Job Summary:
Theory Wellness is seeking an individual to help foster great service and safe transportation skills to support our consumers. The Delivery Team Member is responsible for ensuring that the home delivery program is run smoothly on a day to day basis, they also must have a good driving record, be licensed to drive in Massachusetts, and must deliver exemplary service to peers and consumers. The company will have vehicles on site for business use. This is an open availability role, requiring a rotating schedule during all hours of business, seven days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Execute consistent order taking, fulfillment, and packing of orders from time to time.

- Handle cash, and process payments through our systems as necessary.

Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing various maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities are outlined below:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Theory’s internal clean-room standards while performing work at Theory’s production and retail facility
- Have an ability to troubleshoot equipment including fan coils, air handlers, and dehumidifiers.

Summary:
The Automation Technician is responsible for completing various maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities are outlined below:
Responsibilities:
- Performing preventive maintenance as well as electrical/mechanical troubleshooting on all manufacturing equipment
- Working with an assigned team to review work, set priorities, and schedule maintenance repairs
- Entering and completing work orders by logging actions and findings in an accurate and timely fashion in a maintenance program
- Quickly diagnosing source of failures and making emergency repairs to all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems as needed to return them to service and minimize production downtime
- Assisting production staff through direction, training, and assistance

- Ensuring equipment is set up, maintained, and operated to allow for safe and efficient packaging operations

- Ability to take on additional maintenance tasks as required

- Must have an electrical/mechanical background with 2-5 years of experience setting up and servicing packaging equipment such as fillers, packers, labelers, depals, beverage tanks, pumps

The Home Delivery Agent is responsible for the safe, secure, and compliant delivery of Adult Use Recreational and Medical Marijuana and marijuana products from our retail dispensary partners to their consumer’s home residence. Our Home Delivery Agent will operate company owned vehicles, based from one of our retail partner’s locations.
The Home Delivery Agent serves as an extension of our partner’s establishment and will provide extraordinary customer service through customer interactions that are courteous, professional, and respectful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Makes compliant deliveries from our retail partner’s dispensary to their consumer’s home residences
- Takes responsibility and possession of prepared orders for delivery from our partners
- Follows delivery manifests to completion for compliance with state regulations
- Uses logistic software to follow optimized delivery routes
- Stays informed of local and state bylaws, ordinances and regulations and follows Bracts & Pistils policies and procedures
- Follows safe driving techniques when operating company vehicles.

Job Summary:
This position reports to the Human Resource Manager who is based in Chicopee MA. The Maintenance & Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance & facilities department in a safe and efficient manner while controlling operational costs. Additional responsibilities are outlined below.

- Manage three maintenance techs and two environmental service techs
- Delegate responsibilities and train personnel on standard operating procedure (SOP)

- Manage maintenance schedule and ability to perform preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment. This may include inspecting belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, greasing bearings, etc.
- Maintain record of completed maintenance work using computer based programs such as excel, CMMS, and Monday project management software.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local building safety and security requirements

Theory Wellness is building a team of temporary part-time field and harvest workers for our groundbreaking outdoor cultivation facility at Equinox Farms in Sheffield, Massachusetts. We are seeking those looking for seasonal farm work to help us bring our high quality, organically grown cannabis from the field to the people who need it.
This job will be physically demanding and carries potential for long hours during crunch time, but will be very rewarding and a great experience to start or build your cannabis career with.
We are looking for candidates who are willing to work hard, get their hands dirty and have a grind it out till the job is done mentality. Performance bonuses will be available for crunch-time activities.
In return, we offer an exciting opportunity to enter the cannabis industry, work outside on a beautiful property and earn a great wage with potential for bonuses and overtime all throughout the season.

How you will make an impact:
- Efficiently package product as directed based on production schedule
- Assemble and affix labels to packaging materials
- Take accurate measurement of high value products
- Input accurate data entry into the Packaging Management System
- Efficiently and routinely package, label, load and unload cannabis product

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Cultivation Production Assistant to track the health, success, and production of the cannabis crop at our greenhouse facility in Carpinteria. The perfect candidate is not only passionate and knowledgeable about commercial cannabis production, but also willing to learn and adapt to the new California state regulatory standards.
Generally, the Cultivationi Production Assistant will be responsible for managing propagation, cultivation, and harvest data for internal production and cost analyses, as well as managing state compliance track and trace software. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage production data across propagation, cultivation, and harvest processes in a Spanish-speaking environment
- Manage track and trace software including but not limited to METRC

- Create labels to properly track movement of all plants
Skills & Requirements:

How you will make an impact:
- Responsible for primary day-to day production duties of propagation rooms
- Specific propagation tasks such as cloning, plant maintenance, transplanting, compliance tracking and strict hydroponics propagation regimen
- Responsible for learning and complying with all SOPs and regulations as it relates to cultivation operations

DUTIES

The Role
GTI is seeking a Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our cultivation facility. As a Quality and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing operational quality and compliance related activities at the facility associated with sampling and inspection of incoming material, in process, and finished products, documentation control, quality event investigation, compliance, and audit. This position will also help ensure products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also assist in identifying potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. Uses experience and knowledge to influence processes, standards, and plans to improve compliance with internal and external standards.
Responsibilities
- Establish and perform incoming, in-process, and finished product sampling and inspection.
- Reviews in-process batch documentation, logbooks, test results, and good documentation practices.
- Assist site documentation control system. Ensure harmonization of 1GTI quality system.
- Writes Quality Inspection SOPs and forms, including routing and/or approval of change request packages, as requested.

