Job Summary: Retail Sales Associates must be enthusiastic, friendly and able to provide basic information regarding the store. They interact with patients/customers to advise them on the products for sale and must possess the ability to read patients/customers and tailor each shopping experience to meet their needs. Sales Associates are also responsible for communicating Good Chemistry's initiatives and principles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide best patient/customer experience to whoever walks through the door
- Welcome each person entering the dispensary with a warm, friendly greeting
- Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
- Build rapport with patients/customers to ensure they return to Good Chemistry
- Enter patients/customers into Virtual Gateway and Biotrack systems
- Answer phones and maintain proper phone etiquette
- Properly introduce first time patients/customers to the facility and category system
- Allocate of guest badges and maintain oversight on all vendor/visitor sign-in in compliance with the law
- Check ID's (both at front desk and again before purchase)
- Educate patients/customers on Good Chemistry's message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage of product, serving size, and tolerance
- Make recommendations based on experience with products
- Complete daily checklists pertaining to daily store opening and closing duties, among other tasks
- Maintain appearance of store
- Maintain compliance and follow Good Chemistry procedures when completing a sale
- Possess accurate knowledge of product price points
- Responsible for all money and inventory on the sales floor or in designated POS station
- Package bulk flower into containers for sale
- Keep workstations in an orderly manner
- Guide patients/customers to appropriate resources including website and internet menus
- Communicate needs to Floor Captain, ASM, or SM when necessary
- Represent Good Chemistry as an ambassador to the brand
- Other responsibilities as delegated by ASM or SM
Job Requirements (Education and Experience):
- Must be able to obtain a MED badge
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Experience with POS systems
- Customer service or sales experience required
- Success working closely with a myriad of different personality types

- Responsible for the efficient processing and packaging of marijuana flower for our retail stores
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
- Adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being trimmed and packaged, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality

Job Summary: The Field Marketing Coordinator (“MC”) will drive business through marketing initiatives that will raise brand awareness and enhance the company’s reputation. Primarily, the MC will execute plans and strategies for wholesale support and expansion and will also be involved in GC’s community outreach initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:
Be a liaison between Good Chemistry Nurseries and our Wholesale and Community Relations partners.
Manage wholesale customer budtender education programs, educating the budtenders around GCN history and values, our story, the nurseries and breeding program, and our flower.
Partner with the Wholesale sales team to continue to develop and enhance the in-store pop up experience and other 3rd party collaborations.
Manage the pop-up schedule, GC Gear giveaways and all other tasks related to the pop-up program.
Conduct regular store visits and audits
Manage weekly website audits to ensure wholesale customers have the digital marketing assets needed
Provide digital content, display collateral, budtender training, product samples to wholesale customers.
Provide relevant photos and videos of events and pop ups to the social media team for use in GC’s various platforms.
With guidance from the Vice President of Brand and the creative team, oversee the execution of all outward facing events in MA.
Organize and support community and other sponsored events.
Assist in distribution of messaging and marketing materials.
Act as onsite event manager as needed.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Reliable transportation required
Resident of Western MA or Northeast MA preferred
Experience as a brand ambassador in liquor, cannabis or other wholesale retail focused industry is a plus
Great analytical, multitasking and communication skills

Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) serves as front line support for the Store Manager and retail department. They are a store leader and an immediate resource for Retail Sales Associates and customers. ASM’s will open and close the store and operate the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Their responsibilities include personnel management, administrative duties, and aiding in successful day-to-day operations. Replenish floor inventory while maintaining accurate backstock inventory tracking procedures
Assist Inventory Manager with responsibilities to ensure accurate inventory counts and audits, place garden harvest orders and maintain healthy store inventory
Act as MOD for most, if not all, scheduled shifts, open and close the store according to procedure and report any incidents to the Store Manager
Perform duties of all positions at the store and fill any staffing need when necessary
Report all supply needs to the appropriate manager
Maintain monthly manifest logs to align with METRC inventory

Job Summary: The Junior Assistant Manager is responsible for providing support to the Management and Operations team, leading staff, and helping maintain the flow of the store. Job Summary: The Floor Captain (FC) assists management with overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that shifts run smoothly and efficiently. The FC is also responsible for ensuring employees provide an excellent customer service experience while maintaining compliance standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Audits various departments (edibles, concentrates, joints, accessories, display, and apparel) weekly and prepares preliminary order information for the Inventory Manager
Assist Inventory Manager with harvest drops, replenishing the sales floor and maintaining inventory when distributing from the vault to the sales floor
Ensuring all employees are displaying their badges and following policies and procedures in accordance with established regulatory compliance standards
Oversee sales floor operations with a keen eye to prevent selling over legal limits, theft, or employees missing ID double check at register

