We are currently seeking a Lead Agent. Lead Agents are the "management face" of the Company and usually present a first impression for patients, caregivers and regulatory officials. Under the direction of the Dispensary General Manager and Dispensary Assistant General Manager, Lead Agents will assist dispensary agents, patients and caregivers, and provides administrative and other services that support dispensary operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily inventory audit
- Address patient concerns
- Resolve employee disputes through best conflict resolution practices
- Ensure dispensary staff are correctly clocking in/out and manage employee lunch schedule.
- Provide coaching for Dispensary Agents and backup for the sales floor
- Break down registers throughout day and at close of business
- Assist with acceptance and careful review of daily deliveries

Summary of Position
A Dispensary Security Agent serves as a stabilizing presence to ensure the safety of patients, employees and visitors to the medical marijuana dispensary. They monitor the premises, check surveillance equipment, and remove those who pose a disturbance or threat. Dispensary Security Agents assist during emergencies and contact law enforcement and/or emergency services when required.
Bloom Medicinals is searching for a reliable and trustworthy Security Agent to complement its staff at its Columbus, Ohio medical cannabis dispensary. The Security Agent will perform regular observations and patrols, report irregularities, provide crowd control, answer queries, assist patients and staff, and maintain order at all times. The Security Agent should be able to remove or restrain anyone who would threaten the safety of employees or patients. Outstanding candidates should be physically fit and able to react appropriately in stressful situations, and have a deep empathy and respect for others.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Remaining calm when alarms are triggered and escorting people to safety or apprehending guilty parties.
- Responding to calls for help and contacting the fire department or law enforcement if required.
- Assisting during emergencies, ensuring minimal injury to people and damage to property.
- Removing or restraining anyone who threatens the safety of others or disturbs the peace.
- Wearing security uniforms when required.
- Following direction and working as part of a team to ensure the safety of staff and patients.
- Writing daily reports and providing suggestions for improving security protocols.
- Provide over watch security during vendor product intake.
- Undertaking all tasks with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Qualified applicants must be over the age of 21.
- Must be a United States Citizen, or authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
- Must live within 30 minutes of the Dispensary.
- College degrees preferred.
- A clean criminal record.
- A relevant license and certification.
- Physical fitness, strength, and mental agility.
- Previous security experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent observation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of safety protocols.
- A valid driver’s license.

Extensive experience is not a must, but an eagerness to learn and a willingness to wear many different hats is.
This position does require periodic travel and the ability to work nights and weekends for emergencies.

Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must pass all required background checks. Knowledge and skillset to constantly problem solve as issues present themselves at every stage of the plants growth. Ability to work with a team and have a goal oriented mindset. The ability to keep a tight schedule. Farming experience is preferred but not mandatory. On the job training provided to motivated applicants with a great attitude.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine check-ups to patients to assess diagnosis that would benefit from Medical Marijuana Recommendations
- Give appropriate advice for healthy habits (diet, hygiene etc.) and preventative actions to promote overall health
- Conduct examinations to ill patients and evaluate symptoms to determine their condition
- Ask intuitive questions to discover causes of illness
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history
- Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information for underlying infections or abnormalities
- Prescribe medications or drugs and provide comprehensive instructions for administration
- Examine and provide treatments to injuries and refer patients to other physicians when needed (ophthalmologists, orthopedists, neurologists etc.)
- Keep records of patients’ diseases, operations or other significant information (e.g. allergic episodes)

THE POSITION
Use your communication skills to provide information, answer questions, and relay citations as an integral part of keeping Pennsylvania's medical marijuana patients safe.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We are seeking an individual to perform medical marijuana organization facility inspections for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Field inspections require initiative and independent judgment, as well as a thorough understanding of the medical marijuana program, the Act, regulations, and all guidance.
In this position, you will be home headquartered. Possibly before the completion of training and thereafter, you will perform in-person inspections an average of 3 days/week in the Eastern Region, which covers the following PA counties: Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Delaware, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Pike, Schuylkill, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming. Travel is required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.- Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30 minute lunch.
- Travel is required.
- Telework: Under the current Administration, this position may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Safety Inspector Trainee program; or
- One year of experience inspecting commercial, industrial, healthcare or other buildings or structures, machines, apparatus, devices or equipment for compliance with applicable safety codes and regulations; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Condition of Employment:
- This position does require the possession of a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.

- Train and effectively trim cannabis plants according to the standards given
- Create and apply labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and correct customer information
- Precisely maintain forms and databases to record weight, product count, and issues
- Provide timely updates and issues to managers on a daily / weekly basis
- Properly weigh and package raw product in accordance with company standard operating practices
- Examine and inspect containers, materials and products to ensure packaging specifications are met
- Thoroughly clean containers, materials, supplies or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
- Utilize Metrc to properly retrieve, deduct and relocate ordered product (Training provided upon hire)
