The Retail Security Team - Customer Service Liaison is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the staff, guests, vendors, and premises of the Retail Dispensaries.
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Acts in the role of dispatcher during product home deliveries as needed.
- Makes secure and monitored home deliveries with the Retail Home Delivery Drivers when needed.
- Secures premise by supervising product deliveries to the dispensaries.
- Obtains help by sounding alarms and/or contacting the proper authorities.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities by monitoring internal and external operations via CCTV, informing violators of policy and procedures, reporting trespassers to local authorities.
- Assists the Head of Retail Security with compiling reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities and communicating those concerns regularly.
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls, including controlling visitor access.
- Become familiar with the Cannabis Adult Use and Medical Use regulations.
- Maintains Company’s stability and reputation by enforcing and complying with company policies and legal requirements.
- Reports all facility safety and security issues to management.

Job Summary
The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for managing wholesale accounts, acquiring new business, assisting with new products launches and driving sales for our wholesale department. Position Summary/Objective
The MA East Wholesale Account Representative is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization's wholesale capabilities throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Position Summary/Objective:
The Assistant General Manager of Dispensary is responsible for assisting in managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company's cannabis dispensary retail store. This position will involve supporting the General Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail store team. The Assistant General Manager will serve as a General-Manager-in-Training, with the ability to complete all dispensary functions, as directed and authorized by the General Manager. Position Summary/Objective

Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the staff, guests, vendors and premises of the facilities. Additionally, the Security Guard will assist as needed with the delivery of company products via company vehicles either as a driver or passenger.

- Assist in the launch and opening, as well as maintain the ongoing operations of the dispensary
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
- Maintain all confidential information according to HIPAA policies and procedures
- Oversee store opening and closing activities
- Collaborate with other functional leaders in developing and implementing a best-in-class customer experience

Position Summary/Objective
The Product Associate will assist the Ethos management team with the activities and operations of the dispensary, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This role is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service. Candidates must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively to the diverse Ethos patient base. Position Summary/Objective
The General Manager of Dispensary is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary retail store. This position will involve directly managing and making the dispensary operational. The General Manager serves as staff mentor and supervisor, patient advocate, and Ethos brand ambassador.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed oriented and collaborative General Manager of Dispensary to provide leadership, direction, and support, overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, including handling the needs of all patients and hiring and developing a team of Product Associates who are enthusiastic about delivering a best-in-class, innovative cannabis retail experience that is compliant with state and local rules and regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and policies to advance Ethos’ mission, vision, goals, and objectives at the store level
- Hire, develop, and train dispensary employees. Lead the development of employee training materials, including education and development of staff regarding medical cannabis strains, products, and consumption mechanisms
- Assist in the launch and opening, as well as maintain the ongoing operations of the dispensary
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
- Maintain all confidential information according to HIPAA policies and procedures
- Oversee store opening and closing activities
- Collaborate with other functional leaders in developing and implementing a best-in-class customer experience
- Deliver optimal productivity in stores through operational excellence, process improvement, and consistent resolution of challenges
- Conduct performance reviews of dispensary employees on a regular basis
- Interface with wholesalers and grow/processors to negotiate and source quality product supply
- Coordinate and staff dispensary schedule
- Manage all aspects of dispensary with a customer-first mentality and an intense focus on company culture and ethics, customer service, sales growth, and brand standards
- Provide input regarding marketing strategy and initiatives in collaboration with current managers and new marketing team that is coming on board
- Work collaboratively with compliance, security, and transportation managers regarding compliance, loss prevention, security, and logistics on all mutual issues and in prioritization of needs
- Serve as a liaison to the local community and area health providers
- Coordinate patient outreach and educational programming (with input from grow/processors and marketing team)
- Interface with IT managers to develop and continually assess technology implementation and adjust based on business needs
- Ensure compliance on all policies, standards, and values
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge

