Job Description:
The Wholesale Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the wholesale presence for Aruna, leveraging cannabis knowledge, customer engagement, and market experience to fully represent Aruna as a brand in the Massachusetts cannabis space and play an integral role in growing with the company as it begins its journey in this emerging industry.
Responsibilities Include:

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILTIES
- Spearhead Aruna’s brand generation process, identifying and prioritizing specific roll-outs based on product availability and market trends
- Plan and implement Aruna marketing initiatives, strain releases, and consumer engagement events calendar in coordination with Wholesale Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Work with Wholesale Manager and key Aruna stakeholders to share, implement, and refine best practices related to marketing and sales initiatives of Aruna brands on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and manage marketing initiatives and prioritization strategies based on overall brand messages, company goals, and geographic targets

Responsibilities include:
- Supervise Post-Harvest Technicians in daily work assignments and ensure all processes and procedures are followed as outlined and instructed by the Post-Harvest Manager
- Ensure proper harvesting, destemming, trimming, and batching of cannabis flower and plant material, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with Post-Harvest Manager
- Manage digital inventory in Seed-to-Sale (METRC) system and ensure physical inventory and digital inventory are accurate and in compliance with any and all regulatory requirements
- Assist in training new employees in the Packaging Department on existing processes and procedures
- Ensure and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization in Post-Harvest spaces per standard operating procedures
- Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming cannabis
- Effectively trim cannabis flower
- Maintaining accurate trim logs

- Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming cannabis
- Effectively trim cannabis flower
- Maintaining accurate trim logs
- Maintaining accurate weight logs
- Responsible for maintaining quality products.
- Sorting and maintaining harvest batch differentiation by both strain and phenotype
- Handling, transporting, and disposing of waste materials and accurately documenting all waste
- Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned by the Post-Harvest Manager
Minimal Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a CORI background check and be willing to submit personal information to become a license state agent
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Able to work 8 hours a day and rotating weekend shifts.
- Able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds.
- Able to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout the workday.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to use a ladder (up to 12 ft extension) and general hardware tools needed for common repairs.
- Able and willing to work in the following conditions:
- General office environment in scrubs
- Extended computer usage
- Extended phone usage, including teleconferences

Job Description: The Cultivation Technician reports directly to the Cultivation Lead and is responsible for all daily tasks in their assigned areas within the Cultivation Facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
