ROLE SUMMARY
As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store. You will help create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, provide the right solutions, and provide the knowledge needed for patients to use our products safely. You understand that the Fluent dispensary is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation, and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products that meet those needs. You will sell effectively, and every day is an opportunity for you to turn another Fluent visitor into a loyal Fluent customer.
*During the first two weeks of employment, all new dispensary employees will be on a temporary paid training period pending background check and drug test results.*
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
- Increase dispensary, team, and personal sales over a given continuum.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction
- Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s health conditions and needs
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist on deliveries as a Health Educator
- Conduct inventory count and sales reports.
- Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
- Follow up on all customer issues requiring additional research
- Maintain adequate knowledge of the product guide and fully understand the benefits of Medical Cannabis
- Communicate with Director of Retail Operations, General Manager, and/or Customer Service Manager regarding status of issues.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

ROLE SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently and ensures cash handling standards are met, and company funds are secured.

- Ability, willingness, and competency to open or close the store, conduct daily inventory, receive deliveries, and lock or unlock the dispensary.
- Activate or deactivate the alarms as applicable.
- Conduct batch inventory count
- Distribute and assign cash drawers
- Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s health conditions and needs
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist on delivery’s as applicable
- Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
- Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research

We are searching for an Insurance Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team. This person should have an understanding of insurance policies, processing of documents, typing up policies and/or endorsements, and documentation for insurance policies. The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. - Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education and skill development of the team.
- Assume the role of Manager on Duty as needed responsible for operational tasks for opening, closing, banking and security of the store.

Position Summary:
Curaleaf FL is seeking a Part Time Dispensary Associate who will be responsible for ensuring each Curaleaf patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure members' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patient depending on their individual needs.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to patients clearly and effectively.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related work as required.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Fluent dispensary in accordance with the Office of Medical Marijuana in the state of Florida and standards set by Fluent. Further, the General Manger is responsible for measuring sales and sales improvement of the team and individual Curators. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining patient services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, collaborating with human resources and managing operating costs. The Dispensary Manager provides support for all store employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Dispensary Manager maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure that each patient receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, providing, solid product knowledge and all other components of exemplary guest service.
· Analyze and measure sales trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives in the team and each individual member of the team.
· Train, supervise and evaluate all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOP's
· Engage and inspire store teams to achieve maximum performance by modeling behavior that fosters a sense of energy, ownership, teamwork, and personal commitment.
· Ensure departmental compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and HIPPA regulations including but not limited to confidentiality, training, patient record keeping, creation, review and submission of reports, preparation of policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-through monthly one on one meetings with team members and audits.
· Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews accompanied by written plans for improvement, as applicable.
· Conduct and oversee audits.
· Ensure proper management of pre-packaged inventory and inventory movement between the vault and dispensing stations.
· Ensures a clean and organized dispensary for our patients.
· Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
· Overseeing and ensure cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with Bio Track.
· Engage with managers in all departments to ensure smooth running of the dispensary including, delivery, cultivation, and security.
· Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.
· Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
· Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relations
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
· Previous experience with sales
· Excellent customer service skills
· 3+ years of Managerial skills.
· Leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a retail store setting or at least five years of experience in customer-facing sales in a business solutions environment.