Job Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction for the dispensary and maintaining day-to day-operations while ensuring best customer experience at all times. This includes managing all departments in the store setting to ensure work is completed in a thorough and timely manner. Because of all-encompassing scope of responsibilities, the Store Manager will be required to know how to perform all tasks for every position in the store.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient processing and packaging of marijuana flower for our retail stores
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
- Adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being trimmed and packaged, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
Qualifications
- Must be able to work from 6:15am-4:45pm
- Must be able to work well with others as well as independently
- Must be able to maintain accuracy and consistency in trimming and packaging
- Must be able to follow basic instructions
- Must possess basic knowledge of cannabis weights, industry products, strain classifications, genetics, and compliance

Job Summary: Delivery drivers are directly responsible for extending the Good Chemistry customer experience from our retail locations to our customers' homes. They are responsible for accurately assembling delivery orders and completing delivery transactions within a specific window. All drivers must be comfortable on the road and responsibly handling a company vehicle. Because of the regulated nature of our products, drivers must have an eye for detail and follow delivery procedures thoroughly to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Shift: Delivery drivers will work four 10-hour shifts. Drivers should be prepared to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide best patient/customer experience to all delivery customers
- Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
- Build rapport with customers to ensure they continue to order from Good Chemistry
- Answer phones appropriately and maintaining proper phone etiquette
- Diligent ID checking both prior to delivery and at the delivery site
- Use of technology including Flowhub, Dutchie, Onfleet, and Paybotic debit readers
- Ability to follow detailed operating procedures to ensure compliance and customer order accuracy
- Educate patients/customers on Good Chemistry's message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage of medicine, serving size, and tolerance
- Complete daily checklists and directly maintain appearance of delivery vehicles, daily opening and closing duties
- Possess accurate knowledge of product price points
- Responsible for all money and inventory during and after deliveries
- Guide customers to appropriate resources including website and internet menus
- Represent Good Chemistry as an ambassador to the brand

Job Requirements (Education and Experience)
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Must have a clean driving record
- No speeding tickets within the last 2 years
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Must have CO MED badge or the ability to obtain badge
- Previous delivery experience a plus
- Experience with customer service, cash handling, or inventory management is required
- No more than 2 moving violations and one at-fault accident within the last 3 years
- No major traffic citations or incidents in the past 5 years

Job Summary: The Floor Captain (FC) assists management with overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that shifts run smoothly and efficiently. The FC is also responsible for ensuring employees provide an excellent customer service experience while maintaining compliance standards.

Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) serves as front line support for the Store Manager and retail department. They are a store leader and an immediate resource for Retail Sales Associates and customers. ASM?s will open and close the store and operate the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Their responsibilities include personnel management, administrative duties, and aiding in successful day-to-day operations. Additionally, ASM?s must be capable of performing the duties of all positions at the store to provide coverage wherever needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly manage staff and assist with employee scheduling ,conflict resolution and corrective action
Direct and active role in pre-hire process, onboarding and offboarding employees
Complete daily MOD checklists
METRC responsibilities including tag merging, finishing packages, sales adjustment spreadsheets, sales exports, accepting manifested transfers, manifesting product when necessary, and shredding RFID package tags when sold through in METRC
Complete harvest intake procedures, facilitate wholesale transfers, inventory transfers, and patient input
POS system administration including product input, discount and gift card entry, daily department audits, and troubleshooting inventory errors
Replenish floor inventory while maintaining accurate backstock inventory tracking procedures
Assist Inventory Manager with responsibilities to ensure accurate inventory counts and audits, place garden harvest orders and maintain healthy store inventory
Act as MOD for most, if not all, scheduled shifts, open and close the store according to procedure and report any incidents to the Store Manager
Perform duties of all positions at the store and fill any staffing need when necessary
Report all supply needs to the appropriate manager
Maintain monthly manifest logs to align with METRC inventory

Job Summary: The Licensing Administrator is responsible for coordinating and completing all government, regulatory and internal compliance licensing activities. The ideal candidate will be familiar with standard concepts, practices, regulations and procedures within the cannabis industry.
Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of licensing and renewal documents and document archiving.
- Obtain, prepare and submit cannabis (medical and adult-use/recreational) licensing applications, renewal documents, and permit applications for each license in Colorado, Nevada, Massachusetts, and other states as necessary.
- Ensure all documentation is prepared in a timely manner, with all the correct signatures and attachments for submission to local and state regulatory agencies.

