Summary
Our
Facilities Specialist is responsible for making sure that our buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Facilities Specialists are accountable for services such as safety, security, preventative and reactionary maintenance to ensure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. They are responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings so that they meet health and safety standards, including Wyld Food Safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with equipment and facility repairs and monitor equipment performance
- Maintain adequate equipment inventory
- Maintain facility grounds
- Navigate and utilize CMMS platform for tracking, logging, and completion of all tasks
- Vehicle Maintenance Track and document all vehicle maintenance (oil changes, coolant, tire pressure, battery life, lights etc.), changes and additions
- Perform or schedule repairs Consistently and regularly test and check all systems, fluids, hardware and software
- Report safety and quality concerns regarding warehouse facility, equipment, and inventory to supervisor and/or manager
- Assist in performing repairs, upgrades, and maintenance for buildings and equipment including, but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, plastering, drywalling, plumbing, and HVAC repair work
- Meet with team daily, weekly and monthly to assess departmental and personal quota goals

Qualifications

Assistant Production Specialist - Cannabis Manufacturing Kitchen

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for assisting the Production Specialist in Oil Inventory and other staff with ingredient preparation, production, production clean-up, area setup, product packaging, cleaning and dishwashing. Will work primarily in the production of certain wellness products and assist with other products. Must work well with other production staff to complete daily production tasks. Follows directives of the Wellness Production Lead.
POSSIBLE JOB DUTIES (not limited to)
- Daily production functions incl. prepping, cleaning, mixing, and portioning products
- Accurately records and labels daily production
- Check in and put away deliveries in storeroom/fridge/freezer as needed
- Perform heavy cleaning, such as ovens, equipment, etc, when needed
- Ensure dishes and posts and pans are washed after shift, when needed
- Sweep, mop area, general cleaning
- Attend applicable meetings
- Follow supervisor instructions and order of daily production
- Perform other duties as required
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Work experience in food services/production preferred
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to measure ingredients accurately
- Basic knowledge of production equipment
- Ability to understand and carry out directions
- Proper sanitation knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Maintain valid Colorado MED issued badge
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this job, you may frequently be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear and occasionally required to climb stairs/ladders; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste or smell. You will frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. You must make your supervisor aware of any allergies. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and is occasionally loud. WORKING SITUATIONS
Requires some variable hours and on call response after regular business hours to meet the needs of the business. Requires some weekend, holiday and evening work for events or the ability to arrange coverage. These times include but are not limited to; holidays, fundraisers, events, etc.

Security Specialist must also ensure the facility is secured at all times and follow all safety and security SOP's.
This Position requires you to be in direct contact with everyone entering and exiting the facilities. Must be a (People Person) with great communication skills and the ability to work in a high traffic and fast paced environment.

Currently we are recruiting for a Production Specialist Position.
The Production Specialist ensures that all product is manufactured in accordance with standard operating procedures and ensures that all products meet the company's quality standards while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while in timely communication with production team members.
A day in the life for this position may include responsibilities like:
- Making cannabis edible confections varying from chocolates to gumdrops managing candy cooks, depositing product into molds and other duties as needed
- Supporting packaging and inventory management efforts with task ranging from stickering to boxing and counting
- Partnering with a team of cannabis confection professionals to compete the production plan by following scheduling and assignments, accomplishing work tasks, and following established priorities
- Following all written work instruction including but not limited to product recipes and formulas, Standard Operating Procedures, checklists, and other instructions as needed
- Assisting in maintaining the inventory of raw ingredients, work in process, and finished product

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms
- Familiarity with cannabis tracking systems and various operational technology platforms
The important requirements for this role include:
- All cannabis industry employees must be age 21 or older and hold or obtain a valid OLCC Marijuana Handler's permit
- Candidates must have an up-to-date Food Handlers Card
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel daily in retail and production environments that include concrete or other hard-surface floors and, in some instances, staircases
- Ability to push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times daily
- Ability to maintain focus and memory in environments with distractions such as heavy foot traffic, background noise due to public conversations and the gathering of people, etc.

Job Description
This role is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for all customers. They are is responsible for compliance with all policy and procedures and all other operational objectives of the business., as well as executing visual standards and presentation needs to customer requirements, product performance, along with sales and marketing objectives. Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)

- Maintain a clean and organized point of sale area.
- This role is required to assist and/or perform other duties as assigned, as well as in other functions of the operation, including but not limited to: call center, inventory, outreach, security, delivery acceptance, delivery, and visual merchandising.
- Dependent upon the state and/or location, this position may be required to hold a current driver's license and maintain a good driving record.

