Position: Dispensary Team Lead - Management Level
Summary of Position:
Bloom Medicinals is one of the country's largest family-owned cannabis companies. We provide safe, effective, top-quality cannabis products that improve patients’ lives. Currently licensed in five states to grow, manufacture and/or dispense medical marijuana products for adult and pediatric patients, we are expanding rapidly as we continue to earn new state licenses and gain recognition as a trusted resource in this evolving space.
We are currently seeking a Lead Agent. Lead Agents are the "management face" of the Company and usually present a first impression for patients, caregivers and regulatory officials. Under the direction of the Dispensary General Manager and Dispensary Assistant General Manager, Lead Agents will assist dispensary agents, patients and caregivers, and provides administrative and other services that support dispensary operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily inventory audit
- Address patient concerns
- Resolve employee disputes through best conflict resolution practices
- Ensure dispensary staff are correctly clocking in/out and manage employee lunch schedule.
- Provide coaching for Dispensary Agents and backup for the sales floor
- Break down registers throughout day and at close of business
- Assist with acceptance and careful review of daily deliveries
- Enter new products into store point of sale software
- Assist with weekly destruction of expired samples
- Troubleshoot technical issues for staff and patients
- Approve product returns for defective items
- Evaluate staff performance after initial 90 days
- Routinely check store supplies to ensure sufficient inventory levels
- Manage and organize both paper and digital files for the dispensary
- Manually update Weedmaps menu
- Provide call ahead and online ordering assistance to patients
Qualifications:
- Qualified applicants must be over the age of 21
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- College degrees preferred.
- Must be a United States Citizen, or authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
- Must live within 30 minutes of the Dispensary.
Experience:

AYR Wellness is looking for a Logistics Driver. This role will report to the Logistics Manager as part of the AYR Wellness Logistics Team. They will ensure the safe and secure delivery of AYR products via company delivery vehicle to both AYR locations and wholesale locations throughout the state.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from the cultivation facility to AYR dispensaries and other AYR customer locations.
- Ensures safety practices are used when driving AYR company vehicles.
- Inspects AYR delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle are safe for deliveries.
- Ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Brings vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed, and other incidentals
- Maintain fuel levels – at least ½ tank and assure that they are fueled for the next day.
- Must be able to understand road maps related to the state highways and roads.
- Become familiar with MJ and Leaf Logics programs to understand the delivery Manifest.
- Safe and secure handling of customer received payment checks during deliveries.
- In down time, report to Packaging or Fulfilment for assignment.
- Perform and participate in additional projects and priorities as needed.
- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.

Job Summary

Job Summary
The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for the safe and accurate packaging and labelling of all products. Working with the Packaging Manager, the Packaging Assistant Manager will ensure packaging schedules are executed as well as maintaining the chain of integrity of our premium cannabis products from processing to patient.

- Arrive before the rest of the team
- Communicate with the manager to find out: What is the production plan, crew set up, tasks for the day
- Set up workstations (table, chairs, weight scale, product buckets near stations, packaging material)

Job Summary: Klutch Cannabis and The Citizen by Klutch are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead initiatives in areas of recruiting, employee development and retention with a market leading Cultivator, Processor, and Retailer in Ohio’s Medical Cannabis industry. This person must have strong foundational knowledge around standard hiring practices, enforcement of company policies and procedures, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations impacting the Company. This person will partner with team members at the director and manager levels to train and advise on how to conduct performance reviews, provide employees with constructive feedback, and handle conflict resolution.
Essential Functions
- Develop a working knowledge of ORC 3796 and OAC 3796 as they pertain to Human Resources rules for medical marijuana Cultivators, Processors, and Dispensaries in Ohio and ensure that all efforts comply with program rules.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies, and helping resolve work-related matters.
- Review the Company's policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbooks, and make changes or implement new policies and procedures, as needed.
- Handle all OSHA responsibilities and other federal and state reporting requirements and compliance.
- Lead and/or delegate matters related to Company benefits and employee programs, including but not limited to benefits election, benefits renewals, and benefits administration.
- Report to executive team and as directed, represent the Company at personnel-related hearings and investigations, including unemployment, OSHA, Bureau of Workers Compensation, and other hearings, as required.

