ROLE SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager will lead the dispensary staff through day to day processes and procedures. They are responsible for implementing practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and result-driven culture in Solurge’s Retail facility. The Dispensary Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the dispensary and handling the needs of customers and dispensary associates. The dispensary manager will also play a role in hiring and developing a team of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about cannabis and compliant with state and local rules and regulations. Inventory management and compliance to SOP’s and a strict regulatory environment are key skills to being successful in this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- All aspect of dispensary operations including: Hiring of dispensary associates, inventory management, marketing, compliance, sales, product knowledge, and managing of schedules and timelines
- Inventory oversight and management
- Supervising dispensary associates, including delegating tasks, managing personnel and quality control
- Routine auditing of inventory and compliance
- Daily financial reporting and cash management
- Train associates on Dispensary SOPs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Promote a positive and supportive company culture
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

ROLE SUMMARY
The Maintenance Associate position provides on-site support to facilities Maintenance Manager. As a Maintenance Associate, you are responsible for completing assigned maintenance tasks involving basic installation, inspection, routine upkeep and repair of machines and equipment. Maintenance Associate’ may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments and Managers occasionally to meet our business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
- Document and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair and replacement
- Report all maintenance issues to Maintenance Manager
- Maintain record of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Perform custodial functions to clean and maintain the building both inside and outside
- Assist with the management of outside contractors for required service for the facilities and equipment
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas
- Maintain the exterior of the facility. Pest management, painting, lawn care, snow removal, other duties as needed
- Immediately inform Maintenance Manager of any system discrepancies
- Work within company continuous improvement system and strive to increase productivity
- Provide support to additional cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed to achieve facility production goals
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing repetitive tasks
- Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces
- Ability to safely climb, squat, bend, twist, kneel and stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds

ROLE SUMMARY
The Facility Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in keeping the production and retail facility functioning to specification. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and developing, the overall maintenance requirements of the facility and it's grounds.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Director of Operations and all the Department Managers to ensure uninterrupted production, maintenance, and safety of the facility
- Hire, lead, supervise and perform the work necessary to maintain the Facility and Maintenance Department
- Assist in the development and implementation, of standard operating procedures (SOP), as well as delegating responsibilities and training personnel in according with established SOP’s
- Assist in the development and maintaining of a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and operate a facility inclusive Building Management System (BMS). Ensuring that all required documentation is maintained accordingly
- Establish and execute the Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Schedule, ensuring all custodial functions associated with cleaning and maintaining the facility, both inside and outside, while ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local requirements
- Meeting with Venders, Contractors, Officials and Emergency Responders for Installations, Inspections, and site Safety
- Establish an UpToDate operating budget while monitoring and reporting department and facility expenses, projects, and tasks. Purchase and manage all related maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment for the facility. Establish spare parts inventory and replenishment plan for building and equipment.
- Partner with the Security team to ensure all Safety and Security Systems are properly maintained and reporting 24-7
- Provide coverage and assistance during Emergency situations and building evacuations
- Organize and lead your department and facility with Safety and Success
- Other duties as assigned

ROLE SUMMARY
The Quality and Compliance Manager implements and manages regulatory compliance as it relates to manufacturing, storage, and distribution facility operations. This includes compliance to all applicable local, state, and federal regulation. The Quality and Compliance Manager oversees compliance to all state tracking systems (Metrc), general facility and personnel compliance on the licensed premises, food/product safety and sanitization programs, GMPs, corrective and preventative action, allergen management, internal and external audits, safety regulations (OSHA), employee training, product recalls, and product release.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Quality Systems and Safety Programs.
Manage inventory tracking system.
Interface with external regulators.
Manage the Records Clerk and document tracking system.
Lead cross departmental development of operational SOPs.
Assist and audit licensed facility compliance and quality.
Track and manage state and local licenses.
Build and implement checklists and assist with internal compliance audits.
Review packaging and labeling of finished goods to ensure compliance.
Review daily Production documentation and Quality checks for completeness and accuracy.
Research local legislation and provide regulatory compliance guidance.
Research/audit business partners and third party vendors.
Continually refine and implement comprehensive employee training programs around Compliance, Quality, and Safety.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Security Manager will lead development and manage the implementation of security programs for Solurge. Responsibilities include ensuring all company security operations comply with local and state standards while also partnering with cross-functional team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement procedures to ensure that the facility, all exterior entrances/exits, parking lots, and perimeter remain secure at all time.
Implement policies and procedures to detect that no breaches of security have occurred,
Conduct routine patrols and site walks with staff to identify potential security threats.
Ensure access control policies are maintained by all staff and visitors while effectively directing and controlling traffic on the Company premises.
Supervise security personnel and retail employees conducting customer check-in.
Communicate with facility staff on policies, procedures, and processes.
Perform routine and periodic checks to verify all electronic security systems are properly functioning including, but not limited to; alarms, monitoring cameras, and access control card systems.
Develop and implement facility evacuation plans in case of emergency; medical, fire or intrusion.
Monitor and perform follow up investigations on all incident reports filed by security staff or as requested by upper leadership.
Security Manager shall ensure all new hires are trained and mentored by providing instruction and guidance to comply with policy, procedure, and State of Massachusetts regulations for licensed Marijuana facilities.
Train staff on company anti-diversion, safety and security policies and procedures.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position is full-time and salaried. The Security Manager will coordinate with the Director of Operations and executive team to develop a schedule of onsite security coverage during facility hours. Some night, weekend, and on-call responsibilities are expected.
TRAVEL
Overnight travel is not expected as a function of this position but may be requested by management.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Operations will lead development and implementation of overall operations and business practices. The position oversees and manages the daily cultivation, processing, production, compliance, facility operations and staff. The Director of Operations is responsible for the development of facility systems and procedures as well as their monitoring, analysis and improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successfully execute business development strategies and direct short-term and long-term planning to support strategic goals.
Manage day-to-day facility operations.
Oversee quality and regulatory compliance for cultivation activities at the facility.
Act as a liaison between other departments, including managers within different areas of the organization.
Must coordinate with Corporate on production timelines, facility needs and challenges including daily and weekly reporting.
Manage compliance with METRC and Dutchie for inventory and product transfers.
Conduct and document facility inspections, audit processes, internal controls, and training programs.
Prepare and track facility operations budget.
Able to recognize, document, and optimize facility processes.
Conduct periodic tours of the site's interior/exterior to document findings on a building inspection, as applicable.
Oversee inspection of facilities and equipment to ensure company standards and safety regulations are being maintained.
Ensure that the cannabis cultivated at the facility is properly tested in accordance with company procedures and state guidelines to meet specifications prior to release.
Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes and corrective actions.
Assists in the development and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure adherence to company and state regulations.
Develop, in coordination with company management, quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures.
Monitor adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for the facility's operations.
Oversee maintenance of a clean and organized work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Three years in operations management and/or building/facilities management.
Two years minimum of quality assurance, compliance, or quality control experience.
One year minimum of medical cannabis industry experience desired.
Must be able to work independently and exercise independent judgment.
Proficient in facilities systems and protocols.
SKILLS
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs including MS Outlook and Excel.
Strong organizational and leaderships skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Self-driven and hard working.
Demonstrate integrity and dedication and have a positive work attitude and strong work ethic.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
3 years of Facilities Operations Management experience.

Mechanical systems knowledge and experience (Example: BMS, HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge).