Facilitate State regulatory and/or 3rd party site inspections.
- Monitor site’s compliance to GTI corporate Quality System.
- Assist in performing weekly internal audit to monitor site’s compliance activities to State regulations
- Segregation, control and disposition of non-conforming product.
- Identify, recommend and perform quality training as needed.
- Ensure maintenance and control of production quality records.
- Assist production personnel in the investigation of root causes and corrective action of internal rejects, corrective/preventive action, out of control SPC points, and customer complaints.
- Continually study the existing quality system and make recommendations for improvements.
- Perform improvement projects as identified.
- Collect quality data and report metrics to management.
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidance.
Requirements
- Associates Degree required
- Prior experience in regulated industry in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food), or cannabis is highly desired.
- Highly desirable: FDA, GMP, SQF, and/or HACCP experience.

The Role
The Quality Assurance and Compliance Manageris responsible for managing and enforcing all quality assurance and compliance management (QA/QC) operations at GTI’s production facilities in our new Oglesby Manufacturing Facility. Specifically, the QA/QC Manager will play a key role in upgrading or developing and implementing GTI’s quality assurance policies and standard operating procedures. This role will be including compliance, development and implementation of HACCP programs, product quality tracking systems, FDA standards, ingredient management programs, allergen and sanitization management programs, product safety practices, internal and external audits, etc. The individual will also ensure compliance with all GTI Corporate operating procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws, regulations, ordinances, and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the facility’s QA/QC department and ensure all employees understand and follow all standard operating procedures
- Define, implement, and improve GTI’s Quality Management System including development of process and product testing to ensure quality standards are met and oversee determination of finished product disposition
- Partner with management to lead quality initiatives that develop and maintain a high performing, scalable, and compliant quality system
- Implement and maintain sanitation and quality control practices that ensure the safety and quality of cannabis including purity and consistency
- Implement HACCP, allergen, and sanitization management programs
- Review and approve decisions about whether to investigate a cannabis product complaint and review and approve the findings and follow-up action of any investigation performed
- Implement recall procedures that are supported by test results or other scientific documentation or expert opinion or as mandated by applicable regulations
- Perform or oversee routine audits of compliance processes to assure accuracy and thoroughness of completion
- Investigate and resolve compliance concerns, issues, or violations
- Analyzes facility trends in survey deficient practice to assess potential areas of continued non-compliance.

Establish and publish monthly metrics focused on facility’s current QA/QC progress.
- Routinely reviews monthly Corporate QA/QC documentation and assures that all areas of concern are addressed appropriately according to corporate policy and regulatory standards.
- Manage, train and develop QA/QC employees to perform in a proficient manner, providing motivation through personal example and interpersonal skills to create a cohesive unit.
- Promote awareness and responsibility through training and regular communication throughout the facility.
- Establish employee goals, monitor employee performance, and provide regular 1x1 performance feedback to help the employee succeed. Fosters a high-performance culture through active leadership and create a strong sense of accountability within the department.
Qualifications

Minimum 7 - 10 years of QA/QC experience in a regulated production organization. FDA competency is a must. Cannabis experience is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Extraction Agent provides on-site support to produce ACS’ medically manufactured products. The Extraction Agent completes tasks assigned by the Extraction Manufacturing Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of lab production area. - Assist with maintaining accurate inventory of all packages

A minimum of two years of experience in cannabis or commercial production preferred. Knowledge of medical cannabis laws and state regulations is ideal. Effective time-management skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is a must. Candidates must have the ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs. for extended periods. The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment is required. Proficiency in Windows-based software and inventory control applications preferred - accurate data-entry and record keeping is essential to our operations.

Job Description:
The Quality Control Specialist provides direct support to the Cultivation Managers, focusing on ensuring proper plant health and plant care. You will ensure that our team effectively performs all the tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, and foliar and preventative sprays. Your role will include working with Cultivation Managers to ensure that the cultivation teams maintain fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules, and enforce adherence to those schedules. You will ensure that first and foremost, the needs of plants are being met at all times, especially relating to proper light intensity and positions, irrigation, fertilization, plant maintenance, sanitation and equipment functionality. You will be performing daily quality inspections of plants and their environment, immediately identifying and resolving problems by conveying specific instructions to our cultivation managers.
You will be responsible for two cultivation facilities in Bridgewater MA in this capacity.
Relevant Experience:
- Five plus years of cannabis cultivation
- Leadership / management experience in a large-scale indoor cultivation operations
- Experience working in highly regulated US markets such as Massachusetts, Nevada, Colorado, Maryland, Illinois, ect
Relevant Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of cannabis plant health and growth, including but not limited to understanding plant feeding schedules, nutrient deficiencies, optimal environmental conditions, lighting schedules, and propagation
- Passion for cannabis cultivation
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
- Experience and understanding of 25b compliant IPM programs

Core Duties
Agent Support and Management
- Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Serve as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Respond to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Responsible for delegating tasks to employees in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
- Coordinate with the upper management team to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff.Cultivation Operation Management
- Oversee all cultivation tasks and processes, ensure proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the State and standards set internally.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee that all tasks in the Cultivation Department are executed in accordance with state regulations and standards set internally.
- Ensure that environmental conditions support the growth and cultivation of superior quality products.
- Oversee supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all cultivation inputs and supplies.
- Constantly work to improve the quality and efficiency of cannabis cultivation.Reports and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including employee records, inventory records, crop application records, material receipts, returns, etc. in accordance with state regulations and standards set internally.

A Transportation Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all of the duties listed below.
