NOW HIRING - GENERAL MANAGERS - MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARY
Bloom Medicinals is one of the country's largest family-owned cannabis companies. We provide safe, effective, top-quality cannabis products that improve patients’ lives. Currently licensed in five states to grow, manufacture and/or dispense medical marijuana products for adult and pediatric patients, we are expanding rapidly as we continue to earn new state licenses and gain recognition as a trusted resource in this evolving space.
We are currently seeking experienced retail managers to serve as General Manager of one our retail locations with the flexibility to move to any state to either assume management of that location, or to assist in the training or transition of new management.
Job Description
The manager will be responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals,
assisting in leading the management and development of the staff and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security
and system protocols.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years retail management experience in the following areas:
? Overseeing daily business operations.
? Developing and implementing growth strategies.
? Training low-level managers and staff.
? Creating and managing budgets.
? Improving revenue.
? Hiring employees.
? Evaluating performance and productivity.
? Analyzing accounting and financial data, and payroll management.

- Live within 30 minutes of the Dispensary.

- Experience in the health care or retail industry, and a genuine passion for helping others. Work experience within the cannabis industry is a huge plus, but it's not required.
Skills
- Proper license and/or eligibility.
- Experiences in retail sales preferred.
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, and current products on the market.

We are in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development and compensation and benefits in order to assist an established HR department with daily operations to ensure nothing is overlooked.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years experience in the following areas:
- work directly with and report to the Chief Human Resources Officer regarding all HR endeavors
- abide by company enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations
- maintain all employee records, employee related conversations and meetings completely confidential
- ensuring that all HR polices, and company guidelines adhere to the standards and laws initiated by authorities

Dispensary Maintenance Employees are the face of the Company and usually present a first impression for patients, caregivers and regulatory officials. Under the direction of a Lead Employee, Assistant Manager or Dispensary Manager, Employees assist patients and caregivers, and provide maintenance and other services that support dispensary operations. Primary responsibility is the cleanliness of the facility in the morning hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the building
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
- Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks
- Stock and supply designated facility areas
- Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment
- Work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications
- Qualified applicants must be over the age of 21.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent - College degree preferred.
- 1 year retail experience
- United States Citizen, or authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
- Live within 30 minutes of the Dispensary.
Experience
· Experience in the health care or retail industry, and a genuine passion for helping others. Work experience within the cannabis industry is a huge plus, but it's not required.
Skills
- Proper license and/or eligibility.
- Experiences in retail sales preferred.
- Dispensary-related experience a plus.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy, dependable, and hardworking.
- Must be able to provide compassionate patient service.