Job Summary: Retail Sales Associates must be enthusiastic, friendly and able to provide basic information regarding the store. They interact with patients/customers to advise them on the products for sale and must possess the ability to read patients/customers and tailor each shopping experience to meet their needs. Sales Associates are also responsible for communicating Good Chemistry's initiatives and principles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide best patient/customer experience to whoever walks through the door
- Welcome each person entering the dispensary with a warm, friendly greeting
- Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
- Build rapport with patients/customers to ensure they return to Good Chemistry
- Enter patients/customers into Virtual Gateway and Biotrack systems
- Answer phones and maintain proper phone etiquette
- Properly introduce first time patients/customers to the facility and category system
- Allocate of guest badges and maintain oversight on all vendor/visitor sign-in in compliance with the law
- Check ID's (both at front desk and again before purchase)
- Educate patients/customers on Good Chemistry's message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage of product, serving size, and tolerance
- Make recommendations based on experience with products
- Complete daily checklists pertaining to daily store opening and closing duties, among other tasks
- Maintain appearance of store
- Maintain compliance and follow Good Chemistry procedures when completing a sale
- Possess accurate knowledge of product price points
- Responsible for all money and inventory on the sales floor or in designated POS station
- Package bulk flower into containers for sale
- Keep workstations in an orderly manner
- Guide patients/customers to appropriate resources including website and internet menus
- Communicate needs to Floor Captain, ASM, or SM when necessary
- Represent Good Chemistry as an ambassador to the brand
- Other responsibilities as delegated by ASM or SM

Job Summary: The Wholesale Delivery Driver and Coordinator (WDDC) is directly responsible for extending the Good Chemistry customer experience from our retail locations to our vendors. They are responsible for accurately assembling delivery orders and completing deliveries within a specific window. All drivers must be comfortable on the road and responsibly handling a company vehicle. Because of the regulated nature of our products, drivers must have an eye for detail and follow delivery procedures thoroughly to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Shift: The WDDC works five 8-hour shifts. Drivers should be prepared to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to all vendors
- Follow state regulations and guidance while in company vehicle
- Build rapport with vendors to ensure they continue to order from Good Chemistry
- Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
- Accurately pack orders and create METRC manifests for scheduled deliveries
- Create invoices and maintain vendor paperwork
- Represent Good Chemistry as an ambassador to the brand at pop-ups and other industry events
- Maintain current and training modules and update as needed
- Follow detailed operating procedures to ensure compliance and order accuracy
- Educate patients and customers on Good Chemistry's message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage of medicine, serving size, and tolerance
- Complete daily checklists, opening and closing duties and maintain clean appearance of delivery vehicles
- Possess accurate knowledge of product price points
- Guide customers to appropriate resources including website and internet menus
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements (Education and Experience)
- Must be over the age of 21
- Must be able to pass CORI background check
- High School diploma
- Experience with customer service or inventory management is required
- No more than 2 moving violations and one at-fault accident within the last 3 years
- No major traffic citations or incidents in the past 5 years
- Previous delivery and or logistics experience a plus
- Experience with METRC a plus

Job Summary: The Junior Assistant Manager is responsible for providing support to the Management and Operations team, leading staff, and helping maintain the flow of the store. The "JAM" exemplifies the company's value and culture. The JAM assists store management in creating an environment that ensures the highest standards of patient/customer care, compliance, and maximum productivity and efficiency by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive environment and premium experience for all patients/customers and staff.
- Open and close store.
- Ensure 100% compliance with city and state codes and regulations.
- Model communication of our brand, company mission and values, and industry best practices.
- Ensure an appropriate selection of sellable products are available at all times.
- METRC responsibilities, including tag merging/shredding when inactive, accepting manifested transfers, and manifesting product when necessary.
- Add new products and inventory to Flowhub, conduct inventory audits, transfer products, and access all menus, including GC website, to update as necessary.
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintain operations by enforcing personnel policies and store procedures.

Job Summary: The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and completing all government, regulatory and internal compliance activities and associated documentation. They should have a basic understanding of the concepts, practices, regulations and procedures within the cannabis industry. This is an entry-level position responsible for a variety of tasks under the direction of management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Packagers are primarily responsible for the efficient packaging of marijuana flower for our retail stores
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
- Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being packaged, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
Qualifications
- Must be able to work well with others, as well as independently
- Must be able to follow basic instructions
- Must be able to take constructive criticism from managers to maintain quality standards and inventory goals
- Must show up on time for work every day ready to work and maintain a standard of personal hygiene for packaging marijuana flower
- Ability to focus on task for a long period of time
- Accuracy and consistency in packaging and recording data
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Requirements
- Must have MED badge
- Must possess basic knowledge of cannabis weights, industry products, strain classifications, genetics, and compliance
- Genuine enthusiasm and love for cannabis and the cannabis industry
