The Manager of Finished Products oversees all post harvest production activities and processes at Justice Cannabis Co. in collaboration with the National Director of Finished Products and Site Leadership. Additionally, this role oversees site level processing, packaging, and distribution ensuring all areas are compliant with State SOPS; and, meet production standards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Production Oversight
- Oversees post-production resources at the assigned cultivation facility
- Trains staff on processing methods and procedures used to process and package our products
- Ensures productivity goals are being met; and, troubleshoots where issues arise to ensure productivity is on-target with defined objectives
- Oversees the maintenance and care of all post production equipment
- Monitors and administers post production plans, processes, systems, and controls via coordination with site teams
- Provides on-going reporting to management (National Director of Finished Products and Site General Manager) to ensure key stakeholders are advised of any changes to planned production and drive on-going sales within the state
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring production team members are wearing required PPE, following OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe operating environment
- Acts as a liaison between cultivation and extraction management to ensure products meet state regulations and testing requirements
- Collaborates with the National Director of Finished Products, Compliance, and Marketing to ensures product packaging is compliant with state packaging and labelling regulations via coordination with Compliance

- Ensures continual team training and development.
- Continually identifies and implements business process improvements to meet and exceed productivity goals
- Hires, trains and develops production staff in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures.

- Bachelors degree in management, quality, or similar field of study (or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience) required

- Five or more years of production experience in a manufacturing or cannabis environment

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly accounting of cannabis inventory and ancillary products within one or more assigned dispensaries. This role manages product intake, ensures that product expiration dates are being tracked and managed, and coordinates with dispensary management to ensure the right mix of products are being stocked to meet customer needs. Inventory Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring adequate product assortment, variety, and quantities within assigned dispensaries
- Regularly runs inventory reports and conducts product analysis for the purpose of recommending sales and specials to move aging product
- Utilizes effective reporting to make informed and strategic ordering decisions
- Partners with the Dispensary Manager on ordering budgets and healthy turn

As the Buyer you will be accountable for the planning, purchasing to support inventory levels, and procurement within the production operations. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly accounting of cannabis inventory and ancillary products within one or more assigned dispensaries. This role manages product intake, ensures that product expiration dates are being tracked and managed, and coordinates with dispensary management to ensure the right mix of products are being stocked to meet customer needs. This position will also perform Agent in Charge functions which include bringing in product from cultivators, managing returns, and overseeing destruction duties.
Inventory Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring adequate product assortment, variety, and quantities within assigned dispensaries
- Regularly runs inventory reports and conducts product analysis for the purpose of recommending sales and specials to move aging product
- Utilizes effective reporting to make informed and strategic ordering decisions
- Partners with the Dispensary Manager on ordering budgets and healthy turn
- Establishes and nurtures relationships with local growers and product vendors
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Vendor contact list
- Coordinates with vendors to determine product availability and coordinates all necessary documentation for purchase
- Ensures purchase orders are built into inventory tracking systems to ensure all product is entered within 24 hours of receipt and ready for sale

Education and Experience

The Cultivation Tech I is responsible for providing on-site cultivation in one or more indoor grow rooms. This role monitors and maintains the health and production of our plants, maintains quality control measures to ensure exceptional product; and, maintains the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of our plant production areas. This role also ensures frequent sanitation of grow facilities to ensure plant and personnel health and safety.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensures plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and analyzing plant health
- Conducts day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming
- Inspects plants daily for mold, disease or other abnormalities and reports issues to the cultivation manager.
- Responsible for maintaining and cleaning all cultivation facilities, equipment, and tools including lights, reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools and ventilation equipment
- Strictly adheres to the cultivation plan and schedule set by the Cultivation Manager
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants throughout the growth lifecycle and ensuring accurate documentation per state standards
- Accurately documents all nutrients and substances applied on grow logs
- Complies with all safety safety standards the operation of equipment, fertigation systems, environmental controls, water distribution system, security system, etc.
- Assists with inventory audits/reconciliation for all inventory and materials to include supplies, plants, processed product, equipment, etc.
- Assists with the execution of harvest plans to include bucking, drying and curing.

The Justice Cannabis facility in Hazleton, PA is seeking an experienced Cultivation Manager to oversee plant production. This role will ensure production of high-quality cannabis for medical and recreational markets. Ideal candidates have a background knowledge in cannabis cultivation, an understanding of the medical cannabis cultivation facility, and the drive to be a part of a start-up company!
The Cultivation Manager will oversee crop production from propagation to harvest. To ensure the highest quality cannabis, this individual will excel at leading, coaching and coordinating daily schedules for the grow team. The Cultivation Manager works closely with leadership in defining strategy, resource planning, and short/long term goals. The Cultivation Manager develops and executes cultivation procedures and environmental factors, including, nutrient programs, spray applications, irrigation timing and overseeing indoor plant production operations. These functions are tied together with the development of stringent and concise standard operating procedures for all operations.
With a robust knowledge and understanding of cannabis growing and good agriculture practices, this person will implement best practices while considering the cost/benefit impact of decisions. Working closely with the Director of Operations, and maintenance personnel, this person will help monitor and make recommendations to the CEO on grow room infrastructure including, lighting, HVAC, irrigation, and environmental factors to ensure an optimal grow environment.
Cleanliness and adherence to biosecurity policies and procedures are of the utmost importance. This role will work closely with the Director of Operations to consistently evaluate, define, and refine biosecurity measures and cleanliness standards in both cultivation and production space. They will create structures for communicating and evaluating the effectiveness of biosecurity measures.

Summary
The Facilities Technician performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and operation of the Justice Cannabis Co. Hazleton, PA facility including maintenance and cleaning functions on buildings, greenhouses, and landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This role is responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly facilities tasks as well as semi-skilled construction functions and equipment maintenance.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the Facility Manager to identify and perform needed repairs, maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning tasks
- Plans and coordinates all repairs, installations, and refurbishments with site management
- Assists in maintaining inventory of critical equipment and supplies for building operations (light bulbs, toilet paper, etc.) and refreshes inventory as required
- Performs required custodial tasks to ensure site is compliant with COVID sanitation standards
- Collaborates with the site management team to ensure facility compliance with state, federal, local, and industry specific legislation/regulations
- Assists management in identifying, planning, and budgeting for building repairs, improvements, and expansions
- Assists in managing the prioritization and execution of work orders within the facility
- Executes the preventative maintenance program for company owned equipment and automobiles
- Manages and maintains service and repair records for all managed assets (vehicles, generators, etc.)
- Operates a variety of tools/equipment including automobiles, power tools, hand tools, hvac systems, fans and filters, dehumidifiers, power edgers, power mowers, irrigation system, blowers, aerators, power sprayers, atomizer and backpack sprayer, and other related equipment

Role And Responsibilities
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Greet and check patients in to software system
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
- Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting / emergency equipment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Patrol building and perimeter
- PA Act 235 certification required

The Patient Care Advocate (PCA) is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience for our medical dispensary patients. This role ensures all sales are compliant with state regulations, that customer needs are heard and met throughout the sales process; and that transactions are accurately recorded in our point-of-sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems. This role is critical to upholding Justice Cannabis culture, values, and code of conduct.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensures customers are accurately logged in state mandated patient tracking system
- Assists customers in product selection based on defined treatment plan and product availability
- Achieves daily/weekly sales objectives by seeking opportunities to introduce new and alternative products
- Performs all sales transactions in compliance with state regulations governing the sale of cannabis products
- Completes required documentation for product sales
- Ensures all sales and transactions are entered in point-of-sale and inventory management systems per state regulations
- Assists in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized operating environment
- Complies with all state regulations as well as JC’s operating policies, procedures and practices
- Complies with all safety and security protocols for dispensary staff
- Answers phones, responds to voicemail and takes product orders via phone

Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience working in a retail environment with cash handling responsibility
- Retail sales experience preferred

- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Computers and Technology
- Must be computer literate with the ability to learn operational systems (Springbig, Leaflogix, MJ Freeway, Veriscan, Microsoft office, and Metrc, etc.)
- Experience working with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite

Requires close vision with the ability to see color and adjust focus. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a busy medical cannabis production facility and/or? operations/finishing area. The outdoor/indoor and greenhouse facility areas are very loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between extreme cold and hot temperatures. Work may be stressful at times and may include dealing with difficult people and/or law enforcement. Available to work varied hours/days,? including nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events.
