Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOP) and processes accurately.
- Complete all forms and logs associated with cultivation responsibilities.
- Monitor management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth, health, and appearance in the grow rooms.
- Follow plant scheduling and organization to help Grow Manager accurately project all plant needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be able to climb, squat, bend, twist, stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Summary:
The Automation Maintenance Technician provides on-site support to facilities maintenance operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Maintenance Specialist, you are responsible for completing assigned maintenance tasks involving basic installation, inspection, and routine upkeep and repair of machines and equipment. Automation Maintenance Technician may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments occasionally to meet business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
- Document and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair and replacement.
- Report all maintenance issues to Automation Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain record of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Perform custodial functions to clean and maintain the building both inside and outside.
- Assist with the management of outside contractors for required service for the facilities and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas.
- Immediately inform Automation Maintenance Manager of any system discrepancies.
- Work within company continuous improvement system and strive to increase productivity.
- Provide support to additional cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed to achieve facility production goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing preferred.

Job Summary:
The Cultivation Specialist is responsible for supporting daily cannabis cultivation operations during the life stages of the plant, from vegetation to pre-harvest.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Catalogue and maintain organization of plants from clone-to-harvest using our logging system.
- Work within company continuous improvement system and strive to increase productivity.
- Manage their workload efficiently to meet goals and consistently produce quality product.
- Maintain up-to-date work shift responsibilities on logs and inform Grow Manager of any changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required.
- Must be able to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
- Must be comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
- Must be able to climb, squat, bend, twist, stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Summary:
The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for in overseeing and ensuring the sanitation team completes all necessary duties in a productive and effective manner. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management and business activities of the production department in their assigned facility.
- Motivate sanitation team by providing encouragement, being a servant leader, and giving constructive feedback.
- Responsible for driving the sanitation to perform productively and efficiently.
- Direct and implement SOPs, methods, policies, objectives to advance their department, and ensure continuing operations to increase productivity and guarantee regulatory compliance.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to Assistant Managers, Leads, and Specialists.
- Inspect and ensure all sanitation equipment is in good operating order.
- Clean and supply designated building areas, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents and restrooms.
- Perform and document routine inspection activities.
- Support harvest in sanitation of gardens as needed.
- Ensure quality, safety, GMPs and ISO standards are followed.
- Utilize various machines and sanitation equipment such as sprayers, power mops, steam cleaners, etc.
- Ensure that all QC/QA protocols are being followed and maintained.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repair needs.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Follow and enforce all rules and regulations for production, health and safety, and additional requirements set by the State and municipality in which we operate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience as a manager or supervisor.
- Previous knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Must be able to operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
- Prior experience sanitizing a commercial cannabis facility.
- Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.

Job Summary:
The Kitchen Specialist provides on-site support to the production areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Kitchen Specialist, you are responsible for processing dry cannabis flower, supporting the manufacturing of cannabis infused products and assembling and packaging finished goods for distribution. You may be cross-trained and asked to occasionally support other departments to meet business needs.

- Grate, sort, weigh, and log processed material.
- Collect samples as needed to quality testing.
- Safely operate packaging equipment, such as flow wrap, labeling, and heat-sealing machines.
- Prepare, fill, and pack pre-rolls.
- Precisely and efficiently measure, weigh, and mix ingredients using recipe specifications.
- Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
- Regularly clean and sterilize equipment and workspace.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.

