Distribution and Fulfillment Manager
*Summary Of Position
This position is directly in charge of all Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Inventory, CPG Fulfillment, and Bulk Extract Fulfillment of Bear Extraction House products. This title will help Bear Distribution grow in the Northern California markets, assess positive and negative ventures, and ensure prompt logistics of all outgoing orders. This position is directly responsible for all cannabis material and facility management of Japow, LLC.**Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the inventory control of all cannabis goods intaken on Japow, LLC’s premises.
- Responsible for facilitating testing and quality control of all cannabis products.
- Responsible for the destruction of all designated cannabis products.
- Responsible for the quality control of all outgoing orders, both CPG and Bulk Sales.
- Responsible for ensuring Metrc audits are conducted weekly and investigating discrepancies.
- Responsible for facility management of all of Suite 8.
- Responsible for making necessary improvements to workflow, inventory management, and personnel in Fulfillment.
- Responsible for planning the respective vehicle routes which includes route optimization, driver management, and follow through with completed deliveries.

You will be expected to negotiate and close your own deals with your accounts. We understand you may carry other brands, but we are looking for professionals who are willing to dedicate their efforts to introduce our brands to key areas including the Bay Area, Los Angeles and San Diego.

As a Controller, you’ll monitor the company’s financial status, review quarterly and annual budgets and manage accounting transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with risk management. Ultimately, you’ll make sure we comply with accounting regulations, maximize profits and mitigate risks. Cannabis experience a plus.

We are looking for an experienced CFO. Interested candidates should have 10+ years of Finance and Accounting experience, including M&A experience. We prefer candidates with portfolio management, capital raises, investor management, and manufacturing and sales environment experience.

Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The CFO:
- works collaboratively with the Executive Team to identify opportunities to increase the value of the company through partnership, investment, mergers and acquisitions; and

- Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies.
