Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Laboratory Technician who shares our passion for quality medicine for patients who need them. The Laboratory Technician assists with operating the facility’s extraction equipment, utilizing processing protocols and strategy, and day to day production. Or 3. graduated from a one-year post high school certificate program in automotive or diesel repair technology** AND two years of experience as described above.
Important: You must indicate on your application the capacity and/or weight of the types of equipment you have experience either repairing or inspecting. You must also indicate that you have the required one-year experience with antilock brake systems.

Duties Description
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect the mechanical condition of buses, heavy duty trucks, vans, suburbans, station wagons and other commercial vehicles.
- Perform post-accidents inspections, testify at hearings when required and keep records and submitted reports of inspections.
- Enforce driver, vehicle and hazardous materials regulations.
- Perform duties independently without direct supervision and be responsible for scheduling your own work and adhering to your own timetable. However, workload will be assigned by the supervisor.
- May be required to inspect other bus inspection areas.
This position requires extensive daily travel within an assigned geographic area. You will be required to operate a motor vehicle or otherwise demonstrate the capacity to meet the transportation needs of the job. You must possess a driver's license valid in New York State at the time of appointment and continuously thereafter. Field work and travel expenses are reimbursed on a fixed schedule.
The selected candidate must pass a physical/medical examination prior to appointment.

Position Overview: Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care in all stages of life-cycle cannabis growth to include germination, vegetative, flowering and harvest. The Technician journals, monitors and tracks all observations in the company’s software tracking system in compliance with our client's processes and state regulations.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and using hand tools and gardening tools.
- Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.

Duties Description
- Plan and conduct investigations to identify illegal activities designed to evade the requirements of New York State Tax Law by using effective organizational skills, tact, and diplomacy while performing with the highest level of integrity.
- Apply knowledge of investigative principals and techniques to obtain evidence of tax crimes which can be used in court and administrative proceedings.
- Familiarity with NYS Tax, Penal and Criminal Procedure Laws as applied to criminal tax investigations.
- Write detailed narrative reports of investigative activities and make appropriate updates to the case management system while maintaining a case load.
- Utilize Dept. databases to identify, locate, interview, and interrogate individuals related to investigations.
- Issue appropriate forms of legal process, including subpoenas, criminal summonses, and desk appearance tickets.
- Testify in court and administrative hearings as to investigations and results.
- Provide investigative support to prosecutors during trial preparation and proceedings.
- Conduct regulatory inspections and associated paperwork.
- Prepare tactical plans.
- Apply for and execute search warrants.
- Appropriately carry, safeguard, maintain, qualify with, and -if necessary- use Department-issued firearm.
- Safely operate Department vehicles in accordance with all policies and applicable laws.
- Adhere to and comply with Dept. and Division policies, including attendance and leave rules, outside employment and personal weapons ownership.
- Successfully and timely complete all mandatory and assigned training.
- Act as team member, working with other investigators, auditors, and legal staff on assigned investigations.
- Interact with others in a respectful, honest, clear, and culturally aware manner.

Summer work schedule will be 10 hours day, however during the S&I season shift work may be required.

Duties Description
A Bridge Repair Assistant performs a variety of semi-skilled maintenance and repair activities, in a combination of trades associated with bridge repair and maintenance. The following are only examples of the type of work performed and should not be considered an all-inclusive list of the activities and assignments, which can be found in the Highway Maintenance Operational Guidelines. Cuts steel plates and bars, using chemtane cutting equipment, according to layout, design and instructions and grinds edge of material to base metal to provide necessary base for welding. Manufactures wooden building forms for concrete work according to directions. Operates concrete mixers and makes proper mixture according to use, e.g., patching deck holes or replacing deteriorated concrete on structural members. Sets up sand blasting equipment, tends equipment during operation and adds sand as necessary. Using hand tools, scrapes scaling and deteriorated paint from structural steel and paints steel with primer and proper overcoat. Repairs decks & joints by removing old material with hand/power tools and jackhammers, and places new concrete materials. Operates a variety of highway equipment such as dump trucks, patching machines, rollers, etc. used in bridge repair and maintenance operations.
Candidates will be required to work Winter Maintenance performing Snow & Ice removal activities. Candidates will be required to be included in the department’s written respiratory protection program.
Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations

Position Overview:
The Production Technician is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the management team and SOPs. These responsibilities include trimming, assembling completed product materials into various containers and packages as well as ensuring that the appropriate quantity, weight, and type of product is packaged. This position works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity and acts with professional regard to the management and use of all production facilities and processing equipment. - Assists in the post-harvest plant processing of medical cannabis.

Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the Department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.

Duties Description
A Bridge Repair Assistant performs a variety of semi-skilled maintenance and repair activities, in a combination of trades associated with bridge repair and maintenance. The following are only examples of the type of work performed and should not be considered an all-inclusive list of the activities and assignments, which can be found in the Highway Maintenance Operational Guidelines. Cuts steel plates and bars, using chemtane cutting equipment, according to layout, design and instructions and grinds edge of material to base metal to provide necessary base for welding. Manufactures wooden building forms for concrete work according to directions. Operates concrete mixers and makes proper mixture according to use, e.g., patching deck holes or replacing deteriorated concrete on structural members. Sets up sand blasting equipment, tends equipment during operation and adds sand as necessary. Using hand tools, scrapes scaling and deteriorated paint from structural steel and paints steel with primer and proper overcoat. Repairs decks & joints by removing old material with hand/power tools and jackhammers, and places new concrete materials. Operates a variety of highway equipment such as dump trucks, patching machines, rollers, etc. used in bridge repair and maintenance operations.
Candidates will be required to work Winter Maintenance performing Snow & Ice removal activities. Candidates will be required to be included in the department’s written respiratory protection program.

The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to direct and manage the dispensing of cannabis products to the patients of our [CITY] dispensary. In this role, you'll serve as the onsite medical authority, ensuring patients receive correct dosage along with a healthy amount of education and counseling. - Pharmacists shall be in-store at all times during their scheduled shift to allow for dispensation of cannabis products.
- Responsible for securing coverage for any time off (paid time off or unpaid time off). Schedule changes shall be communicated with dispensary managers in advance and expected to follow fair scheduling practices.
- Assess patient certification to monitor for restrictions and where appropriate help patients to determine best course of treatment.

Position Overview:
The Supervisor, Retail Operations (the “Supervisor) is responsible for assisting the Manager with interfacing, consulting with qualified patient and caregiver and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Supervisor oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control as directed by the Manager.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations ensures compliance with all Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education in the absence of the Manager and as directed.
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations provides management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations manages patient specific logs as required, the receipt, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate records using BioTrackTHC, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations is responsible for the development of the Dispensing Facility’s privacy policies and procedures, the security and confidentiality of all patient information, as well as overall compliance with HIPAA.
- This position acts as a liaison internally between all staff, dispensary management team and the Manager, and externally between the Dispensing Facility and law enforcement, Commissioner of Health, and the local community.
- Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established and safety procedures.
- Establishes methods to follows the operating plan in compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program, maintaining records required by public health law and ensures quality assurance plans, including but limited to plans to detect, identify and prevent dispensing errors related to product packaging and labeling.
- Manages and implements policies and procedures for any retesting of returned approved medical marijuana products, storage and disposal and meeting reporting requirements for adverse events and product recall.
- This position is responsible for assisting with implementing and maintaining security systems for tracking, record keeping, record retention and surveillance related to all product at every stage of, storage, delivery, transporting, and distribution.
- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.
- Implement HR policies and programs in support of company initiatives. Direct all compliance efforts for the company to minimize risk.
- Ensure job descriptions for all positions are accurate and current.

Summary of Position:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview:
The Manager, Pharmaceutical Production is responsible for all manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling activities relating to the production of medical cannabis pharmaceuticals for New York state. Applicants should have a supervisory background with relevant experience, be process oriented, safety conscious and focused on compliance, along with having strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Develop and support a high performing production department with accountability for schedule, quality, engagement, training, safety, and compliance.
- Direct activities within the group to meet daily / weekly / monthly production goals.
- Supervise manufacturing & packaging personnel, assuring timely performance feedback, accurate timekeeping, and adherence with company policies.
- Track production and inventory status, from formulated materials through finished goods, on a daily basis.
- Prep samples for delivery to testing labs; prep orders for delivery to internal dispensaries and to external wholesale customers.
- Write/update SOPs and Work Instructions for existing and new products.
- Know how to operate all key pharmaceutical machinery, labelers, fillers, pumps, counters, balances, etc.
- Train personnel (pharmaceutical GMPs, SOPs, and general operations).
- Troubleshoot equipment problems; assist maintenance manager with implementation of PM programs in operations.
- Assure cleanliness and contamination control standards are maintained.
- Assist plant schedulers with determination of what should be done and when.
- Work with the supply chain manager to set up and manage a raw material warehousing area and process.
- Develop and execute department metrics, goals, and improvement projects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects that provide annual cost savings.
- Perform audits and resolve quality audit observations.
- Write exception reports, CAPAs, change controls, APR’s, protocols, etc.
