Core Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Dispensary Manager. The Duties and Responsibilities are listed below:
- Conduct sales and customer service through maintaining a properly stocked, organized,
uncluttered, safe, and inviting store environment
- Promote work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, including greeting
customers warmly when they enter and working one on one with customers throughout the
sale
- Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures
- Staying up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to
provide the highest level of customer service
- Educate patients about a variety of cannabis products including flower, edibles, and
concentrates, providing information on cannabis products based on patient needs/requests
- Advising patients on proper safety measures to follow when consuming cannabis
- Maintain and use completely and accurately (POS) and METRC systems for all in-store, online,
and phone orders
- Handle completely and accurately cash and discount application
- Verify proper paperwork, documentation and ID of all customers
- Maintaining proper patient information and records
- Verifying proper identification and paperwork from patients
- Weighing and packaging products as needed
Environmental and Physical Demands
- Ability to move and/or lift a maximum of 30 pounds
- Ability to stand extended time periods
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 Years of age per State regulation
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general education diploma
- Cannabis knowledge is necessary and a desire for continuing education is vital
- Subject to a state required background check
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or on a flexible schedule when needed
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team utilizing critical thinking skills

Job Description
Fawn River Cultivation Company is seeking a purchasing agent to join our Supply Chain team in Constantine, MI. In this role, you will direct the material functions in a high volume, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for the overall control and movement of materials, including planning, procurement, storage, distribution, scheduling, and inventory of raw materials and finished good products.
- Perform all processes and programs as it relates to inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and distribution operations
- Engage new suppliers to gather on-boarding documentation to ensure supplier set-up in timely fashion, working closely with sales, marketing, and accounting
- Assist in administrative supply chain functions of RFQ, material catalogs, receiving, and accounts receivable
- Address invoice holds and resolve issues such as but not limited to incorrect receiving, overbilling, lack of funds, incorrect billing, etc.
- Manage scheduling and procurement to ensure material availability to meet weekly and daily schedules
- Track, report, and escalate supplier issues and coordinate resolution between internal stakeholders, sourcing & category leads, and suppliers
- Reconcile PO, Receipt, and Invoice for payment and communicate with supplier, planning, sourcing & category mgmt., quality, requestors, manufacturing & warehousing, and accounts payable to resolve open issues in a timely manner
- Mitigate Out of Stock SKU's
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and ensure on-time deliveries in a cost-effective manner
- Develop methods and policies that contribute to the most efficient, safe and economical movement of materials throughout our facilities and network
- Plan and organize material handling and warehousing functions to best utilize resources, optimize material flows, and mitigate stock out risk
- Conduct routine cycle count and physical inventory cadences to ensure inventory accuracy
- Execute sourcing strategy consistent with corporate procurement objectives to acquire new product and materials
- Participate in network inventory management, including product lifecycle, turns, aging stock, redesign impacts, and obsolescence
- Investigate and pursue benchmark opportunities and cost saving initiatives
- Maintain inventory, product catalog, and other API functions of our seed to sale software system
- Any other duties assigned by the Controller
Qualifications:
- Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Motivated by fast-paced, rapidly changing environments, and unexpected circumstances
- Ability to adhere to high standards, strict policies & procedures, and regulations
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy

The Opportunity
Fawn River Cultivation Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Constantine, Michigan. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be conducting facility-wide maintenance as needed, along with maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair each department's equipment as requested by work order and/or Supervisor's direction
- Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and carpentry aspects of the building
- Assemble workspaces, furniture, and equipment
- Remodel and build permanent, portable, or temporary workspaces, structures, and containments
- Accommodate requests for specialized departmental needs (i.e., moving equipment around, making rough and finish-level carpentry products, assisting with physical set-up for events and functions, etc.)
- Maintain applicable knowledge of all essential facility functions (i.e., fire protection, inspections, security, waste treatment, storm water certificate, utilities, hardware, compressors, etc.)
- Maintain PM program
- Assist with grounds requirements (i.e., lawn, retention pond, snow removal, signs, roadway/parking lot needs, etc.) as directed by supervisor
- Assist in acquiring and maintaining essential and consumable maintenance supplies and inventories
- Paint building surfaces and equipment as directed by the Supervisor
- Maintain essential and consumable painting supplies
- Perform minor electrical tasks, such as checking and replacing fuses or cord connectors
- Operate all equipment safely
- Maintain good employee relations
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
- Perform light custodial duties
- Supervise Custodian/Maintenance Assistant
- Perform other duties as directed or assigned
- Be able to respond to after hour maintenance emergencies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- HVAC Certifications (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to work without immediate supervision
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work at heights safely, using approved methods
- Ability to prioritize task, handle multiple projects simultaneously, organize, and complete assignments

Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving business goals of revenue, profit, and customer growth within a specific region. Responsibilities include presenting our products and services to existing and potential customers and understanding market dynamics as well as customer needs and to maximize our revenue and profit opportunity with customers.
The Outside Sales Representative shall be knowledgeable on all brands and products and will effectively communicate and convey brand messages to customers and prospects. It is the Outside Sales Representative's objective and responsibility on all sales calls to ultimately safeguard and enhance the Company's business relationship with our customers.

