- Must have reliable Transportation
- Ability to set and meet goals within structured timeframes
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and the flexibility to adapt to change as needed

Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager role is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for our entire organization (lines of business and multiple brands internally) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role coordinates and facilitates taking key insight from interactions at Vendor Day Onsites & events, translating it to quality, public facing content. This includes publishing on social media platforms (Including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
GoogleMyBusiness and more), email platforms, as well as monitoring and engaging users to increase brand awareness and reputation. Monitoring and posting would be a daily task extending, sometime extending outside of business hours, similar to onsite and events. Copywriting is also a key task for this role. Position Overview:
The Canopy Technician team is responsible for assisting the Cultivators with tasks associated with growing and cultivating cannabis on a commercial scale. The Canopy Technician team is responsible for leading plant life cycle maintenance, including up-dressing, de-congestion, "trellis training," and final de-leafing. Our Canopy Technician team will be responsible for checking the plants daily, following SOP to ensure the plants receive the appropriate amount of water and nutrients, as well as verifying the systematic removal of any and all plant waste from the grow rooms. The Canopy team will assist with a large portion of harvest responsibilities as outlined by High Grade SOP’s and reinforced by the Cultivation leadership.

The Shuck team is responsible for the handling, moving, and cataloging of dried and cured product out of the appropriate rooms and making the product ready for manicuring. The Shuck team coordinates the layout and movement of the product from the dry rooms and keeps the product organized as it transitions to the Shuck room. Our Shuck team is trained to hand shuck every bud from the stem, categorize each strain and Phenotype accordingly, to ensure minimal loss during the Shuck process. If necessary, the shuck team will perform quality control checks and manicure products in accordance with our trimming guidelines.

Position Overview:
The Product Inventory Manager position is responsible for the final processes of all High Grade product orders. The Inventory team completes daily product intake and maintains accurate inventory tracking in METRC. Position Overview:

The Canopy Technician team is responsible for assisting the Cultivators with tasks associated with growing and cultivating cannabis on a commercial scale. The Canopy Technician team is responsible for leading plant life cycle maintenance, including up-dressing, de-congestion, "trellis training," and final de-leafing. Our Canopy Technician team will be responsible for checking the plants daily, following SOP to ensure the plants receive the appropriate amount of water and nutrients, as well as verifying the systematic removal of any and all plant waste from the grow rooms. Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician will be the responsible for all executing maintenance requests and supporting the needs and functions of all departments. This position will provide technical and tactical support by training team members and troubleshooting any facility maintenance requests.

The Testing Agent is part of the Inventory team and is responsible for maintaining accurate testing data while working to streamline the flow of testing information to the appropriate stakeholders. This position will routinely prepare and deliver product samples to Labs for testing. The Testing Agent will be responsible for entering testing data into Biotrack, assisting in auditing inventory recorded in
Biotrack, and maintaining detailed records of the testing product flow to ensure accuracy. This position is meticulously focused on details and keeps a schedule to ensure all testing and auditing related tasks are completed within the required timeframe. In conjunction with other Inventory Team
Members, the Testing Agent position will complete a weekly audit of all products in the holding room to ensure data integrity within the appropriate systems.

Position Overview:
The Trim team is responsible for the entirety of the trim/manicuring process, including the separation of cured medicinal plants into distinct sections based on quality and High Grade SOP. The sections include, but are not limited to: trimmed flower that may be sold as buds, plant material that may be processed further, and unusable waste products. Our Trimmers are trained to hand manicure every bud produced and distributed by High Grade and expected to trim a minimum daily weight as outlined by the department manager.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be capable of sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or walking throughout the work day and for extended periods of time.
- Must be capable of using both hands and holding small tools designed to aid in the trimming process.
- Must have reliable Transportation
- Ability to set and meet goals within structured timeframes
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and the flexibility to adapt to change as needed
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US and willing to submit to a background check/fingerprint clearance.
- May be required to lift, pull or push 50+ pounds in boxes, plants, tools, and various heavy equipment. Standing or sitting for long periods of time may be required
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Previous Cannabis experience
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Laborer experience
- Passion for the product

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires individuals who have self-motivation and can keep a steady work pace throughout the day. Employee floats between the two departments dependent upon demand. Handling, quality control, speed, efficiency, and cleanliness are MUST-HAVES for the position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties are as follows; Maintaining: proper attendance and exemplify reliability, uniform (Business Casual), and team attitude. Keeping a clean and safe work environment that follows company policies and procedures. Report to work promptly and execute daily work charts. Manicuring Flower based on company Standards. Packaging finished goods and reporting processes in alignment with inventory practices.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Individual MUST be able to pass a background check/ fingerprint clearance in order to work in the Arizona Medical Marijuana Program. Must hold a Valid Arizona Driver’s License. NO FELONIES AT ALL. Must be 21+
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Medical Marijuana knowledge and experience is preferable but not mandatory. If previous work history pertains to you please be specific with the knowledge you have and the places in which you have exercised such knowledge.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Individual must be neat and cleanly, constantly aware of one’s work space and its surroundings. Team work and awareness is a must-have. Staying organized and on task within an extremely fast paced work environment.

HOURS / SHIFTS
Regular schedule: . 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Schedule subject to change and will be created around work load schedule including weekends and varying evening hours.
SALARY
$12.00/hr with incentive bonus for amount of weight trimmed/ units packaged
BENEFITS
40 hours PTO per 1 year from hire, Weekly Patient incentives. Health, dental and vision after 90 days.
