Summary
The Wholesale Sales Representative (WSR) is primarily responsible for contacting dispensary locations; building relationships for the sales of cannabis infused edibles and providing world class customer service. Summary

Position Summary/Objective
The MA East Wholesale Account Representative is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization's wholesale capabilities throughout Eastern Massachusetts. This position supports and consults with numerous groups and departments throughout Ethos and will work closely with Marketing, Cultivation, Compliance, Finance, and/or Legal. The MA East Wholesale Account Representative will develop strategies to exceed revenue targets by identifying new prospects and opportunities in the market. - Strategize, set, and achieve (even exceed) sales goals
- Attain conversational fluency with regards to the industry generally and our product portfolio specifically, including all form factors, attributes, effects, and technical data
- Educate, engage, and train all tiers of the wholesale channel on Ethos Cannabis brands and product lines to increase sell through of a product mix or portfolio of goods customized for the retail location and their customers

This position directly contributes to the sales and revenue of Grow Sciences through the development of dispensary relationships. Wholesale Representatives are ambassadors and a face of the company, working to spread our passion for the plant through the sharing of knowledge and also ensuring dispensaries and consumers alike have the best possible experience when using products. This position works closely with our partners to ensure that the brand is well represented throughout the state of Arizona.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years industry sales experience.
- Robust knowledge of all cannabis products, how they’re made, how they’re consumed, and how they’re priced.
- Can demonstrate fluency in selling, negotiating, navigating objections and building incredible relationships as a trusted advisor. You find value in building and maintaining your network.
- Active drivers license and clean driving record. On the road delivering and meeting up to 50% of the time.
- Delightful personality and team oriented.
- Flexible schedule (some weekends required for vendor events / special delivery circumstances).
- Good computer skills, with a high comfort level learning new software and tools (includes Google Suite, LeafLink, BioTrack).
- Capable of building reports from raw data. Capable of providing analysis with said reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will be the primary point of contact for dispensaries to purchase Grow Sciences products, answer questions, create solutions, and resolve any issues that surface.
- On a per store basis: monitor weekly throughput, recommend product mix and allocation that aligns with our available SKUs and our revenue goals; identify trends and customer behaviors; grow per-store sales.
- Help monitor and maintain dispensary inventory of GS product to ensure product is sold before losing freshness. Includes checking in at deliveries, events and drop ins.
- Be a delivery driver for the stores you manage.
- Strong focus on compliance, including proper invoicing, trip planning, certificates of analysis for each SKU, payment records and more.
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with dispensary staff - we want to be on a first name basis with budtenders, managers, intake/inventory staff, front desk, etc.
- Participate in store events and store education sessions in pursuit of maintaining strong relationships that allow you to understand the nuances at each store.
- Communicate feedback on GS products and performance for improvement from dispensary staff, social media, etc.
- Partner directly with Marketing to help coordinate new product drops with dispensaries, ensuring drops are properly advertised via text drop/social media, and to help move products that may be moving slow.
- Assist in regular competitive market analysis to ensure GS stays at the top of industry standards.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules/fees, merchandising techniques, etc.

- This position has a base compensation, plus bonus when performance objectives are being met. Depending on your skill set and experience, pay is commensurate.

Position Overview:
The Wholesale Sales Representative is largely a client-facing role and requires both strategic long term thinking and short term execution and support. Summary
The Wholesale Sales Representative is the first point of contact for client engagement and therefore the customer service at this level must be exemplary. This position requires direct and passive communication with the MIP and Grow to coordinate the fulfillment sales orders, and to facilitate sales from start to finish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and compassionate demeanor at all times.

- Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering questions and/or appropriately directing concerns to Management, if necessary.
- Utilize selling techniques and market strategies to expand and build upon client base.

