As Lead Graphic Designer at eBottles, you’ll play an integral part in the development and implementation of a new visual and conceptual design standard aimed at elevating our brand recognition and digital presence.
Responsibilities:
- Function as the on-the-ground leader for the design and aesthetic of our brand
- Take charge of projects from conception to execution, ensuring key design elements are present and consistent throughout
- Serve as go-to resource for creative/marketing leadership, helping to accomplish large design initiatives
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Provide clear creative direction as well as timely and constructive feedback to improve creative processes and keep work on schedule
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems
- Manage and prioritize work/resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs
- Provide creative direction for general sales materials including product catalog, customer sample deck, business card design, email signatures, presentation templates, digital letterhead templates, etc.
- Guide creative direction for general marketing materials including promotional item/product giveaways, social media content, e-blasts, content for ad opportunities in industry newsletters, magazines, and websites
- Design Banners/Signs for Trade Show Booth(s)
- Create content for new product launches (photos, emails, etc.)
- Other creative tasks as needed
Skills
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience creating strong, engaging content across various platforms
- Recognized expertise in collateral, visual identity, web, product and brand design
- Strong working knowledge of the fundamentals – interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process
- Experience with the design of marketing collateral, sales materials, and promotional materials
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments without compromising quality or accuracy of work

Key Customer Account Coordinator

As Key Customer Account Coordinator at eBottles, you'll work closely with one of our incredible Inside Reps and their External Sales Reps to manage existing and new key customer accounts. You'll work with customers directly, helping them with order placement, product decisions, and so much more.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. They will be organized, take initiative, and be able to work independently as well as on a team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Inside Rep and External Sales Rep(s) to support the management of new and existing key customer accounts
- Process purchase orders and returns from customers
- Maintain communication with customers regarding their inventory and other business needs
- Collaborate with the other Inside Team members to balance inventory requests
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information in response to customer inquiries regarding products, shipping, order statuses, etc.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner
- Accurately record and update customer information within our electronic customer service database
- Support Inside and External Rep(s) with other tasks as needed

The Role
We are looking for a motivated, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling over the phone. Being comfortable on the phone is mandatory, but there is no prospecting required in this position - leads will be either inbound or warm or outbound to eBottle’s existing customer base.
The role requires answering inbound leads, qualifying prospects, the ability to execute a full sales cycle, open to close, as well as managing a book of business. The ideal candidate is hungry to get their hands on this massive, untapped sales opportunity, has a history of topping sales quotas, loves challenges, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. As you build your client book, you will be proactively reach out to your existing clients to ensure satisfaction/retention while continuously closing new business.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Educate and qualify prospects, ensure they are up to date with our products and services, and are introduced to new products and services.
- Follow up with all leads and prospective clientele in a timely manner.
- Utilize a consistent multiple contact process via phone and email to untap new prospects, nurture existing customers and qualify leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from inbound sales lead to closing a deal via phone and email.
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize high volume phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect types.
- Conduct conversations with prospects in a consultative way; comfortable managing and overcoming objections.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively manage a CRM to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management, and maintain accurate information in our CRM per company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong full sales cycle skills.
- Strong CRM skills REQUIRED.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills.
- Experience with a fast growth or startup organization ideal.
- Proven ability to close via phone and email.
- BS or BA in business administration, sales, marketing or related field preferred.
- Excels in time management, organization and prioritizing leads.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
