About the role:
We're hiring industry leading Associate / Site Construction Managers to lead complex national and global farm deployments. Business Overview:

- Responsible for retail and wholesale revenue reconciliations
- Prepare monthly journal entries & requisite support
- All entries related to sales including inventory and costs of goods sold adjustments
- Royalty calculations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reporting
Audit support and preparation:
- Main participatory role in the Company’s year-end audit process
- Prepare supporting documentation and schedules as requested
- Follow up with audit vendor when they have questions
- Assist with preparation and referencing of GAAP/IFRS documentation
Inventory Management:
- Work to ensure smooth, accurate flow of inventory and related transactions
- Ensure proper valuation of inventory and costs of goods sold at period end
- Perform monthly reconciliations and prepare monthly to/from inventory entry
- Assist with setting and tracking value stream costing
- Prepare supporting documentation and schedules as requested
Other Business-critical tasks:
- Maintain accurate fixed asset register, including leases
- Accounts Payable tasks including coding of invoices and weekly payment runs
- Assist with payroll journal entries as needed
- Ensure sales tax payable is properly accrued for at period end, and paid each month
- Ensure compliance with various community benefit agreements
- Perform additional accounting, financial and other duties as assigned
- Prepare the monthly sales report for banking requirements
Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
- BS or BA degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA required
- At least two Two to five years of experience in public accounting; exposure to manufacturing/retail a plus
- Knowledge of finance and accounting, including GAAP / IFRS, inventory management, and budgeting
- Familiarity and experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks accounting platforms a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office office suite
- High technological literacy; experience Experience with general ledger/ERP systems a plus
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional memory and excruciating attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