Job Summary:
The Financial Controller - Cultivation is the key business partner for the General Manager of the State Cultivation activities. Day to day they monitor plant operations results against operating plans, advise their business partner on financial matters, and direct the preparation of financial, production output, and other reports used to measure and control Cultivation Center activities and costs. They ensure the Cultivation Center's financial control process and systems comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and provide required information. The Plant Leads the Cultivation Center financial and capital budgeting process. The Plant Controller recommends and implements programs to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. From time to time the Controller will also support cost accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the Cultivation Center;
- Assist in designing and maintain all standard cost of all Cultivation Center products;
- Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability, and utilization;
- Ensure financial statements are prepared timely and accurately in accordance with current US GAAP;
- Ensure account analysis, reconciliation, and review is performed and documented thoroughly and timely;
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Cultivation Center performance reports;
- Review all Cultivation Center invoices and ensure proper coding;
- Approve all Cultivation Center A/P;
- Capital project preparation, project accounting, post project follow-up and review;
- Assist management and executives to achieve all business objectives;
- Assist with all Cultivation Center audits;
- Assist in month end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, and analyze inventory valuation, and inventory roll forward;
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
- Strong history in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment (food or pharmaceutical preferred);
- Minimum seven years' experience in general ledger and accounting reconciliation activities, with proven ability and experience in month end closing;
- Proactive, hands-on, results oriented style;
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills with practical judgment and realistic understanding of the issues involved;
- Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy;
- Strong computer skills with Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills:
- Experience with Sage Intacct or other ERP system is preferred;
- Some travel is required (up to 25%).

Job Summary:
The Automation Maintenance Technician provides on-site support to facilities maintenance operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Maintenance Specialist, you are responsible for completing assigned maintenance tasks involving basic installation, inspection, and routine upkeep and repair of machines and equipment. Job Summary:
The Inventory Lead provides on-site support to the warehouse and storage areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. In addition, leads will be responsible for tracking and auditing finished goods and raw materials within the facility. You may be cross-trained and asked to occasionally support other departments to meet business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aid Inventory Managers with new hire training.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to Leads, and Specialists.
- Track seed to sale of all products as they leave the facility.
- Executes inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes inventory holding, maximizes stock tracking system, and ensure entry accuracy.
- Support regularly scheduled and random inventory audits.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
- Ensure any open audit issues are closed by showing evidence of required sustainment.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and storage areas.
- Immediately inform Inventory Manager of any system discrepancies.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled and accounted for within the system.
- Document and update product information and labeling using company's seed to sale system.
- Provide support to additional cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed to achieve facility production goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Two (2) year experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.

- Picking finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensaries.

- Toting and sealing all finished orders for final inspection and delivery.

Job Summary:
The Edibles Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of cannabis infused edibles and leads a team of Assistant Managers, Edible Leads, and Production Specialists. Edible products can include infused chocolates, gummies, mints, hard candies, and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management and business activities of the edibles department in their assigned facility.
- Motivate Edibles team by providing encouragement, being a servant leader, and giving constructive feedback.
- Responsible for driving the edibles department to achieve and surpass goals and objectives, that will maximize output and minimize cost resulting in higher profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Kitchen Specialist provides on-site support to the production areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Kitchen Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the manufacturing of cannabis infused edibles and assembling and packaging products for distribution. Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Finance - Cultivation Controller is the key business partner for the General Manager of the State Cultivation activities. Day to day they monitor plant operations results against operating plans, advise their business partner on financial matters, and direct the preparation of financial, production output, and other reports used to measure and control Cultivation Center activities and costs. They ensure the Cultivation Center's financial control process and systems comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and provide required information. The Plant Leads the Cultivation Center financial and capital budgeting process. The Plant Controller recommends and implements programs to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. From time to time the Controller will also support cost accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the Cultivation Center;
- Assist in designing and maintain all standard cost of all Cultivation Center products;
- Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability, and utilization;
- Ensure financial statements are prepared timely and accurately in accordance with current US GAAP;
- Ensure account analysis, reconciliation, and review is performed and documented thoroughly and timely;
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Cultivation Center performance reports;
- Review all Cultivation Center invoices and ensure proper coding;
- Approve all Cultivation Center A/P;
- Capital project preparation, project accounting, post project follow-up and review;
- Assist management and executives to achieve all business objectives;
- Assist with all Cultivation Center audits;
- Assist in month end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, and analyze inventory valuation, and inventory roll forward;

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
- Strong history in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment (food or pharmaceutical preferred);
- Minimum seven years' experience in general ledger and accounting reconciliation activities, with proven ability and experience in month end closing;
- Proactive, hands-on, results oriented style;
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills with practical judgment and realistic understanding of the issues involved;

