The Pharmacistat Curaleaf is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, leading the management & development of the dispensary staff and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols in the absence of the Dispensary Manager.

- Organize and lead guest tours, and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, politicians and professionals in the community that we serve
- Provide ongoing education and outreach programs relating to medical cannabis for the benefit of member patients
- Coordinate on the success of promotions, coupon and recommend future promotions and sales
- Measure customer satisfaction through surveys and interviews
- Responsible for the preparation of content for all educational materials and presentations
Cannabis knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effects
- Understand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of delivery
Qualifications:
- Certified Registered Connecticut State Pharmacist
- Pharmacy experience a plus

Curaleaf NY is seeking a Part Time Dispensary Associate who will be responsible for ensuring each Curaleaf patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure members' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patient depending on their individual needs.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to patients clearly and effectively.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related work as required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required
- Must be 21 years old
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computing skills

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, the Assistant Store Manager in Training oversees the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. This position assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the dispensary manager.
The Assistant Store Manager in Training will have an extensive and strong retail background. They will improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, and supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets and offers assistance to patients with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to patients' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise.
- Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed.
- Willing to travel to other locations for training and/or coverage

- Assigns daily operational responsibilities and tasks and sets expectations for store team members and assistant managers.

- Bachelor's Degree prior to position start date or High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 year of retail supervisory experience.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, weekend, and holiday hours.

We are a small but mighty startup at a very early stage. We are mostly part-time haulers and mushroom growers who are the core of what we do. We pick up food waste in Manhattan and Brooklyn and transport it to our facility in Queens. We work our magic to grow mushrooms from that waste. We box the mushrooms and then transport them to restaurants and distribution centers throughout NYC.

The Pharmacist Manager at Curaleaf is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, leading the management & development of the dispensary staff and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols in the absence of the Dispensary Manager.

The Security Officer works within Curaleaf's Security Team and is responsible for ensuring company facilities, employees, patients and products are well secured in accordance with established procedures and policies. The Security Officer is responsible for conducting security checks, viewing security monitors, and reporting significant problems to authorities, state regulators and Company leaders assigned as first point of contact. The Security Officer will also complete scheduled security reports and assist company personnel with special needs as needed. The Security Officer reports to the Director of Security.
Responsibilities
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment
- Inspecting building, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
- Responsible for managing employee access cards by activating new key cards and deactivating key cards when employees terminate from the company; setting proper access controls based on employee's role
- Participates in routine safety equipment checks to ensure security equipment is functioning properly and is regularly maintained, following manufacturer's instructions
- Inspects and adjusts security systems, equipment and machinery as needed to ensure operational use and detect evidence of tampering; troubleshoots malfunctions, calling for repairs as needed; evaluates new equipment and techniques
- Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of employees, visitors, vendors and other persons, asking for appropriate documentation and/or authorization in order to stop suspicious people and guard against theft and maintaining security of premises
- Investigates and reports disturbances, hazards, and suspicious activities to local police for correction actions
- Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as security / surveillance equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences in a timely and accurate manner and within established protocols and guidelines
- Ensures reports, records and other documentation is accurate, complete, timely and in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Maintains company's stability and reputation by complying with local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Receives necessary information from onsite dispensary security guard pertaining to events that transpired during the shift
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years prior experience as a safety or security professional, law enforcement or military experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible FT/PT work schedule
- Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively
- Formal training in non-violent communication, conflict de-escalation and/or assertiveness
- Proven surveillance skills, attentive to detail
- Proactive in auditing security issues on a daily basis
- Knowledge of security equipment and devices and the operation thereof
- Demonstrated ability to implement security and safety procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff, patients and the public
- Assist in bank drops
- Training and certification in First Aid, and CPR preferred

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is responsible for the coordination and administration of The ReLeaf-V clinical trial under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer and the Principal Investigator. The CRC will develop, implement, and coordinate research and administrative procedures for the successful management of The ReLeaf-V clinical trial. The CRC will perform diverse administrative duties requiring analysis, sound judgment, the ability to work with patients from diverse backgrounds in a remote capacity and a high level of knowledge of study specific protocols.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administratively and clinically manage The ReLeaf-V clinical trial
- Adhere to research SOP’s
- Effectively utilize all required software including research databases, patient databases, and medical cannabis product ordering sites
- Adhere to Good Clinical Practice and the study protocols
- Communicate effectively with and meet all set deadlines as dictated by the Investigational Review Board and Data Safety Monitoring Committee
- Ensure scientific integrity of data and protect the rights, safety, and well-being of patients enrolled in clinical trials
- Discuss study protocols with patients and verify the informed consent documentation
- Provide patient with written communication of their participation (i.e. copy of the signed informed consent)
- Meet with patients for all study visits and maintain accessibility to discuss any questions/concerns regarding the study
- Dispense study medication in a professional and accountable manner following protocol requirements
- Schedule all patient research visits and procedures consistent with protocol requirements
- Complete and maintain adverse events and protocol deviation report forms per customary guidelines
- Administer questionnaires and titration evaluations per study protocols
- Ensure that all adverse events (non-serious and serious) are properly documented and reported to the clinical team and IRB
- Ensure the filing and maintenance of all participant paper charts
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum two years of experience in a related healthcare position, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience with clinical trials desired
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret information from professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from physicians, staff and patients
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and the regulations necessary for the protection of human subjects and the conduct of clinical research required.
- Able to function effectively in a team setting
- Needs to demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other health care professionals.
- Travel to any of the other Vireo Health locations may be necessary upon request.

The Medical Marijuana Home Delivery Personnel position is responsible for distribution of medical marijuana products to patients in a safe and secure manner.*

Basic Qualifications*
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19*
- Must be 21 years or older, with a High School diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid New York State Driver’s License.
- Must submit a clean driving record (MVR abstract) when applying.
- No serious traffic offenses or accidents in the past four (4) years.
- No minor traffic offense in the past two (2) years.
- Delivery Driver or Courier experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills to provide change to patients
- Must be fluent in English with the ability to read and understand printed regulations, written orders, and instructions.

- Comfortable communicating directly with our patients both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to maintain poise and self-control under stress.

- Must be able to delivery medicine to multiple locations and stand or walk for part of the day.
- Tech-Savvy: basic computer skills (including knowledge of Microsoft Office) and iPhone/Android functionality and applications.
- Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen.
- A criminal background check will be conducted before and all Felony convictions are automatic disqualifications. Must not have a history of substance abuse, domestic violence, or any theft/fraud related acts.
- In-state travel is required daily as part of work duties in company provided vehicles.
- Union position offering a benefit package including Healthcare and accrued Vacation days.
