We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join the High Profile dispensary team, who will be responsible for intaking and labeling new product, monitoring the store's inventory, and packaging and labeling orders to ensure operational efficiencies and compliance with state and local laws.

- Intake product received to the store into current inventory tracking software in a timely manner.
- Train applicable employees on store SOP's for intake, packaging, labeling and inventory tracking.
- Ensure product matches manifest description; escalate to management to ensure corrective action is taken when needed.
- Label and package incoming customer orders in a timely manner, in accordance with state compliance regulations.
- Maintain a database with SKU/UPC numbers; ensure all reconciliation is regularly completed including matching physical inventory to METRC inventory.
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, and monthly as needed.
- Create and maintain inventory reports for all products on hand in the store; implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.

- Conduct sales and customer service through maintaining a properly stocked, organized,

- Weighing and packaging products as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 Years of age per State regulation
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general education diploma
- Cannabis knowledge is necessary and a desire for continuing education is vital

In this role, you will direct the material functions in a high volume, team-oriented environment. - Execute sourcing strategy consistent with corporate procurement objectives to acquire new product and materials
- Participate in network inventory management, including product lifecycle, turns, aging stock, redesign impacts, and obsolescence
- Investigate and pursue benchmark opportunities and cost saving initiatives
- Maintain inventory, product catalog, and other API functions of our seed to sale software system
- Any other duties assigned by the Controller
Qualifications:
- Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The Opportunity
Fawn River Cultivation Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Constantine, Michigan. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be conducting facility-wide maintenance as needed, along with maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair each department's equipment as requested by work order and/or Supervisor's direction
- Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and carpentry aspects of the building
- Assemble workspaces, furniture, and equipment
- Remodel and build permanent, portable, or temporary workspaces, structures, and containments
- Accommodate requests for specialized departmental needs (i.e., moving equipment around, making rough and finish-level carpentry products, assisting with physical set-up for events and functions, etc.)
- Maintain applicable knowledge of all essential facility functions (i.e., fire protection, inspections, security, waste treatment, storm water certificate, utilities, hardware, compressors, etc.)
- Maintain PM program
- Assist with grounds requirements (i.e., lawn, retention pond, snow removal, signs, roadway/parking lot needs, etc.) as directed by supervisor
- Assist in acquiring and maintaining essential and consumable maintenance supplies and inventories
- Paint building surfaces and equipment as directed by the Supervisor
- Maintain essential and consumable painting supplies
- Perform minor electrical tasks, such as checking and replacing fuses or cord connectors
- Operate all equipment safely
- Maintain good employee relations
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
- Perform light custodial duties
- Supervise Custodian/Maintenance Assistant
- Perform other duties as directed or assigned

Job Description
Fawn River Cultivation Company is seeking a purchasing agent to join our Supply Chain team in Constantine, MI. In this role, you will direct the material functions in a high volume, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for the overall control and movement of materials, including planning, procurement, storage, distribution, scheduling, and inventory of raw materials and finished good products.
- Perform all processes and programs as it relates to inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and distribution operations
- Engage new suppliers to gather on-boarding documentation to ensure supplier set-up in timely fashion, working closely with sales, marketing, and accounting
- Assist in administrative supply chain functions of RFQ, material catalogs, receiving, and accounts receivable
- Address invoice holds and resolve issues such as but not limited to incorrect receiving, overbilling, lack of funds, incorrect billing, etc.
- Manage scheduling and procurement to ensure material availability to meet weekly and daily schedules
- Track, report, and escalate supplier issues and coordinate resolution between internal stakeholders, sourcing & category leads, and suppliers
- Reconcile PO, Receipt, and Invoice for payment and communicate with supplier, planning, sourcing & category mgmt., quality, requestors, manufacturing & warehousing, and accounts payable to resolve open issues in a timely manner
- Mitigate Out of Stock SKU's
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and ensure on-time deliveries in a cost-effective manner
- Develop methods and policies that contribute to the most efficient, safe and economical movement of materials throughout our facilities and network
- Plan and organize material handling and warehousing functions to best utilize resources, optimize material flows, and mitigate stock out risk
- Conduct routine cycle count and physical inventory cadences to ensure inventory accuracy
- Execute sourcing strategy consistent with corporate procurement objectives to acquire new product and materials
- Participate in network inventory management, including product lifecycle, turns, aging stock, redesign impacts, and obsolescence
- Investigate and pursue benchmark opportunities and cost saving initiatives

- Following company SOP's and guidance from team leads/managers
- Assist with all aspects of post-harvest that includes deboning dry flower, hand and/or machine trimming product, dry room cleanliness between harvests, and grading/sifting the dry flower
- Quality control on all dry flower to ensure patient/customer consistency and satisfaction that includes visual inspection of the product for any defects
- Must be able to consistently hand trim 1-2 pounds of dry flower per shift after training is completed
- Assist with packaging bulk flower, pre-pack, and joints
- Cure room maintenance that includes executing scheduled tasks assigned by the departmental manager that keeps the dry flower at optimum moisture levels and keeping the cure spaces clean and organized
- Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and speed when hand trimming
- Accurate and compliant weighing and documentation practices of flower and all byproducts
- Keeping dry flower batches together and organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Assist the processing and cultivation teams when needed based off necessary business needs

- Summarizing RFQ submissions, conducting a cost-benefit analyzes by working collaboratively with the Operations team.
- Strategic procurement planning and analytics, with an eye towards continuous optimization
- Placing and processing of purchase orders with our vendors
- Careful tracking and updating of order status.
- Accurate data entry, record keeping and reconciliation.
- Ensures on-time receipt of products, inventory accuracy and 3-way match.

CONTROLLER
Fawn River Cultivation Co., LLC Constantine, MI
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Controller will have the primary responsibility for the Company’s general accounting systems. These include month-end reporting and closing, assist in any tax filings, assist in any State required filings, and to assist in monitoring internal control systems to preserve assets of the Company and assure of accurate results for the shareholders. We are a start-up cannabis company with both medical and recreational licenses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day to day accounting operations which would include managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Banking relationships.
Assist in preparation of all monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
Assist in any required reporting due to the State of Michigan.
Assist in training and reviews of the accounting team.
Monitor internal control systems and to suggest any changes that are deemed necessary.
Assist in the annual budgeting process for Executive Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Highly motivated individual who can “roll up their sleeves” to help grow the Company.
Someone who can take the initiative and not need to be supervised continuously.
Knowledge of different accounting software and IT a plus.
Being able to draw from several sources in order to perform financial analytics.
Proven record of improving processes, operations and efficiencies in order to maximize profitability.
Experience with multiple locations with divisional P & L statements.
Have good communication skills, both verbally and written.
7+ years of accounting experience. Manufacturing space a plus.
Preferred CPA or hold an MBA in Accounting or Finance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
