Fluresh facilities to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
- Advise facility managers about relevant EHS issues and drive the resolution of such issues.
- Develop a health and safety manual and procedures for all areas of the company.
- Prepare and schedule training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
- Develop an employee-engaging safety awareness program.
- Serve as POC for facility inspections.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures.
- Draft inspection reports to document inspection findings.
- Ensure that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
- Maintain records of discharge of or employee injury or exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required, and investigate accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future.
- Oversee and assist Site Security Managers with implementation of security protocol.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary/Objective
The Security Manager will work with the CEO and COO to provide strategic leadership, management, direction and support to the company's security operations and team members. We are looking for a competent Security Manager to organize and oversee all security operations of our company. Security personnel will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards that align with company policy and state mandated regulations.

Core Job Responsibilities
- Keep local law enforcement updated on whether the facility employs armed security personnel and how law enforcement can identify such personnel on sight
- Ensure proper function of all security equipment. Coordinate any necessary repairs to security system.
- Notify DHSS within twenty four (24) hours after any security system malfunction.
- Notify DHSS within twenty four (24) hours after any incident of theft or attempted theft of medical marijuana.
- Maintain and update Company Security Log; to include: each malfunction and repair to security system and all communications with DHSS relating to security matters
- Conduct weekly audits of Company security measures to ensure compliance with State regulations
- Train employees on security measures, emergency response and theft prevention and response.
- Evaluate the credentials of contractors who intend to provide services to the facility before the contractor is hired by or enters into contract with the facility.
- Evaluate the credentials of any third party who intends to provide security services to the facility before the third party is hired by or enters into contract with the facility.
- Ensure all Company and third party security agents adhere to Company SOPs
- Ensure all Company and third party security agents have completed the following training:
- Training in theft prevention or a related subject;
- Training in emergency response or a related subject;
- Training in the appropriate use of force or a related subject that covers when the use of force is and is not necessary;
- Training in the protection of a crime scene or a related subject;
- Training in the control of access to protected areas of a facility or a related subject;
- Not less than eight (8) hours of training at the facility in providing security services; and
- Not less than eight (8) hours of classroom training in providing security services.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develops, implements, and manages overall company safety and security programs and policies.
- Ensures the safety of employees, subcontractors, and all visitors on our premises.
- Identifies, conducts and manages OSHA compliance and all required safety and security training and recordkeeping for all employees.

- Provides preliminary on-site emergency medical support and hospital transportation in the event of on-site injuries; ensuring all managers, HR, and proper authorities are informed.

Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer and the Creative Director, the Security Manager is responsible for the development and overall management of the Security Policies and Procedures for The Boston Garden (“TBG”) while implementing, administering, and revising the policies as needed. In addition, the Security Manager will perform the following duties:
- Provide general training to TBG agents and staff members during new hire orientation or recurrent trainings throughout the year;
- Provide training specific for Security Agents prior to the Security Agent commencing job functions;
- Review and approve incident reports and other reports written by Security Agents prior to submitting to the executive management team—follow up with security agent if needed;
- Maintain lists of agents authorized to access designated areas of the TBG facilities, including cash and product storage vaults, surveillance and network equipment room, and other highly sensitive areas of the TBG facilities;
- Lead a working group comprised of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and any other designated advisors to ensure the current policies and procedures are properly implemented, integrated, effective, and relevant to ensure the safety of TBG agents and assets;
- Ensure that all required background checks have been completed and documented prior to an agent performing job functions; ensure the agent is granted an appropriate level of access to the facility necessary to complete his/her job functions;
- Conduct monthly security audits and ensure all cameras, access control and alarms systems are functioning properly;
- Maintain all security-related records, incident reports, and other reports written by security agents;
- Evaluate and determine the number of security agents assigned to each shift and proper shift change times; and
- Maintain frequent contact with local law enforcement authorities.
- Maintain positive relationships with our neighbors, regulators, customers, staff members, and other visitors.
- Ensure that we keep in compliance with all required rules like maintaining an accurate visitor log of all business guests
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background record check.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- BS in Criminal Justice or a related field of study, preferred but not required.
- 10+ years’ experience in security and loss prevention, or law enforcement.
- 10+ years’ experience as an administrator or manager.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience (year for year management experience can be substituted for required degree).
- Preferred experience working in law enforcement and security management, loss prevention, data analytics, accurate use of computer-based software systems.
- Ability to obtain any other required licenses.
- Must have experience in training, creating training lesson plans and implementing training programs.
- Must have experience documenting and securely maintaining training records for future recall.
- Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures.

