JOB FUNCTION
Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, The General Manager will execute on the GMF strategic plan of retail operations, analyze the performance, and provide feedback to leadership. The GM is ultimately responsible for the staff’s overall adherence to retail Standard Operating Procedures, CCC Regulation and employee policies.

Position Overview
The Repository Technician will be responsible for completing daily laboratory tasks that are essential to the hemp tissue culture repository operations as assigned by the Laboratory Manager. These tasks include: media preparation, plant culture induction, subcultures, sample management, performing genetic analysis, culture health assessment, general cleaning, accurate experiment notation, and in some cases, training of laboratory interns. The Repository Technician will work closely with the Repository Manager and Repository Team to ensure all goals are met, all protocols and equipment in the laboratory are functioning properly, and the laboratory remains clean. The laboratory technician will also be encouraged to actively participate and conduct independent and guided research as it relates to the company's R&D goals.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Ensure that media is prepared precisely and appropriately stored. Follow internal QC and logging procedures to ensure accuracy of processes, formulations, labels, etc.
- Perform essential in vitro culturing tasks, such as explant induction, subculturing of stock materials, and any other tasks assigned by the Repository Manager.
- Follow the plant production schedule established by the Repository Manager to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict cleanliness, sterility, and organization of tissue culture laboratory areas.
- Follow lab entry/exit protocols and PPE standards.
- Keep efficient and accurate laboratory notes and records for reporting, analysis of performance, and compliance purposes.

The Repository Technician will be encouraged to define, explore, and investigate improvements to existing laboratory workflows and products as time allows from main duties. - Measuring and reporting performance metrics and criteria with respect to cloning, potting, defoliation, IPM, and other activities in cultivation
- Works with Cultivation Leads to reduce labor costs by increasing workplace efficiencies
- Identifies and secures new tools, equipment and items needed to implement new techniques and processes
- Drives improvement in cultivation by promoting new cultivation techniques and methodologies (i.e., crop steering)
- Helps VP of Cultivation to do quarterly budget analysis and labor costs statistics and makes changes to processes as necessary
- Ensure facility is compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal workplace regulations
- Provide insight and communicate on Facility & Maintenance related matters to ensure the cultivation facility is operating for uninterrupted production and efficiency improvements. Identify, lead, and develop talent to maximize individual, team, and organizational effectiveness to meet company goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture is preferred. Degrees in other disciplines are acceptable in conjunction with suitable experience and accomplishments
Minimum Experience:
- We're looking for a strong professional with a background in horticulture or agriculture
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the cannabis industry as a Cultivation Manager
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and supervising a team
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of cannabis plants, diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options

JOB FUNCTION
Position Summary: Cultivation Production Associate is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's postproduction operations from harvest to packaging. Cultivation Production Associates are guided by the Post-Harvest Manager.
Responsibilities:
Trim / Post Processing - buck fresh harvest material, dry material, prep dry room for next round, and hand trim.
Separate and track cannabis buds, trim, stems, and plant material wasted
Accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains
Maintain the cleanliness of work areas daily.
Processing and packaging all cultivated cannabis products as required
Adhere to stringent labeling guidelines under CCC requirements
Training on and safely using trimming and packaging equipment
Maintain the packaging equipment for daily use, including cleaning and general equipment troubleshooting
Complete checks on calibration and operation of trim equipment, bulk packaging equipment; cleaning of rooms and equipment between strains
Assist with general work required to maintain production standards and quality of worksite;
CPAs will, from time to time, assist the Cultivation team with various aspects of the grow rooms including:
Support the harvest prep, harvest plants, defan / hang plants to dry, and reload benches
Pot / Transplant – conduct potting, transplanting, and transferring of plants.
Harvest plants according to the guidelines of Cultivation Management
Prune Vegetative and Flowering Plants - top and prune plants consistent with company policy to achieve a hygienic garden and better overall yields.

JOB FUNCTION
Position Summary: Senior Inventory Technician is responsible for pulling all dispensary / retail requested product from inventory to fill each product request and provide to Guest Services Associates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all cannabis and non-cannabis retail inventory tracking systems and update every morning and evening. Notify Production and Compliance Management of any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner and within CCC regulatory requirements.
- Communicating with internal Procurement Team to receive invoices, test results, and necessary information to prep for a delivery.
- Receiving inventory in METRC and Leaf Logix (Point of Sale software).
- Secure storage of product and organization/cleanliness of the vault.
- Inventory audits; being able to find discrepancies and solving them.
- Solving Leaf Logix and METRC integration errors.

- Regular inventory product audits