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling (phone calls, texting, emailing, and in-person)
- Understand potency, contaminant, and homogeneity testing; able to explain testing benefits to patron.
- Achieve agreed upon sales objective/metrics and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, market presence, etc. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Communicate inventory concerns and identifies out-of-stock products and relays that information to Management, if needed.
- Perform inventory audits in accordance with company standards.
- Complete all duties in a timely manner consistent with company standards.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED); Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Must have a MED badge BEFORE you will be allowed to work
Required Skills & Experience:

Physical requirements:
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

- Knowledge of Colorado marijuana laws, MED regulations, and CDPHE requirements.
- Previous marijuana industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in CO licensed facilities.

- Minimum of one-year retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service industry experience.

We are looking for a Sales Representative with core responsibilities in the sale of all products to third party vendors and retail stores. The Sales Representative is responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking and cold calling, while maintaining and managing existing relationships. In this role you will...
- Understand and implement strategies and policies created by Director of Sales and Sales Manager.

- Understand and execute efficient processes for sales order processing, data tracking, reporting and sales schedules.
Skills and experience you have...
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years related experience or equivalent.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, visiting, and closing new account, as well as organically growing existing accounts. You must be a highly motivated individual with strong communication and organization skills and an aptitude for understanding True Harvest’s product and value proposition. Duties and Essential Functions:
- Outside sales of cannabis, concentrates and infused products produced at the Shango facility to licensed cannabis production and dispensary facilities for the Reno/Northern Nevada area.
- Aggressively apply his or her talents, education and experience to ensure that every opportunity is taken to improve the sales performance and positive community image of the company.
- Ensuring client satisfaction constantly with great communication, timely responses, and great customer service.
- Identifying unique ways to target new accounts through cold-calling, references, in person meetings, etc.
- Become the “go-to” resource, proactively sharing information to customer/prospects on consumer, marketplace and industry trends in the category.
- Become a market expert able to provide valuable insights to prospects that will help them make the right buying decisions.
- Perform budtender educations and educate store staff on product.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales Leadership Team and partners to develop and deliver an appropriate, relevant, and effective narrative for prospect and client communications.
- Utilize social media outlets (Instagram) to help with Shango brand marketing efforts.
- Weekly reporting and tracking for accountability, eventually incorporating the use of CRM system.
- Develop and implement a sales plan for key accounts based on established revenue goals and company objectives.
- Responsible for collection of payments
- Drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers.
- Showcase creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to great activity, preparation, presentation and follow up.
- Responsible for executing and coordinating product and sales deliveries.

Position Summary/Objective
The OH Wholesale Account Representative is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization’s wholesale capabilities in all applicable markets. The OH Wholesale Account Representative will develop strategies to exceed revenue targets by identifying new prospects and opportunities in the market. Position Overview:
The Wholesale Account Representative (the “Representative”) at Columbia Care will work with the Director, Wholesale to win and manage general accounts. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, visiting, and closing new account, as well as organically growing existing accounts. Duties and Essential Functions:
- Outside sales of cannabis, concentrates and infused products produced at the Shango facility to licensed cannabis production and dispensary facilities for the Reno/Northern Nevada area.
- Aggressively apply his or her talents, education and experience to ensure that every opportunity is taken to improve the sales performance and positive community image of the company.
- Ensuring client satisfaction constantly with great communication, timely responses, and great customer service.
- Identifying unique ways to target new accounts through cold-calling, references, in person meetings, etc.

Venice Shores Management is a licensed cannabis distribution and cultivation company based in Downtown Los Angeles. We are currently looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Rep. to handle a large work load and work under our Wholesale Director. 5 years of cannabis buying experience is required and a college degree is not required, but would be appreciated. Metrc experience is also required. Job duties include: client relations, making invoices and manifests, keeping track of wholesale product, and more. This job is a standard Monday-Friday schedule, but expect overtime. Personality traits that are helpful for this position are: hardworking, multitasker, communication skills, and high technology IQ. The starting rate for this job is $20/hour, however with our high volume of sales you will also make commission.

· Digitally strong- comfortable with using tools, internet, zoom and other online applications to drive sales
· Existing relationships and experience with partners in health and wellness category
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