The Security Manager works to oversee access, security and safety for the cultivation, processing and dispensing facilities throughout Massachusetts and to ensure the needs of the organization and its employees are met. Position Summary:
The Security Manager is responsible for the overall security and safety of the cultivation and processing facility. Will analyze, implement, and maintain security and transportation policies and protocols to ensure they are in compliance with state and company rules and regulations. The function of the Security Manager is to support the Store Manager in all security related operations. This includes but is not limited to the oversight of retail department property, employees, patrons, vendors, and others. The Position
CANA is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Security Manager with proven leadership skills to join our team in Norton, Massachusetts. The Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of CANA customers and employees along with managing a team of on-site security personnel. The Security Manager will work under the direct supervision of Dispensary Store Manager developing and managing the implementation of the company’s security programs.This position will ensure strict adherence to all security protocols, procedures and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all company security operations comply with local and state standards while also partnering with cross-functional team members.
- Participating in the implementation of a security program that standardizes Facility Security, Emergency Management, Delivery, Access Control, Video Surveillance and cash handling.
- Effectively managing security vendors by setting clear expectations and accountability, delivering feedback, and monitoring overall performance.
- Building and managing relationships with both internal/external security, governmental partners/vendors, and 3rd party vendors/contractors.
- Conducting routine audits and follow-up inspections to ensure compliance with local and state rules and regulations.
- Understanding and implementing CANA’s goals of providing a safe and welcoming environment for its customers and team members.
- Providing training for security and other team members for de-escalating conflicts and other challenging situations.
- Delivering strategic approaches to achieve compliance with any above-mentioned safety, security or compliance issues or concerns.

The Security Manager provides oversight and coordination ensuring the implementation of GTI security procedures and operational plans. The Security Manager will work closely with the General Manager of the facility and be a resource for the staff on regulatory compliance relating to security and ensure the safety and security of the facility and the protection of company employees and assets. The Security Manager shall be responsible for monitoring the site grounds, facility, visitors, vendors and staff. The Security Manager is additionally responsible for operation and monitoring of the sites video surveillance system, access control system and perimeter security system ensuring its functionality and compliance. The Security Manager's main functions in this role is to ensure and coordinate compliance in security and general compliance by having an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of all regulations, GTI SOP and the state's medical marijuana program. The Security Manager will own the security aspects of cultivation security daily operations, scheduling of security personnel, security plans, procedures, and policy as well as coordinate and oversee all daily security operations for the facility.
Responsibilities

Establish pertinent SOP, or update existing SOP and procedures for security operations at both wholesale cultivation and dispensary locations pertaining to security
Train security personnel and staff on regulatory and operational compliance
Possess complete working knowledge and understanding of the operation of the internal security system including camera system, access controls, and perimeter security alarm system
Supervise all security personnel staff assigned to the wholesale cultivation operation
Establish and maintain a security personnel scheduling to provide coverage of all operational and regulatory mandated hours
Participate in or ensure security personnel are opening and closing the facility on a daily basis and providing 24hour coverage to ensure compliance with State Regulation
Participate or ensure security personnel are providing continuous monitoring of camera system to ensure safety of employees and company assets as well as prevent product diversion or theft
Supervise security team Security Specialists to ensure all relevant security operations and tasks are being conducted
Possess an in-depth understanding of the state regulations and all GTI operational plans and SOP's
Work in conjunction with the General Manager of the facility as it relates to all security, SOP and regulatory compliance
Fluent in all aspects of security for the building including: State regulatory security regulations, SOP, set up and oversight of security systems, Access controls and badging process (background check, finger printing)
Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met from a security and safety perspective for wholesale operations
Work closely reporting to GTI Director of Corporate Security on security operations, creating and updating SOPs for facility: maintenance, safety, deliveries, daily logs, checklists, medical waste compliance other responsibilities, as needed or necessary, and all other compliance needs
Establish and ensure access control parameters for visitors and employees at both wholesale and dispensary facilities are implemented and followed
Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY
Maggie’s Farm Manager of Safety & Security is responsible for the identification, development, implementation and management of the organization’s safety and security strategies and programs for risk and threat management. The Manager of Safety & Security directly reports to the Chief Risk and Security Officer (CRSO).
The Security and Safety function services multiple retail and farm locations that operate 7 days a week and the department will be required to respond Security and Safety needs before and after standard business hours as well as on weekends and Holidays. Local travel between the farms, retail locations and support offices will be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position plans, develops, implements, and monitors programs for Maggie’s Farm security and emergency management.
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of site security, operations, and activities to ensure protection of executives, managers, employees, guests, and physical and information assets
- Select, develop, train, guide and evaluate Safety and Security staff to ensure the efficient operation of the department
- Provide consultation and leadership to all areas of the company for business continuity, incident management and disaster recovery planning

Reporting to the Director, Protective Security Services, the Security Manager has several key roles within the organization to support the client’s operational needs by managing security teams across the Province. Security Manager
The Security Manager is responsible for developing and implementing best practices and procedures for the cultivation facility. The Security Manager ensures compliance with all applicable local/state security requirements at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee and ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, and best practices for the cultivation facility.
- Communicates respectfully with all staff including leadership.

