Overview:
The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Nevada Department of Taxation and Deep Roots Harvest. The Floor Supervisor provides support to retail staff during the hours of operation which includes, without limitation: training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping current with industry news/bulletins and product information, promoting a culture of exceptional customer service, and oversight of any weekend product deliveries.
Essential Functions:

• Exercise limited authority and discretion when addressing items that concern the retail location when necessary, and in the absence of the Store Manager including but not limited to:

• Enforcing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

• Report employee issues or situations, as well as handling emergencies.

• Agent Support and Management:

• Ensure the store is appropriately staffed for that day’s predicted transaction volume

• Assign work and monitor resulting performance

• Guide, train, and develop employees in the accomplishment of their duties and goals

• Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulation;

• Respond to agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts on days when the sole manager;

• Coordinates with other dispensary supervisors to ensure accurate information is communicated through the proper channels to both dispensary staff and upper management.

• Customer Service:

• Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, including handling issues, concerns, complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries when necessary.

• Reports, Documentation, and Profitability:

• Maintain all cash and POS reporting in accordance with Company policies/procedures and Department of Taxation rules and regulations.

• Provide regular updates to Dispensary Management.

• Assist in quality control efforts regarding approval, salvage, and/or destruction of all medicated products at the retail location.

• Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment, and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications, and electronic mail.

Overview:

Following policies set forth by the Company in concert with the Executive Management Team, provide support in the general operation of the company through monitoring and directing security staff in maintaining a safe and secure environment for its employees and visitors to the facility. Security Manager will work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to ensure that the Deep Roots Facility maintains an exemplary level of safety and security.

Essential Functions:

• Display significant comprehension of local, state, and federal regulations regarding the safety requirements of a licensed marijuana establishment
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure that the retail location, all exterior entrances/exits, parking lots, and perimeter fences remain secure at all times
• Implement policies and procedures to detect that no breaches of security have occurred
• Ensure staff is prepared to respond to distress calls made by Deep Roots Harvest Staff
• Conduct routine patrols and site walks with staff to identify potential security threats
• Ensure that security staff allow only Deep Roots employees with State of Nevada issued Marijuana Agent Cards, or visitor badges enter and remain on the property of Deep Roots Harvest
• Maintain open communication with facility staff on policies, procedures, and processes
• Ensure that security Agents ID, document, and issue visitor badges to site visitors and arrange for them to be escorted at all times while on Deep Roots Harvest facility premises
• Perform routine and periodic checks to verify all electronic security systems are properly functioning including, but not limited to; alarms, monitoring cameras, and access control card systems
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of new security monitoring product development and its implementation within the licensed cannabis industry
• Remain vigilant in identifying and resolving problems such as unauthorized personnel, alarms indicating fire, or any other potential safety hazards to Deep Roots employees or visitors to the facility
• Develop and implement facility evacuation plans in case of emergency
• Assist employees and guests of the facility to a safe environment in light of an adverse event
• Proficiency in First Aid and the use of AED equipment to render aid in an emergency situation
• Comprehension and demonstration of ability to communicate clearly and concisely on cell phone or two-way radios with Deep Roots staff
• Monitor and perform follow up investigations on all incident reports filed by security staff

Following policies set forth by the Company in concert with the Dispensary Management Team, provide support in the general operation of the company through retail sales and the oversight of all inventory and corresponding data entry required to maximize operational efficiency. Assist the management team with the activities and operations of the retail location, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines established in the company training program and SOPs. Responsible for assisting customers with making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring they receive accurate and timely purchase fulfillment, as well as all matters relating to customer service and satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for helping retail customers in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

• Responsible for extensive retail product knowledge so as to provide customers assistance in making educated purchasing decisions.

• Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift
