POSITION: Armed Security Officer – Facility Protection
The Security Officer will serve as an armed facility protection specialist for Missouri licensed cultivation, production/infusion, testing, and dispensary facilities. Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Screening & check-in approved patients, employees, or visitors.
- Property protection & roving property patrol.
- Employee, contractor, and patron escort.
- Surveillance and critical process oversight.
- Tier I surveillance system/camera maintenance & service.
- Maintenance of visitor and activity logs.
- Provide medical care to patients and staff. (First Aid, CPR, AED, “Stop the Bleed” certified after hire.)
- Use of armed or physical force in the protection of self, patients, visitors, and facility staff, may be required.
As a condition of employment, all Security Officers, regardless of rank or seniority, shall be subject to having safe, legal, and reasonable duties assigned to them by facility management to maximize safe, efficient, and profitable facility operation.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-US Military Service Members – Former, Retired, or Guard/Reservist.
-MUST have a current St Charles County Armed Security License
-Current or former Missouri POST certified Police Officers (active, inactive, retired) preferred.
-Current career public safety professionals with extensive experience in emergency and citizen services.
-Extensive experience in providing armed security or protection services.
-Ability to complete a firearm safety course and range qualify with the duty weapon on a company administered proficiency table.

In this role you will….
- Intake product received to the store into current inventory tracking software in a timely manner; train applicable employees on store SOP's for intake, packaging, labeling and inventory tracking.
- Ensure product matches manifest description; escalate to management to ensure corrective action is taken when needed.
- Label and package incoming customer orders in a timely manner, in accordance with state compliance.
- Maintain a database with SKU/UPC numbers; ensure all reconciliation is regularly completed including matching physical inventory to METRC inventory.
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed.
- Ensure all product is labeled accurately and in a timely manner under company SOP's.
- Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and inventory levels on hand.
- Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify Management when material has expired or is damaged.

Description
The Marketing director leads the marketing efforts for all of the BeLeaf Medical brands. The responsibilities include, providing guidance to the marketing department by evaluating and developing effective marketing strategies, plan and coordinate marketing efforts, communicate marketing plans to the Management Team and others involved, oversee the design and compliance for product packaging, and build awareness and positioning for BeLeaf Medical brands. Responsibilities:

Currently licensed in five states to grow, manufacture and/or dispense medical marijuana products for adult and pediatric patients, we are expanding rapidly as we continue to earn new state licenses and gain recognition as a trusted resource in this evolving space.
We are looking for a Security Associate to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report. Position reports to the General Manager of dispensary location and Corporate Head of Security.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of guest intake and ID verification procedures and protocols
- Monitor CCTV and review video surveillance
- Demonstrated ability to interact with the public to facilitate problem-solving of stressful situations with calm and open judgment
- Ability to identify potential problems, analyzes issues, and propose solutions
- Knowledge of safety, health and security protocols
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the dispensary’s guests
- Professionally manage any situation within the store that is deemed by management as requiring security interdiction
- Immediately contact local law enforcement or other emergency services when required by management or situation requires immediate action.

- Other ad hoc responsibilities as required due to business needs
- Must be able to work for long hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, working on your feet and bending over with minimal supervision.
- Candidates should be motivated and hardworking, attendance is critical.
- Reliable Transportation is a must.
- Must be a team player.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Familiar with PC programs
- Familiar with queueing systems, specifically WaitWhile
- Trained security officer with licensing preferred
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- High school degree
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift (12-8 or close)
- Holidays
Experience:
- Security: 1 year
- Dispensary: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Missouri agent license
- Must be able to get licensing and pass background check