Security Manager
Delta Medical Cannabis Company (DMCC) provides a wide range of high-quality medical cannabis products to patients throughout Arkansas. DMCC operates a licensed cultivation facility in Newport, Arkansas.
The Security Manager is responsible for all aspects of Security at the Newport facility, including strategically managing the transportation and delivery processes to support the organizational goals and culture, while remaining compliant with state/federal, and other regulatory authorities and organizations.
This position reports to:

The specific areas of direct supervision are:

- Transportation and Delivery
- Security Training
Essential Functions:
- Ensure adherence to all security protocol as established by DMCC’s security plan and policy.
- Heads the Safety and Security Committee for the Newport facility.
- Responsible for managing the Security Department and supervising the security team to ensure the protection of people, property, and DMCC’s assets.
- Responsible for the entire operations, staffing and equipment of the Security Department at the facility.
- Perform services to assure the safety and protection of property and personnel against injury or death, molestation, harassment or intimidation and loss or damage from any preventable cause including fire, theft, embezzlement, damage or destruction, trespass, espionage, or sabotage.
- Ensure all security equipment and systems are operated and maintained for compliance with the security plan and compile reports as required by the General Manager.
- Administer access control program including enrollment of personnel in the engineered access control system and manage all visitor access to the assigned facility.
- Act as liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs.
- Trains personnel according to established procedures and conducts training meetings to discuss problems and future plans.
- Administer training to the Security Department and maintain training records.
- Conduct security evaluations to ensure constant improvement and compliance.
- Maintain emergency response procedures and training.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and policies in accordance with applicable NFPA, ARDOF, ARABCD, DOJ, DEA, DHS, OSHA, NIOSH, and ASIS/ANSI and ASIS/SHRM/ANSI Standards, Guidelines, Laws and Rules.
- Ensure the reporting and documentation of all incidents and provide initial information for investigations to the General Manager.
- Other duties as may be determined or assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Five to ten years Security Management experience. Minimum of HS Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization.
- Must be 21 years of age and be able to obtain legal ability to carry a firearm.
- Board certified in Security Management by ASIS International as a CPP highly preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule based upon the demands of the business.
- Must pass internal and external background checks, including criminal history check by the Arkansas State Police and FBI.
- Must obtain a Registry Identification Card from the Department of Finance and Administration, Alcohol Beverage Control Division.
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy

- Take the lead on recruiting a team of security personnel

The Security Manager works to oversee access, security and safety for the cultivation, processing and dispensing facilities throughout Maryland and to ensure the needs of the organization and its employees are met. This position is based out of the manufacturing and cultivation facility and will travel to the retail locations on a regular and consistent basis.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and supervision of the transportation and security staff, including the transportation of product and cash.
- Lead and conduct all investigations and incidents at all state sites.
- Manage a staff of State-licensed armed and unarmed security staff who are responsible for patrolling and inspecting the organization's property against theft, fire and vandalism as well as ensuring the safety of personnel and clients of Curaleaf Maryland while on or about the organization's premises.
- Develop and implement safety and security training plans for cultivation, processing and dispensaries and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with compliance to develop, implement and keep current safety and security SOPs.
- Oversee all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) functions and manage the safety committee.
- Develop, implement and maintain a physical security (security risk management) plan for all Curaleaf Maryland facilities.
- Maintain surveillance support of Curaleaf Maryland facilities.
- Coordinate efforts with all department managers to ensure facilities are securely and safely maintained.
- Collaborate with multi-level and multi-functional teams across Curaleaf in the creation and deployment of safety and security projects and programs.
- Manage safety and security vendor relations as they relate to building and maintenance of all properties.
- Design and develop access control and surveillance systems with security vendors and ensure such is installed and in working order.
- Confer with contractors, and engineers and develop justifications for plans and projects.
- Effectively negotiate safety and security services with multiple vendors.
- Ensure equipment and services purchased are acceptable quality and cost effective.
- Interface with local law enforcement and other related industry leaders to maintain positive relationships.
- Attend all meetings as required with State and/or local officials to maintain facility compliance.
- Other duties as assigned/required to meet goals.
Job Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred plus 2-3 years' experience in similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
