SECURITY OFFICER
The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by enforcing Department of Health regulations and by continuously watching for and timely reporting potential safety hazards and unusual occurrences through patrol of assigned areas. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
- Enforcement of Client and Company policies and procedures
- Observation and reporting of fire and safety hazards
- Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building
- Reporting all pertinent issues and incidents to the general manager and other Security Managers as appropriate
- Interaction with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public
- Operate all surveillance CCTV and related equipment
- Ensure that date and time stamps on videos are accurate and that camera views are not obstructed
- Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the operations, controls, and procedures involved in surveillance activities
- Immediately notify the Director of Security/SOC in the event of a mechanical malfunction of the security or surveillance system that is anticipated to exceed a 4-hour period
- Ensure video surveillance footage is retained for the state-mandated timeframe
- All other job duties as assigned
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

DISPENSARY GENERAL MANAGER
The Dispensary General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the retail level including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence. This position requires competence in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interact with patients and other members of the Team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience for our clientele. - Follow established policies and procedures and execute all company programs for customer service, staff management, patient and visitor management, inventory management, cash handling, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines
- Identify and develop process improvements to assist with company growth
- Maintain thoughtful store scheduling to drive revenue while controlling overhead costs
- Perform daily inventory audits and record daily and monthly category sales and ensure accuracy at all times
- Oversee End of Month inventory reconciliations and report any discrepancies in real-time
- Develop strong vendor relationships and monitor, manage, and maintain proper inventory levels
- Ensure accuracy for all cash handling in the front of house and back of house
- Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations including product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration
- Effectively and diplomatically handle employee or customer concerns and complaints while interfacing with the Regional Dispensary Manager, Marketing Team, and Inventory Team
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cannabis; its various forms, its chemical composition, effects, dosing, titrations, methods of consumption, and quality metrics
- Present a professional image in appearance, actions and words
- Abide by city and state regulations at all times
- Receive deliveries, build purchase orders, and maintain accurate records
- Complete daily and weekly tasks/duties as assigned by Dispensary Regional Manager
- Maintain neatness, organization, and overall cleanliness of the entire store
- Attract customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling display properties; producing merchandise displays in showcases, and on sales floor
- Effectively and diplomatically troubleshoot MJ Freeway, coupons, and various patient issues
- Evaluate competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise
- Provide support with various employee initiatives and team building
- Provide support with various off and on hour events and specials
- Report any and all issues or complaints relating to product to the Regional Dispensary Manager, Inventory Manager, and Director of Retail Operations in real-time
- Work closely with Team to run a clean, smooth, efficient and compliant store and maintain BEYOND / HELLO’s mission, values, and positive culture
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
- Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality
- Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
- High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
- Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling

The Supervisor is responsible for creating and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for our customers. Security guards regularly interact with patients, utilize surveillance and seed-to-sale software, monitor the premises and provide a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and neighbors. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
· Ensures customers are accurately logged in state mandated patient tracking system
· Assists customers in product selection based on defined treatment plan and product availability

Justice Grown PA is seeking a per diem pharmacist or full time pharmacist to fill in coverage, as needed, at its Edwardsville and Dickson City Dispensaries. This medical professional will lead the patient care team to provide patients with the best possible service and support while supervising all activities at the dispensary, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting best business practices. Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is highly organized with great attention to detail and superior leadership and management skills. S/He should have experience supervising staff and coordinating multi-faceted operations.
Performance Responsibilities
- Consult with patients in the PA Medical Marijuana Program to educate and recommend quantities and forms of medical marijuana to treat qualifying conditions
- Supervise sales floor activity, Patient Care Advocates and point of sales transactions
- Aid in management of inventory including regular physical inventory counts, maintenance of appropriate inventory levels, coordination of purchase orders, supervision of deliveries and transport manifests, oversight of sales floor inventory, and supervision of all other activities with respect to inventory management