As Inventory Manager, this position will be responsible for the management of the inventory activities for the facility in accordance with the Company's policies, principles, and procedures. The facility Inventory Manager will continuously review all the operational processes, systems, assets, and methodologies used in their department and will develop a strategic and tactical operational plan with the aim of controlling costs, generating savings, reconciling inventory, and maximizing available working capital.
Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Executes inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes inventory holding, maximizes stock tracking system, and ensure entry accuracy.
- Ensures incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedures.
- Provides support to ensure all inventory differences are identified, researched, cleared within a specified period.
- Mitigates any identified audit deficiencies that are noted by providing training and sustainment support.
- Ensures raw materials are ready and available for cultivation or production processes as and when required.
- Track seed to sale of all products as they leave the facility.
- Develops, maintains, advises, and executes audits of internal processes and controls.

- Organizes, manages, and assists in physical inventory counts.
- Monitors all inventory activities of the BiotrackTHC and responds to any discrepancies by notifying the location's management and investigating the discrepancy.
- Ensures inventory counts are being performed on schedule with acceptable results and the proper documentation is being executed and filed.
- Directs the settlement of all inventory discrepancies and reports the resolution of such discrepancies.
- Develops monthly summary of all inventory discrepancies for the Compliance Manager and describes how the issues have been resolved and mitigated.
- Monitors obsolete, poor selling, and dated materials and products. Identities items for disposition. Supervises the handling of products for sale, returned products, discarded inventory, and ensures accurate and appropriate entries are made in ICS to reflect activity.
- Establishes, maintains, and assesses inventory turnover and product level goals.
- Performs other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Inventory Management, or similar financial-based field.
- A minimum of 4 years of warehouse management, audit, inventory control or related area.

Job Summary:
The Automation Production Specialist in the 2nd shift is responsible for the processing/weighing/packaging of dry cannabis flower, working with automation machines, and supports the manufacturing of cannabis products within the cultivation and production facility.

Job Summary:
The Harvest Specialist provides on-site support to daily harvest operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Harvest Specialist, you are responsible for supporting harvest and post-harvest plant processing. Harvest Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments from time to time to meet business needs.

- Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
- Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
- Ensure plants are hung in specific dry rooms.

Job Summary:
The Sr. Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility operational policies, objective, and initiatives in their assigned facility. The Sr. Operations Manager ensures a collaborative and cooperative working relationship within their departments to achieve business goals and objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management and business activities of the production, sanitation, trim, security, distribution, security transport, quality assurance, lab, extraction, and edibles departments in their assigned facility.
- Responsible for driving the departments to achieve and surpass goals and objectives, that will maximize output and minimize cost resulting in higher profitability.
- Direct and implement SOPs, methods, policies, objectives to advance their department, and ensure continuing operations to increase productivity and guarantee regulatory compliance.

- Ensure quality, safety, GMPs and ISO standards are followed.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs including but not limited to direct and indirect labor, product materials and capital investments by improving workflow, achievement of internal project dates and improving efficiency and effectiveness of the costs of production in facilities, engineering, equipment, operations, inventory levels and holding costs.
- Utilize KPIs to monitor, adjust, reward, and optimize company operations performance.
- Partner with Compliance to meet regulatory standards for their department including document records, inventory counts, etc.
- Lead the training and development of direct reports in accordance with company policies to motivate and drive the achievement of business objectives and to build, uphold, and support the values of the Company.

Ataraxia is a cannabis cultivation and processing facility in Albion, Illinois, and we are looking for a qualified Grow Supervisor to join our team! Under the direction of the Grow Manager, the Grow Supervisor is responsible for overseeing their team in daily cannabis cultivation operations during the vegetation stage of the plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delegate responsibilities and train personnel on standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Manage all forms and logs associated with cultivation responsibilities.
- Oversee and monitor management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth, health, and appearance in the grow rooms.
- Ensure employees are following plant scheduling and organization.
- Accurately interpret data and project all plant needs.
- Catalogue and maintain organization of plants from clone-to-harvest using company logging system.
- Maintain company continuous improvement system and strive to increase productivity.
- Assist Grow Manager in ensuring department is meeting goals and consistently producing quality product.
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Ensure that production schedules are met with deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous supervisory experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required.
- Must be able to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
- Must be comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
- Must be able to climb, squat, bend, twist, stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
