Coastal Cultivars, Inc. is a Massachusetts licensed cannabis company with a Tier 11 cultivation facility in West Wareham, MA. We produce a variety of sun grown cannabis products under our brand No. 9 Sun Flower Collection (https://www.number9collection.com/) that we wholesale to dispensaries across the state. Additionally, we provide material and services to other state licensed cannabis companies. We are a rapidly growing player in the cannabis space and seek a dynamic revenue producer.
The Sales Operations Associate – Wholesale Cannabis reports directly to the Head of Sales and plays a key role in the company’s sales process. To assist in managing critical sales relationships, you will provide coordination support between our customers and our sales and fulfillment teams, as well as help manage our sales database. Additionally, you will represent the brand at dispensaries and industry events. This role includes but is not limited to supporting the sales team in increasing brand visibility, directly engaging budtenders and consumers, and strengthening dispensary partnerships. The job is full-time. In-store and industry events take place on afternoons, nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team in the field through best-in-class implementation of marketing activations including but not limited to in-store pop-ups and other industry events
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives to increase sales, engage retail sales staff, merchandise displays, and increase No. 9 Sun Flower Collection’s brand presence via in-store sales & marketing initiatives
- Assist and support Account Executives facilitating wholesale orders
- Always represent the brand and company in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and clearly communicate product details and benefits to customers and retail staff
- Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts
- Provide regular post-event reports to Account Executives
- Update and maintain accounts within the CRM
Qualifications:
- Prior wholesale sales or event marketing experience
- Persuasiveness, objection-handling, negotiation, and strategic thinking
- Highly approachable & friendly personality
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- High degree of professionalism and productivity
- Skilled in relationship building
- Punctuality and excellent time-management skills
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct always
- Comfortable with technology & computers
- Strong attention to detail
- General understanding of cannabis products and culture
- Must have own vehicle with sufficient space to transport event materials to and from events across MA
Compensation: Negotiable
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute within the state of Massachusetts to meet with customers and perform sales events
Work Location: Remote, on the road, and occasionally at the cultivation facility in West Wareham, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availabilty

The Account Executive – Wholesale Cannabis reports directly to the Head of Sales and is responsible for generating new and expanding existing buying accounts within the Massachusetts cannabis ecosystem. The Account Executive’s primary focus is revenue generation through the implementation of account-specific sales strategies that create deep and lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales revenue through new account acquisition and expanding repeat orders
- Work directly with the Head of Sales to establish targets sales goals, as well as to develop and implement highly effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and maintain string relationships with prospective accounts by identifying key decision makers and industry personnel
- Ability to leverage sales data to maximize results
- Contribute to the development of effective marketing collateral
- Represent the brand and its products at sales and industry events
- Work closely with fulfillment and distribution teams to ensure accurate and timely order execution
- Update and maintain customer data, sales orders, and account changes in HubSpot
- Cleary communicate customer feedback to management team
- Must be able to follow instructions to help achieve production goals
- Ensure compliance with state regulations as well as company procedures and policies
- Ensure and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas
- Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry
- An basic knowledge of cannabis products
- Posses exceptional level of EQ in professional interactions
- Exception sales skills, including overcoming objections, persuasion and closing skills
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and math skills
- Able to work well with a team
- HubSpot experience a plus
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a CORI background check and be willing to submit personal information to become a license state agent
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position: Cannabis Harvest + Processing Associate (Farm Hand)
Location: West Wareham, MA
Remote (Y/N): No, onsite is required
The Cannabis Harvest + Processing Associate reports directly to the Head of Cultivation and is responsible for general plant and field maintenance as well as a variety of daily tasks related to end of harvest activities. The Associate must be willing to work in all weather conditions, be team oriented and capable of lifting 40 pounds. Top performing Associates may have the ability to secure year-round employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to follow instructions to help achieve production goals
- Ability to move about a typical farm, manufacturing and warehouse environment and complete work generally associated with such facilities
- Observing all required PPE requirements while completing tasks
- Ensure compliance with state regulations as well as company procedures and policies
- Ensure and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas
- Maintaining accurate daily production logs
- Handling, transporting, and disposing of waste materials and accurately documenting all waste
- Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned
Minimal Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a CORI background check and be willing to submit personal information to become a license state agent
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