Cultivation Technicians are responsible for performing tasks to maintain daily operations in the Cultivation Department. Cultivation Technicians are expected to work efficiently, abide by established safety and quality standards, and maintain a safe and clean work environment with a positive and cooperative attitude. Job Summary
The Cultivation Technician provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Essential Functions
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Responsible for executing all assigned grow operations including: Daily Cleaning Tasks, Daily Plant Maintenance Activities, Product Quality Assurance, Material Transport (within the facility), Transplanting, Manicuring/Grooming, Plant Harvesting, Trimming, and Weighing.
- Maintaining full compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements, and remaining familiar with applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform plant and canopy management through Topping, Trellising, Defoliation, and branch removal for Propagation (Cloning).
- Responsible for performing assigned tasks, completing projects, and meeting expectations in relation to all grow operations including: scale calibration, transporting materials within the facility (fertilizers, cleaning agents, plants, growth mediums, tools, etc.), assisting with irrigation set-up and organization, handling plant waste, and operating heavy (manual) equipment such as metal carts, portable transport platforms, and scaffolding.
- Using scaffolding and portable ladders in accordance with OSHA Regulations and Company policies and procedures.
- Assisting in laying trellis netting across tables.
- Performing dexterous tasks using sharp tools such as scissors, shears, scalpels, and X-Acto knives/box cutters.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers, and log information related to all grow operations.
- Report employee issues or product situations to immediate supervisor(s).
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:
- Education and/or Experience – High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous manufacturing/laborer experience preferred.
- Language Skills – Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisors and team members.
- Mathematical Skills – Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for assisting the CFO and the Controller in issuing financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. The Cultivation Technician provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Essential Functions

- Responsible for performing assigned tasks, completing projects, and meeting expectations in relation to all grow operations including: scale calibration, transporting materials within the facility (fertilizers, cleaning agents, plants, growth mediums, tools, etc.), assisting with irrigation set-up and organization, handling plant waste, and operating heavy (manual) equipment such as metal carts, portable transport platforms, and scaffolding.
- Using scaffolding and portable ladders in accordance with OSHA Regulations and Company policies and procedures.
- Assisting in laying trellis netting across tables.
- Performing dexterous tasks using sharp tools such as scissors, shears, scalpels, and X-Acto knives/box cutters.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers, and log information related to all grow operations.
- Report employee issues or product situations to immediate supervisor(s).
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.

Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the staff, guests, vendors and premises of the facilities. Additionally, the Security Guard will assist as needed with the delivery of company products via company vehicles either as a driver or passenger.

Job Summary
The Equipment Buyer is responsible for verifying, preparing, obtaining approvals for, and forwarding purchase orders; verifying receipt of items; authorizing payments; and developing processes and improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- This position will be responsible for purchasing related activities for assigned entities.

About the Role:
The Director of Packing and Warehouse Operations will work collaboratively with multiple departments within Operations in order to ensure that all activities related to the fully compliant harvesting, freezing, packaging and storage of raw biomass are performed to precise standard operating procedures (SOPs). Specifically, the Director will be responsible for managing and coordinating these activities in coordination with both the Cultivation Director, Manufacturing Director and Track & Trace personnel in order to ensure that biomass is processed and stored according to ISO standards for warehouse management. This position reports directly to the VP of Agriculture Operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the process for continually improving and integrating technologies associated with the processing and storing of raw plant biomass in a temperature controlled, cryogenic environment.
- Be responsible for ensuring that packing and warehousing operations are fully integrated and highly communicative with the other directorates and departments. This includes participation in the planning and preparation of farming operations to ensure seamless and legally compliant movement of raw materials between the Cultivation, Manufacturing and Warehouse directorates.
- Lead your team in becoming experts at the laws and rules associated with the receipt, processing, transportation and storing of raw plant biomass in a regulated environment.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities*: The Dispensary Agent is responsible for interacting with, educating, and advising patients face-to-face and by phone, record-keeping, assisting with inventory and cash management as well as interacting with local service providers. The Dispensary Agent will be cross-trained in all order fulfillment activities which includes preparing orders, entering product information, calling patients with product requests and admitting patients when the Security Guard is otherwise occupied.

- Greets members in person or on the phone; schedules appointments; oversees member intake and renewal procedures
- Maintains member records in compliance with State law and Company policy
- Answers questions about the law and the Company from members and others
- Assists members in selecting medicine; advises and educates them about safe dosage and other aspects of this medicine
- Assists General Manager with inventory and cash management, daily and weekly
- Maintains a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
- Other duties may be assigned by the General Manager according to Company needs

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry – hospitality and retail backgrounds preferred
- Computer & equipment operations necessary for running an office/retail center (POS systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)
- Familiarity with history and varieties of medical marijuana preferred but not required
- Outstanding phone and in-person customer service skills

Summary of Position
Dispensary Employees are the face of the Company and usually present a first impression for patients, caregivers and regulatory officials. Under the direction of a Lead Employee, Assistant Manager or Dispensary Manager, Employees assist patients and caregivers, and provide administrative and other services that support dispensary operations.

Qualifications

Experience
- Experience in the health care or retail industry, and a genuine passion for helping others. Work experience within the cannabis industry is a huge plus, but it's not required.
Skills
