GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a member of the Sales and Marketing team, the Sales Rep. will work directly with our customer base as well as acquiring new customers. This role supports in-store sales, promotions, and merchandising at the dispensary level. This role may also be responsible for scheduling events, pop-up sales booths, and coordinating with the store managers to promote the company brand. The Sales Rep is expected to attend all third-party events that the Company participates in, to make face to face connections with the customer base. You are expected to be the face of the Company and represent the Company in a professional manner. Success in this position will be measured by consistent growth in monthly sales.
JOB DUTIES
- Setup events and promotional opportunities in addition to staffing the events.
- Engage in constant communication with accounts on a weekly basis, producing continuous sales revenue.
- Call, e-mail, visit with numerous house accounts, assigned accounts, and zero accounts, recording activity notes in in database accordingly and providing bi-weekly activity notes to management.
- Capture and update budtender and store manager contact information in company database.
- Coordinate budtender trainings, budtender appreciations, and promotional events with accounts and facilitate process.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and office teams.
- Maintain communication about product, events, and other updates through branded e-newsletter and social media if applicable.
- Writing content for educational materials and press opportunities.
- Competitive analysis of other edible companies tracked on a spreadsheet.
- Assist with marketing and other corporate events, marketing collateral, inventory, promotional items, and swag fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must obtain a state appropriate badge from the appropriate State regulatory agency.

- 1-2 years outside sales experience
- Detail-oriented and proven organizational skills are required.
- Must have a dependable mode of transportation.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for assisting the Production Specialist in Oil Inventory and other staff with ingredient preparation, production, production clean-up, area setup, product packaging, cleaning and dishwashing. Will work primarily in the production of certain wellness products and assist with other products. Must work well with other production staff to complete daily production tasks. Follows directives of the Wellness Production Lead.
POSSIBLE JOB DUTIES (not limited to)
- Daily production functions incl. prepping, cleaning, mixing, and portioning products
- Accurately records and labels daily production
- Check in and put away deliveries in storeroom/fridge/freezer as needed
- Perform heavy cleaning, such as ovens, equipment, etc, when needed

This position operates out of our production kitchen in Denver, CO where we produce cannabis infused edibles products such as Nové, Quiq, and the award winning incredibles brand. As business demands change, this role will be responsible for kitchen duties including food prep, pouring, mixing, kitchen cleanup, kitchen setup, cleaning, and dishwashing, as well as the packaging and distribution of finished products. Employees in this role should be punctual and dependable in order to follow a strict production schedule while working closely in a team driven environment to accomplish larger production goals. Employees in this role need to be aware of, and able to maintain Marijuana Enforcement Division and Health Department regulations while handling food products in a sanitized work-space.
POSSIBLE JOB DUTIES (but not limited to)
- Making chocolate and gummy cannabis infused edible products by portioning, mixing, and pouring batter into molds, prep-work, and cleaning.
- Employee will clean their designated area in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Help manage inventories by following plan of production laid out by managers each day.

This position’s primary function is to assist the Production Specialist in Oil Inventory to prepare cannabis oil for infusion into edible and topical products. Cannabis oil must be controlled, weighed and documented in multiple steps of the process. This position is responsible for melting oil using oven, portioning and mixing ingredients, calculating recipes, recording weights, updating spreadsheets and logs, cleaning utensils and maintaining equipment. Maintaining a sanitary working environment is essential. Must know health rules, MED rules, HACCP regulations, and other rules that apply. Disciplined and self-motivated. Interacts with other staff, managers, Chefs and Executives professionally. This is a position in the marijuana industry and requires a current MED issued badge from the state of Colorado.

This position is responsible for managing, tracking, and auditing all standing, incoming, and outgoing retail and medical inventory for all intended uses from seed to sale utilizing the in-house inventory system and Metrc. This position is also responsible for managing all medical and recreational Metrc tags to ensure all products properly cycle through the in-house inventory system and Metrc to remain compliant at all times.
POSSIBLE JOB DUTIES (not limited to)
1. Perform daily medical and recreational inventory audits throughout the day utilizing the designated technology for in-process, finished, and unfinished goods.
2. Provides feedback directly to management and the manufacturer on the designated technology for the development and support of that technology.
3. Works closely with compliance and operations to ensure inventory is maintained throughout the process from seed to sale.
4. Receives, verifies, and inspects all incoming transfers, and rejections/returns while actively managing all outgoing pending transfers in Metrc.
5. Handles any issues that may arise with dispensaries including rejections and/or returns, and effectively communicates with the appropriate departments when the issue has been resolved.
6. Manages the daily order/distribution pick by ensuring FIFO, and accurate pick counts for both medical and recreational ready for sale items.
7. Ensures the FIFO policy (First In First Out) is followed for all finished goods.
8. Reconciles inventory daily in Metrc and the in-house inventory system.
9. Create wholesale tags for retail and medical in Metrc for all daily orders.
10. Manage all medical and recreational Metrc tags daily in Metrc and the in-house inventory system for all products (in-process and finished) including bulk and scaled oil.
11. Manages the expiring product by effectively communicating with the appropriate departments in a timely manner to distribute the product before its expiration date.

As business demands change, this role will be responsible for kitchen duties including food prep, pouring, mixing, kitchen cleanup, kitchen setup, cleaning, and dishwashing, as well as the packaging and distribution of finished products. Employees in this role should be punctual and dependable in order to follow a strict production schedule while working closely in a team driven environment to accomplish larger production goals. Employees in this role need to be aware of, and able to maintain Marijuana Enforcement Division and Health Department regulations while handling food products in a sanitized work-space.
POSSIBLE JOB DUTIES (but not limited to)
- Making chocolate and gummy cannabis infused edible products by portioning, mixing, and pouring batter into molds, prep-work, and cleaning.
- Employee will clean their designated area in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Help manage inventories by following plan of production laid out by managers each day.
- Ensure dishes and pots and pans are washed after shifts.
- Attend meetings when requested.
- Sweep and mop area, general cleaning.
- Receive and put away orders and deliveries in storeroom and freezer on days needed.
- Perform heavy cleaning, such as ovens and etc, when needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess or able to obtain a Support badge from Colorado MED
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Preferred experience in a kitchen or MIP
- Knowledge of health code and MED regulations.
- Reliable transportation.
- Perform simple math and follow recipes

Experience:
- MIP or Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Colorado MED Badge (Required)
