WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport using established customer service model.
- Provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.

Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. Additional Responsibilities as Delivery Associate:
- Verify products on the manifests match the products in each delivery before leaving the facility.
- Communicate clearly to the customer, deliver product on time and safely.
- Maintain records for each delivery in accordance with state and federal law, as well as company policy.
- Process orders in the POS system and complete dispensation during each delivery.
- Keep cash and products securely locked in the green bins stored in the trunk of the vehicle.
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicles and all related equipment, putting in repair requests with management as necessary to maintain safe operation.
- Relay customer feedback, including concerns, complaints, damaged deliveries, returns, and competitive knowledge whenever it is presented.
- Monitor and evaluate safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment.
- Represent and uphold TruValues while facilitating in store-to-store transfers, patient deliveries, and service requests.

Education and Experience
- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.

- Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education and skill development of the team.
- Assume the role of Manager on Duty as needed responsible for operational tasks for opening, closing, banking and security of the store.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will support and partner with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to motivate and mentor retail team members. WORK SCHEDULE

Summary The Lead Dispensary Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. - Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education and skill development of the team.

Summary The Lead Dispensary Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education and skill development of the team.
- Assume the role of Manager on Duty as needed responsible for operational tasks for opening, closing, banking and security of the store.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload product into company vehicles according to company's specifications
- Ensure timely delivery of products according to schedule using predetermined routes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients

The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for operational success that enables excellent customer service by ensuring scheduling, merchandising, communications and compliance are maintained for the store. - Create store schedules which drive sales opportunities and maximizes the customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager to ensure staffing is prioritized to provide optimal schedules and ensure the best customer service is provided always.

- Assist with local events ensuring a successful execution as directed by the Store Manager.

- Office Administration: Store communication and planning. Responsible to read, interpret and communicate messages from Corporate Store Operations. Works to ensure all staff members are informed and takes proper action, updates bulletin boards and other communication avenues in store.
- Reviews and approves timekeeping records for the staff, ensuring accuracy and submits for payment. Maintains record keeping standards.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving. Preparing, setting timelines and delegating tasks amongst the team to ensure merchandise is stocked is completed in a timely manner.
- Acts to reduce loss. Responsible for the management of processing damages/returns and the organization. Alerts the Store Manager to any concerns immediately.
- Responsible for ordering of supplies and managing the supply budget. Ensures the budget is met on a monthly and annual basis and stock levels are managed so that all items remain in stock.
- Maintain all visual merchandising directives.
- Responsible for the successful management of store inventory levels.
- Execute visual displays. Customize the visual direction to fit the store dimensions, communicate timelines and execute the floor set with precision and on time.
- Organization of all areas back of house, creating an orderly and tidy environment for the staff where product is easy to locate when needed.
- Manage Cycle Counting as applicable.
- Execute thorough store audits on time and as directed.
- Ensure the store is compliant with all environmental operations requirements and document per company standards

- Administers all operational company policies and procedures.

The Store Manager has ownership and drives the overall patient and sales service culture within the dispensary. The Store Manager will be responsible for developing overall store strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service, and operational goals to ensure maximum sales and profitability while adhering to GrowHealthy's standards of conduct. This position reports to the Manager of Retail Operations and will work in partnership with the Security teams to ensure the safety and security of the staff and patients. Total compensation will include variable performance pay in addition to a market competitive base and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, inspire, and coach employees to create a patient-centric environment resulting in a memorable and positive patient experience; building patient retention, strong relationships, and brand awareness and loyalty
- Deliver exceptional patient service by observing, listening, interacting and following up with patients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory reporting, employee reporting, patient reporting, and packaging
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees and patients to include sales floor, back room, manager offices and restrooms
- Adaptable to a changing environment and able to consistently achieve goals despite stress and ambiguity
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to help employees meet expectations and goals
- Ensure the implementation and effective application of information, tools, and systems required to meet patient needs
- Recruiting, hiring, and training employees in compliance with all Human Resources policies and procedures
- Spearhead merchandising, operations, marketing, and execution of store and company standards
- Participate in networking and creating positive relationships within the community
- Initiate and support change in policies, procedures, and products as the company grows
- Responsible for performance management of all employees in partnership with Human Resources
- Responsible and accountable for store P&L and controllable expenses
- Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures
- Responsible for all cash handling procedures and inventory management

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of 4 years of exceptional leadership, management, communication and training skills in a customer-centric sales environment. Previous store management experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening
- Must possess the ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system
- Must possess the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good planning, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead, delegate, and motivate staff
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
