Trimming cannabis is a very detail-oriented and repetitive job. It requires passion for the industry, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow direction very closely. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trimming different strains of cannabis efficiently and in a timely manner with repetitive hand motions. Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while performing trimmings.
- You must be able to lift up to fifty pounds, and you must be willing to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Clean up before and after processing.
- Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
- Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
SKILLS
Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.
MUST have experience trimming.
Familiarity with warehouse procedures.
Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.

We are looking to add a Provisioning Center Retail Manager to our team. This individual should have significant cannabis industry experience and will consult with the District Retail Manager. This individual will be in charge of managing the employees as well as making sure the store runs smoothly on a day to day basis. This includes if there are any problems with patients, products or employees. The manager is in charge of handling all issues in a calm and respectful manner. This individual should have extensive retail management experience. MUST be able to work 55 hours a week (5 days open to close) AND have extensive cannabis knowledge.
Duties:
- Make sure employees stay busy and productive during their shifts.
- Make sure products are ordered to keep up inventory levels.
- Input daily sales in system and keep track of all money incoming and outgoing from the store.
- Build a relationship with vendors for easy communication as well as set up events with them, such as vendor days.

The packager position reports directly to the packing manager and is primarily responsible for packing the company product for delivery to the medicinal marijuana dispensaries. The packager must be able to complete repetitive tasks at a fast-paced without error and be compliant with OSHA and state regulations.

- Spends 100% of their time in packaging functions, printing labels, applying stickers, etc.