Qualifications

Duties Description
Under the direction of their assigned Program Specialist 2 (Cannabis), the incumbents of these positions will be working closely with the Surveillance and Regulatory Compliance units and will be responsible for oversight for licensing and permit applications and renewals to establish the licensing program within the Operations/Licensing Unit.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with OCM counsel and management on the more difficult licensing issues.
- Analyze operations to ensure work flows smoothly and is performed accurately, timely and in accordance with rules and procedures.
- Develop and write procedures to deal with legislative and policy changes and implement them through subordinate supervisors.
- Reassign work and staff as necessary to meet goals and evaluate application trends to determine necessary staff and workload assignments.

Candy packers wrap candies and insert them into pouches, containers, Boxes. This is completed by hand or with the use of automated packaging equipment.
California METRC experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities

Process/Technology
- Operates packaging and Labeling equipment including Flow Wrappers, Pouching machines, heat shrink tunnels, and labeling machines.
- Maintains full compliance with state regulations with respect to evaluation, handling, storage, transferring, and tracking of products.
- Maintains effective inventory organization and best practices.
- Confirms accurate counts, quality, and quantities of product prior to transferring to distribution.
- Maintains an operationally ready storage and packaging area within the posted hours of operation, at all times.
- Supports management team in implementing company programs by working directly with the packaging team to execute action plans that meet operational and organization objectives.
- Always keeps work area clean and organized.
- Performs other related duties as requested by the company.

is seeking two Environmental & Cannabis Laboratory Assessors, one limited duration and one permanent, to assess environmental and cannabis testing laboratories for regulatory compliance.
What will you do?
As an Environmental & Cannabis Laboratory Assessor, you will perform the following duties:

Perform microbiology, chemistry, and quality systems assessments of environmental and Cannabis testing laboratories to determine compliance with the TNI Standard as implemented through ORELAP, federal, state, and local rules and regulations pertaining to environmental laboratories.

Perform document reviews of environmental laboratory testing methods, analyze data records and quality system documentation to determine compliance with the TNI Standard as implemented through ORELAP, federal, state, and local rules and regulations.

Assign the severity of laboratory deficiencies cited and monitor corrective actions that are implemented to settle instances of non-compliance.

Develop program goals, objectives, and action plans with program staff and inter-agency partners.

Participate in the national TNI consensus standards development.

Formulate ORELAP policies and procedures that reflect the TNI Standards.

Laboratories that are assessed may be in or out-of-state and often require overnight travel.

Act as backup to the ORELAP manager to prepare invoices and certificates, add tests/analytes to the ORELAP database, and prepare assessment reports

What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in chemistry or microbiology or a related natural science degree AND three years of experience in an environmental or cannabis laboratory or a related facility that included compliance testing;
OR
Five years of experience doing administrative research in an environmental or cannabis laboratory or a related field that included compiling and evaluating facts to recommend management action or decide compliance or eligibility with program guidelines and regulations. Three of the five years must be above the technical support level;

Duties/Responsibilities/Task
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on irrigation, cultivation, production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems (to provide a continuous supply of heat, cooling, electrical, power, gas, or air required for operations).
- Readily available for emergency repairs in breakdown situations.
- Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Stay up to date on new products, equipment, technology and techniques.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

- Follow all required work safe practices. This would include lockout-tagout requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Formal Engineering/Maintenance Training desired.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility, preferably cannabis or food and beverage industry, AND
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with one or more technical experiences: Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC and HVAC. AND
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on a variety of equipment including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control and packaging equipment.
- Ability to inspect equipment, recognize potential problems and independently take appropriate corrective action to prevent component failures or equipment down time.
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Your opportunity at a glance:
The WSLCB is committed to implement a successful statewide Cannabis Social Equity Program. The goals of the Program are to increase the number of licenses held by social equity applicants from disproportionately impacted areas, and reduce barriers to entry into the cannabis industry for those most adversely impacted from the historical application and enforcement of cannabis prohibition laws.
The Social Equity Case Manager will take a pro-active approach in support of diversity, equity, inclusion and will actively lead the work of the Social Equity Program. This effort will include participating, developing effective dialogue, showing commitment to change through actions, and building trust through transparency.
The Social Equity Case Manager will report directly to the Senior Policy and Education Manager in the WSLCB’s Licensing Division. The position will support the agency’s commitment by:
- Administering the statewide Social Equity Program according to the statutes (RCW 69.50.335) and rules by:
- Development and implementation of internal business processes, policies and procedures;
- Evaluating program needs, measures and successes; and
- Facilitating conversations with appropriate agency staff, legislative bodies, stakeholders, and the community.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with community members, social equity applicants and licensees, Social Equity in Cannabis Task Force Members, local governments and other stakeholders.
- Serving as the WSLCB liaison for social equity applicants and licensees navigating regulatory processes, by providing assistance answering questions, sharing resources, and fostering a positive agency experience for applicants, licensees, and community members.
- Leading and coordinating educational outreach activities.

