Wholesale Sales Representative / Store Manager Regional Sales Representative / Store Manager – Naples, FL, USA
Reports to: Sales Manager
Summary:
Rapz Lifestyle Clothing is an exciting 27 year old brand of Canadian made Ladies sportswear, cruise, resort and travel wear. The Company is based in Toronto and distributes Rapz products to Boutiques, Resorts and Specialty Retailers selling the brand in Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. Rapz also has several flagship boutiques in Ontario, Canada and one in Naples, FL. The brand has a reputation for incredible quality and unique styling.
The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for wholesale sales throughout the State of Florida, while managing and working from our Naples boutique and showroom. They are to generate new wholesale business daily through prospecting and networking, while growing current accounts and building customer loyalty. Their store management includes operations, social media marketing, and merchandising. They are accountable for driving store results through the effective coaching of the store team.

Qualifications:
3+ years of outside sales experience selling Women’s apparel, jewelry or other related items to retailers in the Southeast is required.
Minimum 2 years management experience in a retail environment is required.
Valid driver’s license, and vehicle.
A successful candidate must:
Have a passion for fashion and our Rapz Lifestyle Clothing brand.
Possess excellent sales ability, with a track record of top results.
Have an ability to lead the way, selling in a boutique environment using customer wardrobing, and forming relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
Have the ability to use social media to produce captivating in store photo and video posts to drive business to the boutique.
Have the experience to manage and build a winning store team.
Applicants must be energetic, results oriented, competitive, and driven to succeed.
Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing through emails, phone calls, trade shows, etc.
Be an experienced business traveler who can make efficient use of time and resources while meeting with customers throughout Florida
Possess excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Possess basic computer and ipad skills
