The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant cannabis inventory across all Cultivation and Production vaults within the Company’s facility. - Maintains accurate and compliant inventory across all vault spaces, including flower and processed product
- Responsible for overseeing internal and external transactions, including physical and electronic transfer of product between departments and for sale

- Provides a weekly inventory report and a biweekly packaging position report to the Operations Manager – Production
- Serves as the main point of contact for inventory issues with the Cannabis Control Commission
- Supervises Inventory Coordinators by monitoring attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures; conducting annual performance evaluations; providing coaching and support; and providing corrective action as needed
- Facilitates and track laboratory testing
Qualifications & Skills

- High school diploma required or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in an inventory or compliance role required; cannabis industry experience highly valued

Position Summary: The Production Associate performs all post-harvest functions including trimming, packaging, labeling, and recordkeeping. This position is cross-trained and responsible for rotating between all functional areas.

Position Summary
The Security and Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe, secure, and compliant operation across the PA Insa facility and PA Dispensaries . This includes all aspects of the Asset Protection function, such as maintaining restricted access, camera and alarm systems, incident reporting and investigation, and emergency response. This person also oversees the secure transport of wholesale and inter-facility deliveries and ensuring that the Company is meeting all requirements under state and federal transportation laws and regulations.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversees guard shack, front entrance and other restricted access points including assignment and restriction of door access cards; organizing vendor escorts, inspections, and facility tours following visitor SOPs; and monitoring of limited access areas
- Coordinates wholesale and inter-facility deliveries, including scheduling, loading/unloading, plotting randomized driving routes, scheduling vehicle/fleet inspections and maintenance, and ensuring paperwork is accurate, compliant, retained, and forwarded to Accounts Receivable
- Manages the Asset Protection and transportation teams, including assigning work schedules, setting KPIs, providing training and coaching opportunities, and providing accountability and performance management
- Plans and implements yearly driver training in accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

- Medical marijuana product knowledge preferred
- Self-directed and comfortable with repetitive manual work; ability to also work as a member of a team

The Operations Manager oversees the manufacturing operations, including setting expectations and goals for each department manager, enforcing policies and procedures, and working to ensure regulatory compliance within the department. Essential Functions

Position Summary
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for cannabis plant care in all stages of its life cycle, including propagation, (clone, vegetation, bloom, and harvest). Cultivation Technicians are cross-trained in all areas of the department but become specialized after a new hire training period.
Responsibilities & Duties – By Concentration Area
Clone
- Cuts clones from mother plants using proper cutting techniques
- Prepares clone trays, filling with water and adding nutrient solution according to department specifications, and monitors temperature, EC, and pH levels of the nutrients within
- Maintains proper product tagging, including ensuring strain and lot IDs are in sequence, to comply with state regulations
- Maintains plant creation logs
- Ensures proper bagging, weighing, and cataloging of trimming waste
Vegetation
- Completes plant watering according to daily schedule, following proper procedures
- Completes regular plant maintenance including bottoming, thinning, topping, spacing, and foliar feeding
- Completes transplanting (up-potting) to larger containers using proper techniques as dictated by management
- Completes daily notes on growth patterns, watering and nutrient needs
- Monitors temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels according to company standards; records data in daily log