Duties
Some of the duties you will perform are:
Administer the statewide Cannabis Social Equity Program.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with community members, local governments and other stakeholders related to the program.
- Lead efforts to establish program standards and identify areas for program development.
- Coordinate with WSLCB Divisions to ensure consistent communication and business processes with program activities.
- Participate in Social Equity in Cannabis Task Force Meetings as the program expert, providing information to the Task Force as needed about licensing questions, processes, data, and program activities.
- Attend meetings and/or conferences as the program representative.
- Develop and manage contracts necessary to implement the program in consultation with the WSLCB’s Contract’s Team.
- Develop, track and report on program activities through presentations and written reports, including program measures, successes, needs.
- Coordinate with the Department of Commerce Technical Assistance Grant Program to inform social equity applicants about available resources.
Serve as a liaison for social equity applicants and licensees navigating regulatory processes.
- Provide assistance by answering questions, sharing resources, and fostering a positive agency experience with applicants, licensees, and community members.
- Review third-party recommendations and issue preliminary approval letters to social equity applicants.
- Evaluate needs for social equity applicants and develop trainings and/or resources.
- Connect with local governments and act as a liaison for social equity applicants navigating through the licensing processing.
- Work collaboratively with agency staff, social equity applicants and licensees and other necessary parties to resolve inequities as it relates to the licensing process.
Lead and coordinate outreach activities for social equity applicants and licensees, outside organizations, associations and other stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate educational materials and resources for the social equity applicants and licensees.
- Conduct educational workshops or conferences including preparing and delivering speeches and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on desired deliverables.
- Facilitate feedback from community members, social equity applicants, and licenses, and use feedback to inform process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in related field
AND
- Four years of experience in a related field including planning, policy analysis, coordination and consultation with a variety of public and private agencies, organizations, and/or levels of government, including experience implementing equity and inclusion programs, working in and with diverse and historically underserved communities and/or leading change initiatives within an organization.
OR
- Master’s degree in related field
AND
- Two years of experience in a related field including planning, policy analysis, coordination and consultation with a variety of public and private agencies, organizations, and/or levels of government, including experience implementing equity and inclusion programs, working in and with diverse and historically underserved communities and/or leading change initiatives within an organization.
OR
- Additional experience in the areas listed above can be substituted year for year for the education requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a program focused on DEI.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in program design, development, management, and evaluation.
- Experience in an organization with a social justice focus.
- Experience serving as representative on multi-agency DEI related committees.
- Experience with positive organizational culture change.

Job Description
The Cannabis Sales Consultant (CSC) is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for all customers. The CSC will promote a positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant work environment This position is accountable for executing initiatives that achieve all hospitality goals at the retail PharmaCann location.

Our client a fast growing Cannabis company is looking for aSocial Media and Copywriter Specialistto support the Marketing team on all initiatives executing marketing campaigns for all brands both nationally and locally. This role will be full time remote but will need to work Eastern Standard time hours.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social media for all brands, content development,creation of assets, post copywriting, channel strategy
- Understand data and insights in order to deliver data-driven results
- Build and lead measurement social media plan
- Ensure that content on brand, serves brands communities, drives engagement and generates results
- Copy writing for all local market assets, patient outreach product sell sheets,and press for product releases
- Working knowledge of graphic design software, such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing software would be helpful
- Ability to juggle multiple brand and corresponding projects
- Process and track campaigns
- Intimate knowledge of a social media management tool, such as Sprout Social
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field of study
- 2+ years in a Marketing role (agency or in-house) design background helpful
- Impeccable written and verbal communications skill, Writing test will be required
- Flexibility in schedule may include some evenings and weekends
- Strong understanding of the cannabis landscape and markets

