Company
We are the leading CPA firm focused on the cannabis industry in the United States. We are a fast-growing company with a start-up mentality, having doubled in revenue and size over the last four years. Unlike most CPA firms that are bound by geolocation, our clients are remote and spread throughout all 18 legalized states: the markets we serve are limited only by the laws restricting cannabis legalization.
Cannabis is one of the most exciting and rapidly growing industries in the United States, exceeding $17.5B in sales in 2020 and projected to surpass $43B by 2025. GreenGrowth CPAs has positioned itself as the leading expert in tax, financial, and audit services for cannabis companies. Our commitment to providing detailed, accurate and regular content focused on solutions to the financial and accounting complexities of the cannabis industry has helped us earn the trust of current and future clients and has helped our brand become well-known within the cannabis business world.
Why We Need You:
Simply put, cannabis marketing is challenging. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue
- Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
- Working closely with the current Marketing & Senior Leadership team for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
What You Should Have:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role and space.
- A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.
- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
- Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
- An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.
- Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change.

Financial News and Client Spotlight Reporter
About the Company:
We are the fastest growing CPA firm focused on the cannabis industry in the United States. We’re bootstrapped and profitable, have amassed over 300 clients in under two years, and have an annual compound growth rate of 125%. Unlike most CPA firms that are bound by geolocation, our clients are remote and spread throughout all legalized states: the market we serve is limited only by the laws restricting marijuana legalization.
Cannabis is one of the most exciting and rapidly growing industries in the United States, exceeding $13B in sales in 2019 and projected to surpass $30B by 2025. GreenGrowth CPAs has positioned itself as the leading expert in tax, financial, and audit services for cannabis companies. We’ve done this by hiring smart people who reflect our values and leveraging their deep and varied experience to provide best-in class services to our clients, all while continuously growing and learning in tandem with the industry.
Role Description:
The ideal Actor/Actress candidate must read prepared content (video, audio, podcast, etc.) in a clear and confident style. Our ideal candidate will be contracted on an as needed basis and will be part of a team of content presenters, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
To ensure success as a Actor/Actress, you should exhibit unwavering authenticity and thoughtfulness about our company's vested interests. Ultimately, an exceptional Actor/Actress should remain culturally literate and keenly responsive to feedback.
Role Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Record prepared financial and client spotlight content as requested by Marketing Director
- Cover all predetermined talking points
- Be open to feedback about delivering content
- Adhere to all other agreed-upon sponsorship guidelines
- Convey authentic enthusiasm throughout each publication
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with well-honed marketing abilities
- An amicable, authoritative, and culturally aware disposition
- An authentic personality

Working here:
The GreenGrowth CPAs team is composed of perpetual learners, constant collaborators, and driven owners. We’re a CPA firm gone modern: we are mostly remote and espouse people-first principles that aim to provide an amazing employee experience and dynamic company culture. We’re small, so our employees have an immediate and measurable impact on the company’s direction, operations, and our clients’ businesses. The way we work is infused with a high level of trust and autonomy: we hire folks who take initiative and let them run with their ideas.
We’re excited about people who are missionary, values-driven, and interested in this dynamic and growing industry we’re serving. If being a part of this phenomenal opportunity to work in cannabis finance interests you, we’d love to hear from you!
