Job Description
We are looking for professional, smart, responsible, and customer service driven candidates. The core function of the Guest Experience Specialist is to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis product, accurately describe methods of consumption, and provide nothing less than friendly and professional services during all interactions with patients and other guests, as well as perform all tasks as directed by management. Tasks include:
· Process orders in POS software with complete accuracy
. Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
. Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart
· Assist with side work, stocking, organization and cleaning during all downtime
. Intake new and returning patients
. Responsible for updating patient records, POS files, and Weedmaps
. Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers
. Answering and routing phone calls
Requirements
· MUST BE 21+
· Must have Valid CA ID
· Must be able to pass criminal background check
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written english, second languages encouraged
· Able to perform basic retail math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
· Technologically Proficient - Able to operate a computer and a tablet, familiarity with POS systems
· Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism in regard to both patients and team members
· Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision

Position Summary
The Patient Consultant works one-on-one with guests to recommend products that best match their needs. Responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience through friendly, outgoing service, strong communication skills, and fluency in all products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Welcoming each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language
- Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests
- Working as a team to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service
- Cleaning, stocking, and organizing dispensary; working with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked in accordance with the Company’s standards at all times
- Inputting orders in a timely and accurate manner, collecting money from guests for products purchased, and making appropriate change
- Quickly and precisely handling cash and debit transactions while always maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Conducting nightly inventory counts of all dispensary products

- Knowledge of cannabis required
- One year of retail or other applicable customer service experience required; cannabis industry experience preferred

Position Description
The Company is looking for an Accounting Specialist with a strong A/P and A/R background to participate in a variety of day-to-day accounting activities. In this role, responsibilities include managing existing financial processes, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information and participating in audits. Regularly run posting reports with attention to detail that ensures accuracy
Balance vendor statements
Complete credit applications accurately, including system entry

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
Minimum of 5 years professional accounting experience with high volume A/P and A/R and overall understanding of full lifecycle accounting is required
Proficient with MS Excel
Experience working with multiple entities is required
Experience creating and entering journal entries is required
Minimum of 5 years GAAP experience is required
Cannabis or manufacturing industry experience is preferred
Requires advanced efficiency in Excel is required
Experience working with external auditors is strongly preferred
Should be able to accommodate in-office scheduling expectations, which sometimes necessitates weekend or evening hours
Intermediate to advanced QuickBooks knowledge is required

- Prepare for biweekly payroll by reviewing time punches and reviewing exceptions and resolve them directly with staff
- Maintain time and attendance reports and ensure issues are shared with supervisors (tardiness, no call no show, excessive absences, etc)
- Coordinate work with outside vendors and service providers
- Various production data entry such as daily production reports
- Manage production staff onboarding workflow
- Keeping track of team member’s licenses and certifications, coordinating renewals, managing compliance trainings for new hires

The Inventory Manager is the backbone of our retail operations, this person is responsible for overall health of inventory, driving accuracy, utilizing industry standards, following rigid compliance guidelines, best practices and inventory techniques to manage and control inventory flow. The Inventory Manager's main duties are ordering, processing and reconciling inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees and reports cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations.

What will you do?
The Sales Manager is responsible for executing the business development plan, owning the relationship with the customer, outperforming their revenue targets, meeting daily, weekly and monthly activity goals, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI). This person will work very closely with the General Manager of California Operations to quickly activate new retail accounts, provide budtender education (as needed on larger accounts), increase the number of categories in an account, order input and forecasting inventory needs to the General Manager. Our team will provide extensive support ensuring our Sales Associate have all the tools they need to make the best impression with our accounts and build an exciting career in this versatile culture and lively environment! We need hands-on professionals who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and working hard with an incredibly diverse team. The cannabis industry is rapidly changing, and we have interesting and complex problems to solve every single day.
Responsibilities:
- Aggressively activating new accounts
- Cross-selling and upselling existing accounts
- Providing sale forecasts to the Head of Sales
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly activity goals
- Onboarding customers to in-house inventory management
- Becoming an expert on all products and how they differentiate from the competition
- Ensuring CRM is updated daily and orders processed.
- Being persistent enough to touch an account 5-10 times before making a sale
- Must be able to travel, by car, overnight up to 80% of the time
- Building strong relationships with buyers in cannabis dispensaries
- Monitor and report customer feedback to sales and marketing departments
- Track and report on industry trends as well as competitors’ activities
- Maintain a positive image for the brands and company
- Participate in trade shows as the company’s spokesman
- Execute short and long-term sales objectives and strategies
- Continuous sales contact with all customers & new prospects while maintaining existing sales volumes
- Ensure all sales efforts are within compliance of California State Laws
Skills & Experience
- Experience selling to retail cannabis buyers
- Effective & excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint
- Experience with a CRM desired
- History of working successfully from a remote office and on the road
- Experience working on a team where overlap of roles is common and picking up the slack and reasonable delegation of work are commonplace
- Desire to meet new people and share knowledge
- Experience in marketing, hospitality, or retail is a plus
- Knowledge of cannabis including flower, edibles, wax, vape and any other cannabis product
- Sales and inventory forecasting
- Being detail and customer oriented with strong multitasking, organizational ability, and effective prioritization of tasks including responding to customers and issue resolution
- 4+ years of sales experience