San Luis Obispo County Planning and Building Department is seeking an individual who can perform a variety of routine and complex assignments in the interpretation and enforcement of cannabis-related State and local codes, rules and regulations.
This position will be responsible for bringing administrative enforcement actions before an administrative hearing (i.e., investigation, case preparation, and presenting at the administrative hearing), responding to complaints, as well as proactively performing property inspections and investigations, working closely with constituents to assist them and attain compliance with county ordinances in a positive and helpful manner, attend neighborhood and advisory council meetings to educate the public about county codes, code violations and code enforcement procedures, and respond to questions about neighborhood concerns and issues.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is one who is dedicated to exceptional public and customer service, land stewardship, personal integrity, respect, professionalism and innovation. Prior cannabis-related code enforcement, law enforcement and/or planning experience is preferred, as is relevant work experience in the areas of illegal cannabis abatement, civil action, court proceedings, cannabis identification and testing, permitting and compliance.
The successful candidate has the ability to form and maintain effective relationships with the residents of our community, coworkers and elected and appointed officials and representatives.
Education and Experience:
Resource Protection Specialist I: Either A: completion of two years of schooling from an accredited college in natural resource management, city and regional planning, environmental studies, criminal justice, police science or related field; OR B: two years performing code enforcement related work consisting of the evaluation or inspection of violations of laws, codes or ordinances in a public agency; OR C: three years of experience in technical planning work, natural resource management (if non-enforcement related work), or performing building inspection activities in a public agency.
Resource Protection Specialist II: The above, plus one year of experience in a public agency in the investigation and enforcement of building, planning or zoning ordinances, environmental protection laws, or related regulations.
Resource Protection Specialist III: The above, plus a minimum of two years of experience as a Zoning Investigator II, Resource Protection Specialist II, or equivalent experience in a public agency in the investigation and enforcement of building, planning or zoning ordinances, environmental protection laws or related regulations.
Licenses and Certificates:
Certain positions within this classification may require driving. When driving is an essential function of the position, a valid CALIFORNIA driver license will be required at the time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment.
Completion of P.O.S.T. approved Penal Code 832 Level III reserve training will be required prior to completion of the probationary period.

Job Description Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, the Cannabis Industry Technical Specialist is responsible for providing the internal users at NUWU Cannabis Marketplace, NUWU North, Vendors, and related partners with streamlined aid and solutions to their IT requests in a friendly and efficient manner. The individual is also responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of end-user hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual ensures that end-user hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values set by the Tribe’s technology division.
DUTIES:
 Manage all procurement of laptops, desktops, iPads, and end user accessories.
 Manage the setup and configuration of all end user devices including the operating systems, essential system software such as Microsoft Office, virus protection etc.
 Standardize the configuration for all hardware and software for end user devices.
 Inventory Equipment and Label Network Peripherals.
 Manage and evolve a standard for all end user devices.
 Provide end user support to our internal users via email, phone and with various support tools. Many end users are sales driven and will need non-technical explanations of technical issues.
 Create, change, and delete user accounts in Active Directory, Green Bits Point of Sale, Google Mail, Google Cloud, per request for on boarding and off boarding employees.
 Acts as on-site resource for central IT to interface with as needed to solve infrastructure issues with servers, network and phone systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
 Hardware technical knowledge of workstations, laptops, iPads and iPhones, Android Devices required.
 Basic Network and Server knowledge is required.
 Detailed technical knowledge in Windows, OSX and iOS required
 Experience dealing with users from a help desk required. Very strong interpersonal skills.
 Must be able to handle an environment that requires multi-tasking, switching between low level technical hardware tasks to high level tasks with different departments on a day to day basis.
 Experience with Google Cloud, Mail, and Collaboration environment a plus.
 Handle outages and provide support for hardware/gateway problems in distributed customer locations.
 Troubleshoot software UI issues and complex issues related to combinations of software, hardware and firmware upgrades.
 Trend, analyze, and report re-occurring and critical issues to the Information Technology department, and Management within venues supported.
 Knowledge of cellular networks.
 Basic theoretical knowledge of electrical systems. Hands-on experience is not required.
 Responsible, dependable and punctual.
 Professionalism in attitude and dress code enforced.
 Must be able to work Flexible Hours and Weekends.
