About Ascend Cannabis Co.:
We are hard workers and we’re looking to add more of them to our team. We love cannabis, we are passionate about organic and sustainable growing — and we work until the job is done.
We are expanding and looking for leaders to differentiate themselves in the group. If you’re up for a challenge, read on.
Our Mission is to grow sustainable, clean, high-quality cannabis to give consumers a safe, health-conscious, and affordable option in a comfortable, customer-focused environment. Ascend Cannabis Co. is an industry leader in producing sustainable, no-till, living-soil cannabis with a vertically integrated model passionate about every aspect from veganic & organic growing to extraction to retail sales in our dispensaries.
Our Pueblo greenhouse location is currently expanding, with construction underway on our new 60,000 state of the art, ultra-sustainable (cogen) greenhouse to be in operation by the end of the year (meaning a position to “move up” is just around the corner as we look for the leaders among the group).

Qualifications: Previous grow experience is necessary, (We’re not like others in the industry - we have daily involved ownership, a deep passion and hard work runs through our veins. When you’ve seen another grow operation, you get it. We’re different, we think in the best way.) You must be:
- a hard worker
- passionate about cannabis
- someone who enjoys learning
- unafraid of dirt or sweat or being on your feet
- open to doing anything in the greenhouse. (We all clean toilets sometimes. Sharing the load is what makes the difference between a group of people coming to work and a team on a_ mission_.)
- Flexible. We have a very stable, weekly schedule as a perpetual grow. BUT we are a TEAM that works until the job is done. Clock punchers need not apply. Those committed to a goal, you know who you are, and we bet you’d succeed on our team.
- Basic knowledge of Metrc is a bonus.
Multiple schedules/shifts available. Some are M- F, others include weekend days.
PAY:
Starting pay is dependant on the skills you bring to the table, starting at $14/hr. More information can be provided in an interview.

Ascend Cannabis Co. is an industry leader in producing sustainable, no-till cannabis with a vertically integrated model passionate about every aspect from veganic & organic growing to extraction to retail sales in our dispensaries.
Our Pueblo greenhouse location is currently expanding, with construction underway on our new 60,000 state of the art, ultra-sustainable (cogen) greenhouse to be in operation by the end of the year (meaning a position to “move up” is just around the corner as we look for the leaders among the group).
Job Responsibilities: Greenhouse Floaters are the “everything” people of our team. From watering, to moving soil, to harvesting, transplanting and trimming - even Metrc - nothing is off limits. It means you get great experience everywhere within an operation that is quickly expanding.
*This is a physically demanding job.* You must be able to lift heavy items, repetitively. You must be comfortable on your feet, crouched down, and wiggled in between plants. We find that the team members who succeed with us love to move their body.
PAY:
Starting pay is dependant on the skills you bring to the table, starting at $14/hr. More information can be provided in an interview.
BENEFITS:
We offer medical, vision and dental benefits for full time employees after 60 days. Store discounts are available at all 4 locations.
Please contact us in reply to this ad with your resume and include your badge number somewhere (it’s required for the job AND to qualify for an interview). A cover letter in the body of the email really helps. Tell us about your passion and we'll share ours with you!