Position Summary/Objective
The full-time Shift Lead of the Dispensary is responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate products for purchase, preparing orders, executing transactions, cash handling and customer service and supervising a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary location. Job Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up-to-date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales
- Ensure all online menus are up to date and all current inventory is available for patients to shop from. All product information is complete and accurate online and on in-store menus.
- Identify and communicate areas to improve stock levels to ensure product availability is maintained
- Process deliveries in a timely manner getting product to the floor as quickly as possible upon delivery arrival
Delivery Intake
- Receive deliveries and ensure the product is received accurately in the inventory tracking system
- Process all third-party deliveries upon arrival at the dispensary. Verify count is accurate and reject any packages/deliveries with discrepancies
- Create new items in the inventory tracking system for third-party items
- Process all AYR deliveries upon arrival at the dispensary
- Assign flower to the correct price tier in the inventory tracking system, repackage and create new items in the inventory tracking system
- Communicate any discrepancies to AYR production
- Coordinate all returning manifests and required paperwork to AYR production and third-party vendors
Inventory Management & Compliance
- Support the Dispensary Manager to ensure the dispensary has the proper inventory controls in place.
- Perform weekly audits of all inventory rooms and reconcile with MJ to ensure a 100% accurate inventory
- Organize and lead financial audit counts when requested
- Assist in performing nightly inventory counts
- Ensure all returns to the cultivator are processed weekly and the return log is complete and up to date
- Ensure their dispensary has the following binder system on-site and all counts and documentation are complete and compliant with state regulations

Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the staff, guests, vendors and premises of the facilities. Additionally, the Security Guard will assist as needed with the delivery of company products via company vehicles either as a driver or passenger.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.

Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager and leadership team to develop, document, and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support performance and results-driven culture. This person will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary and handling the needs of all patients/customers. In conjunction with the Store Manager, this role is responsible for hiring and developing a team of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about cannabis and compliant with state and local rules and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform all functions associated with management and oversight of a retail medical marijuana dispensary operating under licensure from the appropriate entity
- Administer routine inspections to maintain the accurate inventory of all cannabis products.
- Manage and supervise the activities of dispensary staff and make recommendations or decisions regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees.
- Ensure that all Procedures are updated in store to provide the best practice for staff and patients
- Train dispensary staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures, a comprehensive understanding of all marijuana and marijuana-infused or derived products being sold to patients, and best practices for dispensary personnel.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators are captured
- Manage daily financial reporting requirements and oversee all cash handling procedures.

Job Summary
Lead Budtenders are responsible for customer experience which includes helping customers, processing the transaction, cash handling, and stellar customer service. The Sales Associate is confidently able to answer guest questions about Cannabis use and administration and ensures an overall outstanding guest experience. The Sales Associate is supported by the other Sales Associates and is supervised by Assistant Retail Managers and the Retail Manager. The Sales Associate is our last line of defense in preventing sales to minors and theft. They remain diligent at their posts and aware of the products they are responsible for at all times.
The Sales Associate is a friendly and professional presence. They use terms for cannabis and cannabis products that represent the brand instead of common street slang. The Sales Associate knows the menu and has passionate cannabis-specific knowledge allowing them to confidently answer questions from our guests about such topics as strain lineage, instructions for use across all consumption methods, commonly known effects of each product, and where the product was sourced. The Sales Associate represents the values of our brand and is considered an ambassador of our brand both on and off the clock. The Sales Associate meets our guests well more than halfway and ensures an easy, informative sales experience. The Sales Associate will at times be assigned to the front desk or parking lot detail. . They maintain a welcoming, high energy demeanor throughout all interactions with guests, always focused on providing lasting positive feelings associated with their visit. They assist in controlling the pace and flow of the guests into the retail, following standard procedures as outlined in the procedural manual. The Sales Associate is able to communicate with a diverse guest population and must be able to engage in one-sided relationships where the guests feel as though the relationship, in addition to the products, is worth returning for. The Sales Associate follows all directions and training provided by the Managers. They must be able to adapt immediately to procedural changes and integrate the changes into their duties without resistance. The Sales Associate is well versed in our point of sale system and can troubleshoot minor problems. This person is responsible for maintaining complete accuracy in the management of their assigned inventory carts on each shift. They will ensure adequate inventory levels are available to guests by communicating their needs clearly and early to the Inventory Team. The Sales Associate is responsible for an assigned cash till during the shift and verifies cash amounts are consistent with sales reports at the end of the shift. The Sales Associate is focused and does not make routine mistakes. They hold themselves accountable when they do make mistakes and seek to remedy them collaboratively rather than assigning blame. They are most comfortable working on their feet and remain alert and engaged during times of low activity. This person is empathetic to all other retail employees and the challenges of every shift. They are responsible for supporting the next shift and keeping the store prepared for success. This Sales Associate performs side-work as assigned by management and assists with opening and closing procedures.