- Establish new accounts, process orders, manage promotional activities, educate budtenders and wholesale buyers within the assigned territory
- Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
- Identify local business opportunities and challenges
- Scheduling and setting up vendor days
- Furnish accurate and organized information regarding regional sales results, CRM required reporting, and specific requests from company management (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Present our products and services to prospective customers

- Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas

Organizational Structure
- Cultivation techs report directly to the cultivation leads
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Following company SOP's and guidance from team leads
- Routine plant maintenance manicure work including skirting, deleafing, topping, and IPM applications
- Transplant and move plants from the vegetative rooms to the flowering rooms
- Putting up trellis and canopy management
- Help to keep all spaces, tools, and equipment in the facility clean and safe to promote a healthy work environment
- High attention to detail regarding state required documentation practices involving plant tags, plant movement, and all products applied to plants
- Assist with all aspects of harvest including final deleaf, chop, loading of dry rooms, and thorough room clean downs after every crop cycle
Environmental and Physical Demands
- Ability to frequently move and/or lift a maximum of 50 pounds
- Ability to work for long periods of time in humid, warm environments under artificial lighting
- Ability to stand, sit, move, kneel, and/or bend for extended time periods
Requirements and Qualifications
- Thursday-Monday 8:30-5pm schedule
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general education diploma

Organizational Structure
- Cultivation techs report directly to the cultivation leads
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Following company SOP's and guidance from team leads
- Routine plant maintenance manicure work including skirting, deleafing, topping, and IPM applications
- Transplant and move plants from the vegetative rooms to the flowering rooms
- Putting up trellis and canopy management
- Help to keep all spaces, tools, and equipment in the facility clean and safe to promote a healthy work environment
- High attention to detail regarding state required documentation practices involving plant tags, plant movement, and all products applied to plants
- Assist with all aspects of harvest including final deleaf, chop, loading of dry rooms, and thorough room clean downs after every crop cycle
Environmental and Physical Demands
- Ability to frequently move and/or lift a maximum of 50 pounds
- Ability to work for long periods of time in humid, warm environments under artificial lighting
- Ability to stand, sit, move, kneel, and/or bend for extended time periods
Requirements and Qualifications
- Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm schedule
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general education diploma
- Must be at least 21 years old per state regulation
- Subject to a state required background check
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or on a flexible schedule when needed
- Prior horticulture/cannabis experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task and have effective time management skills
- Strong verbal communication skills are preferred
- Adaptability to changing priorities in order to meet company goals
- Follow all state and company regulations regarding cannabis cultivation practices

- Post-harvest trim techs report directly to the Post-harvest Manager
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Following company SOP's and guidance from team leads/managers
- Assist with all aspects of post-harvest that includes deboning dry flower, hand and/or machine trimming product, dry room cleanliness between harvests, and grading/sifting the dry flower
- Quality control on all dry flower to ensure patient/customer consistency and satisfaction that includes visual inspection of the product for any defects
- Must be able to consistently hand trim 1-2 pounds of dry flower per shift after training is completed
- Assist with packaging bulk flower, pre-pack, and joints
- Cure room maintenance that includes executing scheduled tasks assigned by the departmental manager that keeps the dry flower at optimum moisture levels and keeping the cure spaces clean and organized
- Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and speed when hand trimming
- Accurate and compliant weighing and documentation practices of flower and all byproducts
- Keeping dry flower batches together and organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Assist the processing and cultivation teams when needed based off necessary business needs
Environmental and Physical Demands
- Ability to frequently move and/or lift a maximum of 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, move, kneel, and/or bend for extended time periods
- Adaptability to working around varying temperature and humidity environments
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination must be sufficient to operate hand scissors and/or a machine trimmer for extended periods of time
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general education diploma
- Must be at least 21 years old per state regulation
- Subject to a state required background check
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or on a flexible schedule when needed
- Prior experience involving trimming cannabis is strongly preferred
- Onsite training will be provided by employer
- Strong verbal communication skills are preferred
- Adaptability to changing priorities in order to meet company goals
- Ability to problem solve, time manage, and multi-task
- Follow all state and company regulations regarding cannabis practices

Core Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Tracking, the Purchasing Agent will be responsible for purchasing strategy, vendor sourcing, and negotiations. Items purchased will include but not be limited to raw material/consumables, packaging materials, retail supplies, facility & office supplies, capital expenditures and third party finished products for our dispensaries.
Sourcing and vendor relations, of materials, supplies, services and equipment, including but not limited to:
- Sourcing of raw consumables, supplies and materials with an eye to the greatest quality, lowest possible cost, so our team always have on hand what they need to keep working efficiently and effectively.
- Summarizing RFQ submissions, conducting a cost-benefit analyzes by working collaboratively with the Operations team.
- Strategic procurement planning and analytics, with an eye towards continuous optimization
- Placing and processing of purchase orders with our vendors
- Careful tracking and updating of order status.
- Accurate data entry, record keeping and reconciliation.
- Ensures on-time receipt of products, inventory accuracy and 3-way match.
- Identify risk, mitigate and escalate to get support as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- 5 years Pharma or Cannabis industry in a supply chain or procurement capacity
- Proficiency in creating, reading and interpreting financial databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel
- Motivated by fast-paced, rapidly changing environments and unexpected circumstances
- Ability to adhere to high standards, strict policies & procedures, and regulations
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- A customer orientation understanding & monitoring the needs of both internal and external customers
- A love for problem-solving:preventing and solving issues, understanding and mitigating problems
- A logistics person with a keen eye for continuous process improvement and optimization
