The Account Advisor represents Central Coast Agriculture in the market and is a key member of the

Basic Qualifications

The technician role performs various technical tasks related to the extraction, refinement, and separation of cannabis essential oils for use in various cannabis-based products. Technicians will work in small, highly communicative, interdependent teams. Essential Functions
- Perform hydrocarbon extractions and all ancillary tasks
- Perform wiped-film distillation, winterization, filtering, and rotovap
- Record precise data points in sheets, ERP software system, and state-mandated METRC Cannabis track-and-trace software at each stage of production
- Assist with product formulation, laboratory tasks, facility upkeep, and product packaging
- Regular organization, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and successful production environment
- Accomplish scheduled production goals and consistently meet high quality standards
- Follow all SOP's and company policies for maintaining GMP compliance, an exceptionally clean facility, and inspection readiness at all times
- Work with raw cannabis trim, refined cannabis oils, and waste byproducts
- Safely handle and use flammable liquids and gasses
- Exhibit extreme caution while performing processes involving pressurized vessels
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), comply with all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and the facility Chemical Hygiene Plan (CHP)
- Inventory tracking of consumable supplies, maintain equipment, perform safety checks, report any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Summary

Positions are available in both the Criminal and Civil Divisions. Deputy District Attorney / Prosecutor IIIs and IVs manage a high volume of more difficult criminal and civil cases with minimal supervision. The Monterey County District Attorney's Office has headquarters at the Salinas Courthouse and a satellite office in Monterey. There are 53 Deputy District Attorneys. The criminal prosecutors work in the Salinas office. The consumer and environmental protection prosecutors work in the Monterey office. The office is an approved MCLE provider and conducts regular in-house training.
The Criminal Division is in Salinas adjacent to the courthouse and is subdivided into Felony Units, a Misdemeanor Prosecutions Unit and a Juvenile Unit. Some of the specialized positions in the Felony Unit include: Auto insurance fraud, child abuse, disability and healthcare insurance fraud, elder abuse, gangs, prison crime, sexual assault, and workers' compensation insurance fraud. The Civil Division is in Monterey and handles consumer protection, environmental crimes, cannabis enforcement, real estate fraud, asset forfeiture, and weapon forfeiture.
The ideal candidate for the Criminal Division is an experienced litigator with a significant number of prior jury trials and who has prior service in a District Attorney's Office, Attorney General's Office, Public Defender's Office, or other criminal defense litigation firm.
The ideal candidate for the Civil Division has extensive working knowledge and practical experience with California rules of civil procedure, law and motion, drafting of pleadings and discovery, including complaints, stipulated judgments, injunctions, and investigative subpoenas. Solid negotiation skills are a must. The ideal candidate will also have meaningful experience, whether in the public or private sector, handling cases under Business & Professions Code sections 17200 and 17500.
This classification is part of a flexible series. The Deputy District Attorney IV / Prosecutor IV is the highest level in the career series. Incumbents at this level independently manage the most difficult criminal/civil cases.
Examples of Duties
- Prepares and prosecutes cases by presenting opening statements, interrogating and cross-examining witnesses, introducing evidence, making relevant objections, arguing points of law, and presenting closing arguments.
- Researches questions of law and evidence and applies statutory and decisional case law, along with such other legal treatises as may be required, in the preparation of cases for hearing in court.

AG Gas is an emerging company with an innovative technology that provides CO2 enrichment services to stimulate the photosynthetic process and improve crop yields. Our trademarked Carbogation® service also greatly enhances crops’ water-use-efficiency and plant dynamics.
The target customers for our services are licensed cannabis growers in California.
As Central CA Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and activities including engaging with customers, coordinating site surveys, managing subcontractors, overseeing the installation of production systems, and generally helping to develop the business in California with a specific focus on customer satisfaction as a top priority. Your area of focus will be Central California counties from Santa Cruz, to Santa Barbara county, though work anywhere in California may be required depending on the needs of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Become an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on the AG Gas system and the benefits of CO2 enrichment.
Provide local company representation and service to customers in region.
Generate and execute installation plans for each customer site.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of the sensors collecting system performance data at customer sites.
Perform customer site surveys and advise suitability for installation of Carbogation systems. Advise customers on ways to make the site more suitable for CO2 deliveries and installation.
Develop relationships and manage third party suppliers in region to provide installation and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires:

Position Summary:
Responsible for the day to day operations of the retail staff, delivery staff and security staff. Responsible for the growth and success of the venue. Most time will be spent on the development and training of staff, driving sales, ensuring guests receive high quality service, upholding the Urbn Leaf brand standards and operating all aspects of the dispensary under the direction of the General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee dispensary team including but not limited to: reception, budtenders, security, dispatch and delivery drivers
- Ensure time is effectively split between all departments as needed
- Ensure all technology platforms are updated with our most current information (specials, events, marketing materials)