A Day in the Life of a Sales Associate
You start your day by placing your personal belongings in a locker, putting on on your ID badge. You ready yourself to go on stage. You punch your timecard and report to the Manager on duty to receive your assignment for the day. If you are on an opening shift, you will check out your cash till from the Retail Manager and confirm your inventory with the Inventory team. You ensure your station is tidy and ready to serve guests. You will then participate in a brief morning meeting to learn about the day's special considerations.
Once the store opens, you will provide seamlessly welcoming and helpful service to every guest who enters the store. You will balance customer service with efficiency and lead the interaction to ensure the consistent flow of guests through the retail. At times you may be on the retail floor itself interacting with guests and performing as a floating Sales Associate. Other times you may be at the front desk or outside checking ID's and greeting guests, or in the office taking phone orders.
At the end of your scheduled shift, you will print your sales report for the day. You will remove your cash till and take it to the cash counting area and ensure the balance is accurate with the sales report. You will present it to the Manager on duty and once they have approved it, you may clock out, take off your ID badge, gather your personal belongings and leave for the day, feeling good about how many people you made smile that day.

Position Summary/Objective
The General Manager of Dispensary is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of dispensary employees for the Company’s cannabis dispensary retail store. This position will involve directly managing and making the dispensary operational. The General Manager serves as staff mentor and supervisor, patient advocate, and Ethos brand ambassador.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detailed oriented and collaborative General Manager of Dispensary to provide leadership, direction, and support, overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, including handling the needs of all patients and hiring and developing a team of Product Associates who are enthusiastic about delivering a best-in-class, innovative cannabis retail experience that is compliant with state and local rules and regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and policies to advance Ethos’ mission, vision, goals, and objectives at the store level
- Hire, develop, and train dispensary employees. Lead the development of employee training materials, including education and development of staff regarding medical cannabis strains, products, and consumption mechanisms
- Assist in the launch and opening, as well as maintain the ongoing operations of the dispensary
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
- Maintain all confidential information according to HIPAA policies and procedures
- Oversee store opening and closing activities
- Collaborate with other functional leaders in developing and implementing a best-in-class customer experience

Position Summary/Objective
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization’s supply chain capabilities, enabling both the retail and production teams to operate efficiently. This position supports and consults with numerous groups and departments throughout Ethos and will work closely with outside cannabis Grower-Processors and non-cannabis suppliers and service providers. The Supply Chain Manager will monitor usage and systems control of menu system (Flowhub) and seed-to-sale tracking system Metrc, as these systems are extremely critical to our dispensary inventories and the success of our company. Responsibilities
· Lead and optimize the organization’s supply chain capabilities
· Enable retail and production teams to operate efficiently
· Create, maintain, and continuously improve department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and workflows

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and outgoing Cannabis Patient Service Representatives. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure that patients are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases. Previous cannabis retail experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Greet all patients in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Provide an excellent customer experience while assisting in the sale of cannabis products
- Consistently deliver the ultimate customer experience in all facets from patient entry to exit; ensure each patient receives full attention during their transaction
- Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling patient inquiries and complaints
- Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
- Guide patients throughout the sales floor within the dispensary, making product recommendations based on patient need and available products
- Assist patients with choosing the right products according to their ailments
- Ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently with 100% accuracy at all times
- Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer
- Adhere to company SOPs
- Verify patient allotment and ensure he/she is eligible to make purchases using the state system
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
- Maintain fully stocked and clean POS counters at all times
- Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dispensary by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Work as part of a team to ensure sales, patient satisfaction, and that compliance goals are met by designated timelines
- Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed
- Participate in periodic staff meetings
- Ensure POS counters are ready when dispensary opens
- Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly
- Adhere to all Medical Cannabis laws
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Local applicants preferred
