The Position
The Shift Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of the dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the store management team. This position is responsible for maintaining high quality customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. The Shift Supervisor will set the standard for performance and keeping associates motivated. Key Responsibilities
Daily Store Operations
- Lead and support the Sales Associate team to deliver legendary service

Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations required
- Cannabis experience, preferred.

Inventory Coordinator takes a leadership role in on-site inventory management and compliance within the dispensary, ensuring products are compliantly and efficiently received, provisioned, and replenished for smooth operations in the store. Primary Responsibilities
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for compliantly leading all of the dispensary’s inventory activities, which include receiving, recording and provisioning new product, moving product within the dispensary as needed, and effectively monitoring supply to ensure that there are no shortages while working collaboratively with store management to ensure the success of overall operations of the store.

- Managing state seed-to-sale tracking system administration, maintenance, and recording

The Position
CANA is looking for a Cannabis Dispensary Security Associate who will be responsible for the safe and secure operation of the Company’s facility. This person is directly responsible for the facility's security during their assigned shift and must perform their duties in compliance with Massachusetts regulations. Also they will monitor the site video surveillance system, access control system and perimeter security system ensuring its functionality and compliance. A Security Associate must provide a safe, orderly and secure environment for all staff, visitors, the general public, and the general community. This is a non-armed position.

The Position
The Shift Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of the dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the store management team. This position is responsible for maintaining high quality customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. The Shift Supervisor will set the standard for performance and keeping associates motivated. The role requires excellent leadership qualities and an understanding of dispensary inventory and products.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Store Operations
- Lead and support the Sales Associate team to deliver legendary service

- Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Managing cash handling procedures and record keeping while ensuring accuracy of all transactions, deposits, and records

Sales and Customer Service

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers
- Provide customer issue resolution
- Assist customers in making the right product choices by developing and maintaining product knowledge and how different methods of consumption affect our customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Cannabis experience, preferred.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations required
- Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
- Have strong communication and leadership skills
- Open to constructive and developmental feedback
- High level of interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet timelines consistently and effectively work under pressure, often working cross functionally
- Inventory control experience preferred

The Position
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) motivates and organizes our team of Customer Associates while ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, product quality, security & compliance within the store. One of their main focuses is being responsible for compliantly leading the dispensary’s inventory activities that include receiving and recording new product, moving product within the dispensary as needed and effectively monitoring supply to ensure there are no shortages. The Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of CANA customers and employees along with managing a team of on-site security personnel. The Security Manager will work under the direct supervision of Dispensary Store Manager developing and managing the implementation of the company’s security programs.This position will ensure strict adherence to all security protocols, procedures and controls.

- Ensuring all company security operations comply with local and state standards while also partnering with cross-functional team members.
- Participating in the implementation of a security program that standardizes Facility Security, Emergency Management, Delivery, Access Control, Video Surveillance and cash handling.
