POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Account Executive is responsible for assisting with providing service to all accounts in the region as designated by the EVP, Business Development. POSITION OVERVIEW

An Account Executive?
A good question. Thank you for asking. Officially, the title for this position is Account Executive, unofficially, the position is a regional sales role. What that means is you’ll be reporting to our Sales Director and be responsible for educating our customers and potential customers about our product as well as the wholesale of it in South Central Missouri.
How We Roll:
Our Account Executive has a very special place in the Show-Me state. We’re looking for someone who has the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Prospect and develop new business in your designated territory
- Maintain current accounts, once established
- Achieve sales performance objectives through prospecting new business and assigned leads
- Details of this will continue to be evaluated and will be made available upon approval from Senior Management
- Serve as point of contact for wholesale customers assisting with anything related to the order/fulfillment, issues, questions, additions/substitutions, documentation, etc.
- Frequently provide customer feedback to relevant departments
- Work with the marketing team for SWAG and any digital assets as needed
- Drive brand recognition
- Develop a daily schedule of productive activity from creative sources and qualified leads

What Lights Our Fire:

- High school diploma required with some college preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B sales position.

A Few Extra Nugs of Information:

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Account Executive is responsible for assisting with providing service to all accounts in the region as designated by the Regional Sales Manager. Priorities include processing customer orders, building a strong sales pipeline, developing professional relationships, generating any necessary account documentation, and maintaining accounts up to date. The successful candidate will work closely with the RSM to help drive sales, track cycles for critical wins, and providing oversight of pre/post-sales across cannabis dispensaries. This role requires strong business acumen, a proven record of accomplishment in building and maintaining customer relationships, and strong technology and communication skills.

COMPENSATION
- Salaried starting at $75,000/yr (dependent on experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with completing the on-boarding process for all new accounts
- Assist with building the sales pipeline from initial contact to close while responding to all inbound leads in a timely manner
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with all customers
- Respond swiftly and effectively to all customer/account inquiries while ensuring repeat business
- Process direct account purchase orders through our invoicing system and assist the Accounting Department with collection when necessary
- Maintain our CRM software up to date with all customer information and product orders
- Collaborate with our distributor to ensure all their inventory/ordering information aligns with our Inventory Management System and CRM platforms
- Track progress on customer retention, re-order rates, and order value in the region while assisting in the reporting preparation
- Meet with RSM to review all customer relationship activities, progress versus goals, and status of key accounts
- Contribute to the creation and execution of sales strategy, to include strategic account plans and strategic partnership development
- Assist in all areas to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success

Cannabis Sales Account Executive
Green Dragon Wholesale LLC seeks a dynamic and passionate Sales Account Executive to cultivate, engage, and expand our strategic partnerships and retail relationships to ultimately drive sales. We have been providing our premium cannabis products in Oregon since 2014 and are excited to launch a new brand targeting new users.
You're known for your ability to close sales and proven communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. In this role, you will grow the number of retailers carrying our products in your territory while growing sales volume at existing stores. As an Account Executive, you are expected to not only make sales but to also build and promote long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships by partnering with dispensaries and understanding their needs. Your days will be spent cold calling, visiting new and existing clients, demoing our products, and recording your interactions in our system.
This individual must be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented. The ability to balance friendliness with professionalism is required, as is a sincere dedication to the financial success of the company. A collaborative and "team player" attitude is essential, as is the ability to take direction.
Requirements:
- Have an in-depth understanding, and be able to clearly articulate the brand’s offerings, positioning and competitive advantage; following established business plan, sales process, and strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals
- Identify and qualify opportunities, deliver samples and orders, provide information and product value, and close transactions; increase sales and improve customer service to existing account base, while prospecting new customers and growing market share within the designated territory
- Create opportunities through a high volume of contact calls and visits to retailers
- Service and manage all existing accounts (50 - 70 accounts) within territory
- Interact with all retailer staff including managers and budtenders
- Track retailer inventory ensuring the full spectrum of our product offerings are properly displayed and stocked
- Monitors customer preferences or requests for products and collaborates with departments to ensure solutions and customer satisfaction
- Participate in sales activities including vendor days, retailer events, and sales meetings
- Record details of sales activities, staff interactions, visits, and orders in our CRM
Qualifications:
- Proven track record for meeting sales quota in a broad, diverse and complex market
- Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (or application in "Ready to Pay" status")
- Valid driver's license with reliable personal vehicle
- Over 21 years old
- +1 years’ experience in direct sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of OLCC compliance laws for the cannabis industry
- Travel to other cities to represent the company as necessary
- Flexible to work some evenings or weekends (vendor events, networking events etc.)
